I had a 15 X 30 above ground pool that blew out in May of 2024. I removed the old pool and began looking for some one to install another pool, same size. I had one guy that started and then disappeared. Over the summer I called seveal other pool installers and they would either not call me back or take one look at it and say they would send an estimate and then disappear. Finally I contacted Pat at SuperiorPoolsMA,com, he asked for a photo, which I sent and he stated he would take care of it and not to worry. Pat and his crew showed up on 10/01/2024, exactly when he said would. By the end of the day I had a beautiful new pool. They were very pleasant and worked diligently. I took down an original Namco pool we had enjoyed for 23 years was looking for an outfit to install a replacement Namco pool and was referred to SUPERIOR POOLS by someone had used them in 2020. Spoke with Pat in early January, advised to let him know when our pool was delivered and would get me on his schedule. Called back in March when pool delivered and was put on the list for early late April-early May. Pat called me to schedule for last week of April, did not work for me so we had scheduled for May 10th. I called Pat to reschedule on the 7th...he was accommodating and understanding, although he did not mention it, I knew it had to be an inconvenience to him. Ray and the crew showed up on time and immediately went about their work unpacking and sorting to surface prep. Pat arrived with new sand and installation began with each one knowing their responsibilities. They were professional in how they went about their business and took meticulous care to make sure everything was being done right, as if it was their own pool. They did not waste any time and completed the job in about 3-1/2 hours. They were very courteous and polite and took care around the property. So I was referred to this company by Namco in Auburn. They wanted 300 to open my pool and get the filter running. All they did was take the cover off fold it into a pile and left it in the corner of my yard. They completely took advantage of my fiancé and have not returned a phone call back. Absolute trash don't let yourself get ripped off like I did. To say I'm disappointed would be an understatement. Good luck if you get fooled by them too! read more

We contacted Pat to level our yard for a small intex pool. He came in and, in an afternoon, set the spot up and used his Bobcat to level an area that had grown out of control in my yard. He had all of this done-- measuring, leveling, clearing, laid sand and leveled that strip of my yard in under 3 hrs. I am thrilled! He's done a great job! read more

We had a pool installed in May of 2012 (not by Superior Pools). Due to what Namco explained was installer error, we have to have our liner & wall replaced. I scheduled the installation with another company and after a no call/no show, I was talking to a friend who recently installed a pool. He recommended Superior Pools and immediately called them to explain my situation. I called Superior Pools later that afternoon and left a message. On 7/1 I spoke with the installer from Superior Pools. I explained what happened - original issue, the no call/no show from Pinnacle Pool and let him know that I was juggling my schedule to accommodate the pool people to get this job done. He said he could do the install the next day, with an arrival time between 4-5pm. On 7/2 I left work early to be home for his arrival. At 5:50 pm I contacted the installer as nobody had called or showed up, at which time he chuckled and said he was not coming as he had a call in that day and had to do everything himself. Obviously upset, I explained that this was exactly why I had changed installers, that I had let him know up front, and that I needed someone to give me a time and date and actually show up for that appointment to do the job they were hired to do. He told me I needed to understand that it was the 4th of July week and he was busy. Call ended with him telling me he would contact me that night to reschedule. No call was received. At 9am on 7/3 I contacted the pool company again and left a message asking what was going on. His wife returned the call and said they were at my house at 7am that morning and nobody answered the door. I explained that #1 he pulled a no call/no show the night before, #2 he was supposed to call last night and never did, #3 no appointment was made for that morning so nobody would be expected to be there, #4 I was home, up and left at 7:30 and never heard a knock. She told me she would call him to find out what was going on as she knew none of this. She called me back about 10 minutes later and told me that he could come later that day or schedule for another time. I told her later that day was fine but that they needed to call me as I was at work and could be home within 10 minutes. At 4:40pm I received a call from the pool installer. When I asked him what the story was he said he didn't know, that his wife told him to call me. When I explained my conversation with his wife, he told me that I was lying and his wife would not have scheduled an appointment for that afternoon. He also claimed he had called me that morning, however when I told him there were no messages left he told me I was calling him a liar and he would no longer install my pool and hung up on me. read more
