My husband and I decided to give this place a try since it was on the list of top 100 places to eat in the US in 2020, and it happened to be on the way to the bay! We were greeted and seated upon coming in on a weekday for lunch. My husband and I ordered the pad Thai, drunken noodles, and mango splash (free with Yelp check-in).Both of our entree orders came with a side of salad on the same dish. Our dishes came out at the same time, and both were piping hot despite ordering the most popular dishes -- a good sign our dishes were made to order. We enjoyed the flavors of the dishes, but I personally would have preferred a little more kick to the drunken noodles. The portions were big and more than enough for my husband and I to each others' dish a sample. The free mango splash drink was refreshing and added to the meal. Tuesday afternoon around 1 Place is clean and service is very attentive and quick.(this is a big one for me ) I ordered the fresh rolls and drunken noodles. Fresh roll - slices of mango with vermicelli noodles , cucumber and some green leaf. Portion is good , peanut sauce is yummy. Drunken noodles - noodles are kinda mushy but flavor is really good. Portion is ok for me. Had to it an extra $3 for 5 pieces of small shrimp , which if eaten by itself had absolutely no taste/flavoring. Overall : I think their pricing is a tad high for the area. It's ok if you're craving Thai food. They also serve wine and beer. You will see that the owner responded to me and that is the reason I am updating my review. We had a birthday dinner with a party of 9-1/2 (1/2 is baby Matthias) on a Monday evening. The service and food was excellent. Couldn't ask for anymore more. They allowed us a bring our own bottle of wine. The server was nice and our drinks/food arrived in a timely manner. Everything we ordered were good and cooked perfectly. Our favorite was the Lemongrass Fried Chicken, Cheese Rangoon and Mango with Sticky Rice. The Crispy Chicken Fried Rice was good but I think they should serve the chicken the way they prepare the Lemongrass Fried Chicken...cut into smaller pieces. Parking is not a problem. I initially found this place by chance since we were on the way to get Hawaiian food. We came back to try this place out on a different day. Upon walking in, the servers greeted us right away and told us we can sit at any open table. The servers were really friendly and dropped off waters right away. They're really attentive and are open to giving you any suggestions from their menu. The interior is brightly lit, almost like a boba place, with some color changing lights. It has a modern type feel to it. The food itself was really good! Each plate is good enough to share with a group. - Papaya salad: a favorite! The portion was larger than what I'm used to. Tasted SUPER fresh! This was probably my favorite dish during the whole meal! - Pad thai: my personal essential when trying out a new thai place. There was more sauce than I'm used to and I loved it! The noodles weren't dry, and the chicken was good. The sauce is really savory, which adds to the overall flavor of the dish. Came here with my daughters for dinner. The yelp reviews are TRUE! This place if LEGIT! Staff was friendly and continuously checked on our water and if we needed anything. Spicy Wings were delicious. Freshly fried. The wings are bigger than normal wings and I didn't mind that at all. Drunken Noodles were also delicious. Good flavor with just the right amount of spice to it. Crab fried rice was also delicious. You could see the crab that was mixed in. Fried Pompano fish also delicious. The fish was a very good size. Came out hot, fresh and crispy. It's still a mystery why Solano County has no good Asian food other than Thai food. Pikul is another example when I need my fix, and it's a bonus that it's walking distance from work. This Thai bistro is located in the same shopping mall as Trader Joes; next to Ross. Comfortable seating and perfect for a quick sit-down lunch or some Thai takeout. Maybe a dollar or two pricier than other Thai places in the area, but pretty generous entree portions. I got the Pad Eggplant with Chicken for lunch ($11.95) and it really hit the spot! Pro-tip to make more rice at home as you could basically stretch another meal if you take some of the sauce/entree home. Same with curries. Thai Iced Tea is classic--on the sweeter side, but great for that lunch dip in energy. Service was great--waitresses good about refilling water and checking on us. I spotted this place under construction when I was on my way to Miguel's one day. I was excited for them to open and curious to see what they had to offer. Some of their dishes and drinks are very similar to Buddha Thai in Vacaville, which is my favorite Thai Restaurant. However, not as busy(yet), compared to Buddha. Came out here on a Saturday during lunch time and on a Sunday during dinner time and the place wasn't busy both times. Only a few tables were occupied. I'm assuming not many people know about this place yet. I've tried their crab fried rice, pad see ew, lemon grass fried chicken and spicy eggplant with chicken. My favorite hands down was the crab fried rice and the side salad that comes with the entrees. Be sure to check in to get their Mango splash offer ((mango sirrr-up with lemon-lime soda, with mango shavings, garnished with mint) which is similar to the Mango Nada at BT). My friends and I enjoyed our food here and the service was great. Everything is reasonably priced and the ambiance was relaxing. BOBO drinks was the previous tenant of the unit and while their food and drinks were good, their decor and lighting was poor and outdated AF. I hate that I had to take away one star cause I actually do like this Thai spot. Really big portioned food, cheaply priced and the food overall tasted amazing. The service was also great, lovely employees that were so sweet and catered to us a lot. Came here on a whim as my girlfriend and I wanted to try a new spot. We'd heard this was a good Thai food location, so we came here and were pleasantly surprised! The staff was incredibly friendly and the place was very clean. We ordered the fresh rolls for an appetizer then for our main meal yellow curry with chicken, spicy basil with chicken then pad Thai with beef. Really enjoyed food at this new Thai restaurant in Fairfield near the Solano Mall. It's located in the Trader Joe's plaza but on the far right or opposite end. Ordered the green curry with pork. The pork was not dry at all and the curry a nice thick consistency. It comes with a bowl of white rice. Brown rice is available for an upcharge. We also ordered pad see ew with tofu and fresh spring rolls. The peanut sauce for the rolls was delicious. For dessert, we had the padan sticky rice with mango. It was made fresh and was served hot. This is the third time I have been to eat at this restaurant. I am a creature of habit and always get the same thing, medium pumpkin chicken curry but if you find something you like stick to it. We traveled to Fairfield with high hopes of finding new authentic Thai food for lunch. The Grubhub ordering system was glitching during my checkout but completed the transaction. We visited this restaurant early Saturday morning and was told that they are really busy with orders. So I waited almost 30 min for my order. I was in no rush and understood their situation. However, management should anticipate the traffic of taking orders for take out by hiring more cooks/staff to produce better dishes. We ordered their lemongrass fried chicken, pad see ew, and garlic fried rice. The lemongrass chicken was overcooked. The pad sew ew came out too greasy, salty, and lack of side ingredients like veggies. I paid $2 extra for shrimp but received only 4-5 tiny shrimps, which is ridiculous. The garlic fried rice came out dry and paid $2 extra for dry beef. The meat was bland and chewy. I was expecting the beef to be tender and fresh. Overall, driving 15 minutes to Fairfield and eating food that is overpriced and poorly cooked was not worth our trip. Their menu items ranges from $12-$16....a fried katsu-like chicken dish should not cost more than $12. But they are charging almost $16 for it, my friends... This restaurant should be more reasonable with their prices and produce high quality food. Give more attention to organizing and enhancing your food preparation skills especially if you want to survive the pandemic. I feel that this place is cheating people by overcharging customers for take out while offering average meals. Run a more honest business. Based on the 4.7 stars the restaurant received, I was really excited to try it out. Came in a little after lunch and only 1 other table was filled. My husbands food came out before our appetizer. We finished our appetizer and I still haven't received my entree. Finally my entree arrives and it's not even as fresh as I was expecting (since I waited extra long for it). The waitresses were not helpful and one of them was very rude. Nobody came by once to ask for a refill of my beverage. We ordered sticky rice and we asked to have it delivered to the table when we were almost done eating. We were already done eating and they were already taking our plates and still waiting for our sticky rice. The lady went behind the counter and went on her phone. We waited about 5 minutes with an empty table until finally I decided to say something. The main reason I give this restaurant 1 star is definitely because of the staff. We were there about an hour because of the unnecessary wait. The restaurant was empty but still we weren't being waited on. I will not be coming back. This place is insane! Their food is always on point, fast service and great portions. I fancy myself well versed in Thai cuisine and this place has got to be one of, if not the best, I have had. Food feels very authentic, homestyle, and fresh. They have dishes that aren't normally seen at most Thai restaurants which has been fun to explore. I ordered it with tofu and vegetables and it was packed with zucchini, baby corn, green beans, broccoli, and cauliflower. The khao soi curry itself was delicious. With the added chili sauce, it had a perfect amount of spice. The only thing I didn't love were the crispy noodles. They weren't super crispy and didn't have much flavor. We also had thai tea that was the right blend, not too sweet. They let us try the green thai tea, which was good too. We have found our new favorite Thai restaurant. We ordered for pick up and I had the pad thai with pork while the hubs ordered the green curry. We also had two thai teas and basil wontons. The basil wontons were too thick and barely had filling, but every other dish was spot on. I have tried the pad thai at almost every restaurant between Fairfield and Vacaville. Their pad thai was the freshest, with the flavor of each ingredient shining through, and each dish was worth the price. I had enough left over for lunch the next day! My husband scarfed his curry down so fast that I didn't even get a taste, but it smelled amazing. The teas were the perfect way to wash the meal down as they were the perfect compliment to the meal.
