We had the shrimp rolls, fried rice with shrimp and mixed vegetables. The husband was working of house and has such a calming presence. The wife is the chef and the food was fresh and delicious. Less than 1 Star if I could. I stopped going to Muay Thai 5 years ago because their quality and consistency was so poor that I thought I would give them another chance since it had been so many years. However, old habits are hard to break. Tonight they took my order and my money and canceled it an hour and a half later because they over obligated and extended themselves. I'm told I have to wait five business days to get my refund and I still have no dinner for my child and I. This is unacceptable. When I ask them on the phone, how they had let this happen, she simply just hung up on me. The lack of common courtesy or you can politeness to the customer is overwhelming. I will dispute charge through my bank, and I will file a report with through the Better Business Bureau. read more

This is one of my favorite Thai restaurants. I love how the flavors of the food is NEVER compromised by the delivery speed. Yes I would love to eat sooner than later, but I don't want to eat not delicious food either. They have found a way to balance it all. As I write this review my mouth is salivating. We ordered chicken barbecue, vegetable rolls and vegan soup called Tom Yum Goong Soup. The soup was delicious and just enough for one person. Chicken barbecue is very tasty. At one time the food had gone down hill with a lot of order mistakes, but we tried them again this summer and fantastic! Can't ever go wrong with the fresh rolls, curry, pad see ew - almost anything really. So happy because when they are doing well it's the best Thai place in Vacaville. read more

We ordered food for delivery twice. The Panang curry is delicious and spicy! Pot stickers are good but are too hard most times especially the next day. The beef and broccoli in oyster sauce doesn't have much flavor. Hubbie says the yellow curry is good but lacks the (pepper) heat of panang. Overall good food. We plan to order again. read more

La la love ! We were driving back from San Francisco and decided to stop by this shopping center to use the ATM machine . I was running on very little sleep and only had a cup of coffee throughout the day so we decided to come here for dinner . Upon walking in , we were greeted by a very friendly server . I didn't catch his name , but he was quick and very attentive ! We started out with the fresh rolls and those were huge ! They were very filling, I just wish they provided more peanut sauce for those big rolls. I like how their peanut sauce has a hint of red curry in it, it made it unique . We then shared an order of drunken noodles and papaya salad , medium spicy for both . Both dishes were very flavorful and delicious . Medium was the perfect amount of spice for us . When I complimented the server, he told me that the chef was dining at the table next to us so I was able to have a conversation with her for a bit. She was super friendly ! Popped in here today, for the first time, to have lunch and was immediately greeted with a cheery "Hello". After ordering #22 Garlic Pepper Pork I thought I needed to order rice, if I wanted some, but to my pleasure was told it's included with the lunch entree. Additionally ordered Pot Stickers (that were also included with lunch) and Thai Iced Tea. The menu description of the Garlic Pepper Pork read "Sautéed Garlic and pepper on a leaf of lettuce"... as far as I could tell, there was no garlic, pepper or lettuce on my plate. I enjoyed the pork dish I was served that had broccoli, cabbage, green beans and carrots but I don't think it's what I ordered.What to do? I didn't complain and took half of my lunch home in a to-go box. I liked this place and my meal was tasty. Server was very nice and efficient. I will come back but may have a little more discussion about my expectations with the server in the future. And next time I'll use the "1 Free Thai Ice Tea" check in that I missed this time! read more

3 1/2 STARS: I highly recommend ordering the crab fried rice dish. I've come 3 to 4 different times, each time the crab fried rice is a little different. Sometimes better than others, sometimes a little worse for wear, I suspect it depends on the chef of the night. However, they should work on the consistency. The free Thai tea through the Yelp offer was so clutch! It was a large portion and lasted me through the meal which definitely had the perfect amount of spice. Ended up talking to a coworker a few days after eating here who felt the exact same that the spice is just perfect. The pumpkin curry was filled with plentiful perfectly cooked vegetables and chicken. The only downside was the atmosphere. There was no music and it was eerily quiet. They even had nice Bose speakers and a TV which were not in use. At 6:30 pm nobody was there dining, just the occasional person walking through to pick up a to-go order. With nothing to distract me as my phone had died all I could do was look at their shabby dusty decorations and the ceiling with water stains. Will take out in the future at this place if I cannot find a better Thai food place around. read more

Went there earlier for lunch for the first time. Nice and clean, little family owned restaurant. The boy helping us was very nice and check in every 10-15 minutes. Great service and quick. Food was delicious. I love the beef larp salad medium spicy. Eggroll was fresh and on point with perfect crunch to it. My coworker had their chicken rice plate, and she loves it. And again with the menu not being updated, it throws me off thinking the sticky rice comes with the larp, but it doesn't. The boy was kind enough to give it to me without charging extra. So, the average rating for this place is more or less right on the mark. It's got almost everything you would want when it comes to Thai food. First, accessibility: Not in an overly crowded spot in the plaza. If you come at the right time, I'd imagine it would be really easy to find parking. For me, it's a three-minute drive down the street from where I live, so that's pretty neat. Second, ambiance. It's got good Thai restaurant vibes. The atmosphere within the restaurant is great, considering how small of a space it occupies. Not much else to say about it, since I order for takeout (I live nearby, so...) Third: Service. Young lady at the front is gentle and soft-spoken. Please read the room when you walk in. It's not meant to be overly lively, unless there's a huge gathering going on, which is rare for a diamond-in-the-rough hole-in-the-wall place like this. Lastly: food. The price is... A little over-the-top, considering the portions you get. I get that they're running a business but man, these portions are a little puny. What it lacks in price sensibility, it makes up for in FLAVOR. I would stop ordering from this place if the food wasn't so damn tasty. From just a few bites, I'll say this: you don't have to be a professional cook to tell that they put a lot of different ingredients in their food, and they make it work. Judging by taste alone, it's as close to Thai cuisine as you're gonna get in Vacaville... And we're pretty far inland, so I guess that means something. read more

Muay Thai has become one of my wife and I's go-to restaurants in town when we're craving Thai food. Simply put, there's nothing fancy about Muay Thai. The food is good and the prices are fair! The staff that work there are so friendly and welcoming. We have a couple go-to choices at Muay Thai. We usually order yellow curry with chicken and panang curry with beef. We'll order some appetizers every once and a while. One of the appetizers that we really like is their curry puffs. One of the BEST Thai restaurants in Soiano County. Only negative thing is the location. The location is deep in the city of Vacaville. If it were located in a retail plaza like z the Nut Tree or near the Vacaville Outlets it would be better accessible to the public more. DELICIOUS food!! Not pictured was the egg rolls. The egg rolls were good nothing special wrapper filled with cabbage. Wings were good couldve been cooked a bit longer. They were served sauced with what I can only describe as sweet chili on them. Drunken noodle portion was a bit small compared to other thai restaurants I've been too, but the noodles were bigger.
