They are very responsive whenever something isn't working properly -- Ken or someone on his crew often show up the same day (even on Sunday) to try to resolve the issue. We previously used a large pool cleaning company and we had to regularly run our pool robot. This past summer, our pool robot was basically on vacation. We only used it to pick up a couple of leaves stuck at the deep end of our pool. Also, with the previous large pool company, we had different people come by each week but with 413 pools, Derek and Steve were the only ones who came by. They were good with communication, showed up when they were supposed to, always very friendly and answered any of my pool questions. What was also great about 413 pools is that we were not stuck with a weekly cleaning contract for the summer (this can be a problem if your pool ever needs unexpected repairs/liner tear)! If we didn't want a cleaning bc we were away, we could have just skipped a week. They also did our opening and closing. Lastly, their services were reasonably priced and saved us some money this year. Thanks again, Derek and Steve!

On 3/10/25 I submitted a repair request online for my Sundance spa. The next day I received a call…read morefrom the service department, and they explained in order for me to get on their schedule I'd have to pay a deposit of $329. Although it seems like a lot of money, I understand the reasons behind collecting a deposit (customers unexpectedly cancelling appointments, technician time to travel and diagnose issues, etc.). I paid the deposit and we confirmed the next available appointment was 3/20/25. On 3/14/25 I got an email (no phone call) telling me "Due to unforeseen circumstances we will not be able to complete your spa service on 3/20/25. Instead, we will be there 3/25/25". I was so frustrated and disappointed they had picked a new date without discussing it with me and that it was 5 days later. I discussed the issue with the service department, they apologized and said that was the earliest date. There was nothing more they could do. On 3/25/25, the day of my appointment, I get a voice message that said they needed to cancel the appointment and reschedule for 3/26/25. Because I have a fenced in yard with dogs I took the day off of work to be here. I'm beyond frustrated with NE Spas. Conveniently they took my money in less than 24hours but they have no problem rescheduling my appointments for 16 days. By the way their policy is no monetary refunds just store credit. So that's not even an option. I feel trapped because they have my money and left me no other option but to accept their dates.
