In the past I used another local storage facility that was close to the Pequest river and whenever it got flooded so did some of the units and the manager was hardly even around if you needed something. The fees here are reasonable and compared to others in the county it is by far better. Being a new business owner myself I needed a facility that I could access whenever I need it, being in the car & residential tinting business and there are cameras throughout. Surrounded by residential homes and corn fields it's a very safe location.

But it's not cheap, and make sure you provide plenty of notice when you are vacating (read the fine print). And Oh Yeah, as anyone can clearly see, this is a faith based business. This bothers me a lot, but they were the only storage facility nearby. They operate like all other self storage places. Make it easy for someone to store their items and then forget about them (debiting your checking acct. or credit card each month for years). Even buying a shed or an enclosed trailer if you can keep on your property is money better spent. But in a pinch.....
