When I first started going here, it felt very much like a farm where i was just getting funneled through. After the last year or so, i have really developed a more familial feel and they have guided me through my current grinding issues. I am glad I live in a country where I have freedom of speech . I am beyond disheartened and disappointed by the lack of professionalism , bedside manner , care quality , empathy and office experience . I should have looked at YELP reviews before committing to being a patient for years and Invisalign . Samia Nikkah is the MOST RUDE and unprofessional dentist , I have experienced . Her office staff is incredibly rude as well . With 2 insurances , I was coming over 4 times a year for cleaning . Also, I spent my lifetime orthodontic insurance and $5,500 on Invisalign . They are constantly trying to upsell you when they don't have the staff or time ! Stop accepting patients when you don't have time . Samia Nikkah did NOT even get a mirror and ask me how my final Invisalign product was and it I liked it ! She removed my previous metal bar that was $275 and lasted for 15 + years only for her to replace the bar and for it to fall out after 3 days ! HORRIFIC service and horrible in emails when you simply ask questions about the premium service and process ! Once Elaine left as the office manager , it was downhill. The dental hygienists here are great--professional and friendly, and the cleanings are always thorough. The quality of dental work seems solid too. However, the dentist often feels rushed during appointments, which can be frustrating. Communication could also be better: I was told I'd be called to pick up my retainers, but I never received a call or voicemail. Yet, when it comes to cleanings, they're very persistent with reminders. It feels like once payment is made, follow-up becomes less of a priority. read more

Great visit to deal with a root canal. The procedure was low stress with great pain management. Everyone was very solicitous, making sure I was doing fine during the procedure. The price was also much lower than a nearby dentist (total cost $1800 vs $5000). I will be using this practice for all my dental needs in the future. read more

I spend so much time with Dr. N and her staff they're putting an apartment in the back for me. Every staff member is kind and genuinely concerned about their pt.s. Just like everybody else, I HATE dentists! But I had a sensitive tooth and knew I was due for a check-up. My husband came across this pale by pure chance and I am so thankful he did! Parking is easy, just park in the whole foods garage and its a 30-second walk. Everyone in the office is professional and they make sure you are treated well. When I first called, they were not sure if my insurance was covered, but they took the time to verify for me so it was very smooth! Dr. Nikkah really cares for you and she really listens to your concern. I have gotten a few fillings and a crown work done here and it has been great. Dr. Nikkah is a wonderful dentist but unfortunately her office staff is sub par and they utilize a faulty appointment reminder system. As a patient of over 5 years I was shocked to be told I would be charged a $75 no show fee despite not receiving a reminder text message which the computer system claims was sent the morning of my appointment. Had I actually received the text message I would have shown up for the appointment. The person I dealt with made no attempt to waive or even reduce the fee despite a long standing relationship with this provider. I respect and trust Dr. Nikkah but I will be taking my business elsewhere after 2 bad experiences with her office staff. read more

I was lucky to find Dr Nikkhah years ago and have been a happy patient ever since. Whether it's a regular cleaning or something more dreaded, her staff is always friendly and efficient. Dr Nikkhah has eased my fear of dental work, provided great care, and carefully explained options. Unlike other dentists who give you the hard sell on extras, Dr N has focused on my care needs and interests. Complete fraud!I wouldn't recommend her for anyone. After visiting her office I acquired a second opinion.And I pretty much saved 7,000 unnecessary dollars for work on me and my daughter ,which never needed.She lied about needing fillings as well as a cap for my tooth. Neither me or my daughter had cavities.And I will be reporting her to the insurance company as soon as possible. Update: Pike District emailed me ,however when I told her the assessment of another dentist she quickly went to hiding. I can snap shot the conversations for proof. Im seriously thinking of filing a fraud complaint towards her due to her continuous lies. If your a patient of hers make sure you seek another opinion. Don't trust her...you been warned! read more

The front office staff and dental assistant (Walter) were warm and friendly. The dental assistant educated me on procedures for healthier teeth and was very knowledgeable. However, Dr. Nikkhah was not friendly and was quite rude. This is the second time Dr. Nikkhah has not been polite to me. We all have unfavorable days; the first time I figured that was the reason.
