They always fit our seasonal pool openings and closings into their busy schedule with a smile. They're easy to communicate with and they make it easy and effortless to pay them, which is a big deal if you're busy and want less complications in your life. I had them come on 2 occasions last summer to help with a service need, both times was changed 90.00 and the problem wasn't fixed. In October I paid them to close my pool and heater. During this process they damaged a part of the heater. When I went to have them open the pool this spring I found the pool damaged due to the pool not being closed properly. I have asked them to take responsibility and they refused. I didn't keep a copy of the bill to close the pool, however I have 6 adults who were here to witness them coming. I would not trust them to do anything with my pool in the future.

Called this company to repair a pool liner that had come out of the track. They arrived and said I…read morewould need a new liner. I was leery since the only thing wrong was the liner was out of the track , no rips .. but agreed to have them install a new liner since I could not get another company out to look because of the pandemic and the other companies were all booked out. So this company looked at my liner in June and installed at the end of the season in September then closed my pool. This cost me over 3,000 to have this new liner in. The following season I opened my pool and the new liner this company installed had fallen out of the track in the same exact spot as the old one and was leaking on the bottom!!! I called them they came out and used flex seal to stick my new 3,000 liner to the wall of my pool ! This is how he fixed it ... oh and when they installed the new liner they took my pool apart wrong! The post and rails were a mess the next season when we took the cover off ! They actually hade the nerve to tell us never call them for repairs again because we didn't pay them 30 dollars for flex seal !!!! We had to take down the pool and install a new pool!!! During both experiences, the swrvice person was a little condescending and not proactive about telling me what they needed me to do before they came. They called to tell me the filter was cleaned and my jets were producing ripples which was great. I also asked 2 quick questions before we hung up and because he didn't know the answer because he didn't service the filter he had to hang up so he could get a hold of his guy. When I got home it didn't look like the filter was hosed down and there was no force coming out of the Jets. When I called him to tell him this he had an attitude about me not having powder readily available at my house (they should have ur with them) and that I asked too many questions and they could not have their guy turn around and come back to their house to check something or else they have to pay him another $50. When I asked additional questions, he said... We've already been through this to her three times already. So because of the condescending attitude towards me and the fact that I don't think they cleaned my filter but yet took my money they will not get business from me going forward.
