The queso needed heat. I asked for fresh jalapeno and that did the trick. I was deciding between 3 entrees and Crystal recommended the smoke reserve mac. It was super good. There are more pinball machines here than anywhere else, and they are mostly brand new, top of the line editions. All of the machines are well maintained, and usually work perfectly. On the rare occasion when there is a problem with a machine, there is usually a staff member available who can fix it promptly, or at least give you a free game on a different machine. Their use of RFID cards for payment is definitely more convenient than most of the other arcades, which require dollar bills (or even quarters, in some cases). For those who aren't into pinball, there are also a number of other games (claw machines, etc.), making Level Up a great destination for the whole family. Definitely recommended!
