I would recommend this place for kids 1-4 yrs old. I took my 4yr old daughter to the Bluey event and it was fun. If Bluey wasn't there I think she would have been done in less than 30 minutes, which is why I believe it's for younger kids. The space is clean and little. Maybe 15 kids max bc most kids that age come with an adult. I often felt like we were crowded. Also, there is nowhere to sit except for kid benches. It was cute and had a kid museum feel to it. Some of the items were broken like the riding cars - so just watch out with that. read more

This place is so cute and perfect for play dates and parties!! The little town inside is cutest with plenty of buildings and toys inside to keep the littles busy for hours; there's even a small play area sectioned off for babies. Large open foyer upon entry (perfect for photo ops), spacious, private party room for events a coffee bar and cozy lounge area for adults! We attended a birthday party here, and this spot was wonderful! Pikopyes is such a unique and fun indoor play area, and the kids (and even some adults ) had a blast! It's a comfortable space, great set up, and very clean. If you do host a party, try to keep the guest list small as the party room isn't gigantic, but it makes for an enjoyable experience having a limited number of folks! The indoor play area does have a little section for babies that's separate from everything else which is a nice touch. Staff were very friendly, made sure we had everything we needed, and it's just an overall great space! Would definitely recommend for any parties or general get togethers for families with kiddos. I'd love to see them build another location in Cedar Park/Leander. read more

Really nice and clean indoor playroom for kids. They close on Monday and also closed weekends for private event. You can dress up as different occupations in different area. Went on a Tuesday 4pm section and there is only us and another 2 kids. Good thing is you don't need to wait for your turn to play but down side is you don't have anyone to play with except own parents. My son kept asking me when are we coming back to play more. I wish they open for public to sign up during the weekend, this way can set up a play date with friends instead of pulling my son out of his daycare ealier during weekday. read more

What an awesome spot!! We booked a reservation for the group play (10 kids total) - 2 hours of play for $15. Our littles had such a blast. Kids have access to the entire "town," filled with little stores and play areas. A fire station, bakery, diner, jail, and tire shop are just a few of the places. The owner included every little detail imaginable - Tiny credit cards and checks, costumes for each shop, slides, toys, galore! The majority of the toys are wood and high quality, and everything felt super clean. They have a big focus on keeping it safe and sanitary during COVID. Masks are required by adults and kids 10+ during any non-private play. You can tell the owner and manager take great pride in what they have created here. We cannot wait to go back. read more

Pikopye's hosted my son's second birthday party, and they were so wonderful to work with! We did their village package, which was great because I was still able to contribute everything I wanted to the party, while getting a helping hand when it came to picking best menu items and to set up and day of operations. Our guests had a wonderful time, and one of our friends is now likely to book their little girl's party there. WOW! This place is amazing. Not only is it the cutest little place in Austin to take your kiddo for an afternoon play time, but we just hosted a party there and it was fantastic. This was our first party for our child, as her first bday party was cancelled last year due to covid. I was so stressed about having a great event, but the staff at Pikopyes went above and beyond to make sure our party was exceptional. We love going to Pikopye. Both of my toddler enjoy going here. My only issue is with the North west Lakeway location. Walked in there first thing in the morning when they opened up. It was so dark in there and I thought the girl who worked there was running behind so she didn't finish fully opening the place so after a while me and few other mom asked the front desk girl if she could turn on the light in the play area but she said she can't because that's how the place is supposed to look like... It was honestly unenjoyable. And quite honestly depressing. For now we'll stick to the Menchaca location. read more

Pikopye's Town is hands-down the best indoor playground and party venue in the city. No other place comes close. We have been to scheduled play a few times and it is always comfortable, immaculately clean, and perfectly set-up for play. My son always has so much fun, and he asks to go back all the time. We decided to have his 5th birthday at Pikopye's and as a party venue, they take everything to the next level. The decorations were jaw-dropping, and everything was so carefully set-up and structured. Our planner (Leah) and her assistant (Najah) communicated everything to us so clearly, so they knew exactly what we wanted and we knew exactly what to expect. On the day of the party, our hosts (Kaytlyn and Ester) were SO helpful, enthusiastic, and kind. They took care of every single thing. It is a huge deal to me as a parent that I got to actually enjoy the party instead of rushing around attending to details. 2 stars due to communication. I've called on different days this week at different times of day and have left voicemails to please find my reservation with no return calls from Pikopeye. I've also sent a message via the online form (and wrote an email today) and still waiting to hear back. I've been before for a birthday party and my toddlers had a great time here, but what's up with returning calls/messages from paid customers?? I just wanted to take my 2 kids to celebrate my youngest 2nd birthday. There isn't an email that states when my reservation is which is the reason for my calls. Website for registration was difficult to navigate. I reached out 5 times to cancel my reservation and never talked to anyone who could actually help or knew what was going on. This was the most precious place! My one and three year old had a blast and already want to go back. Everything was clean and put in place. I first brought my son to the Lakeway location for playdates and ended up LOVING it so much that we booked it for his first birthday party. I chose the DIY package so I could being my own decor with the theme I wanted - and was so surprised with the amount of help the employees were with setting up! They did most of it for me! I believe the employee's name was Vince - and he was so kind and helpful, which meant a lot to me on my sons first birthday! All of our friends had a blast and were so well taken care of. Wow, what a fun place! We came here last night to see Santa and loved it so much. The setup was perfect - individual time with Santa, then he read a book and the kids all got to play after. My 2.5 year old twins had the time of their lives and did not want to leave the little town. The staff was all so friendly and everything was so clean and well done. I found Pikopye's Town on Yelp and thought it looked so adorable, I took my kids to visit that same day. In person, it's so much better than photos can portray. The owner greeted us at the front. Everything inside is colorful, bespoke, pristinely clean, cozy, and FUN. The playhouses are so whimsical and creative, and everything has either an Austin flair, or a special meaning behind it from the owner. My kids had a ball, and so did I - both in playing with them, AND enjoying a snack and coffee from the cafe in the super cozy and stylish lounge. There is even a privacy booth in the lounge which is great for Zoom calls or taking a private call and not needing to go outside. Genius! The owner really thought of everything when designing this place. It is truly one of the most unique and imaginative sights I've ever seen and experienced. And best of all I feel good supporting a local small business. Even 3 days later, my kids are still talking about how they want to go back. We just got back from our first 2-hour session at Pikopye's Town and already can't wait for our next visit!  This adorable imaginative play town is so thoughtfully put together with incredible attention to detail. It's clean, safe, and beautifully designed. In the midst of a pandemic, the owner is doing everything right to keep everyone as safe as possible -- including a super fun automatic handwashing station (which my children likened to a carwash for their hands), a reservation system for playtimes, swapping out toys between sessions, and sanitizer available throughout the facility. It's such a relief to have such thoughtful precautions in place! And the facility itself is just amazing! The cutest little town with high quality wooden toys, dress-up opportunities, and even functional cars and slides. For the adults, they have delicious cold brew on tap and an awesomely curated selection of specialty snacks from other small businesses.  When my son-- who usually doesn't really enjoy imaginative play-- asked, "can we just live here?" LOVE THIS PLACE! we had been looking for a place like this locally. It is so cute, my toddler had lots of fun. Everything is perfectly sized for imaginative play. I love that you have a reserved time instead of being open to the public because it gives a smaller groups of kids a chance to truly take advantage of the entire area.
