Gave it to my advisor at the beginning as it said on the coupon...and they forgot to take it off. Its $10, so I didn't make a big deal of it, but it is what it is. And coupled with the incident below, I've decided enough is enough. Had service this past week. They tell me at check-in that my mileage is at the point where they start recommending a transmission flush. I had the money, so I decided to do it. A couple of hours later, my advisor says it's ready, but my car is a CVT, so it doesn't need a transmission flush. You'd think he would've known that. Apparently, they just upsell everything and anything. Also, my tires supposedly measured at '7', when at my August service, they measured '4' and '5'. Tire tread depth doesn't increase. Makes me wonder if any of the other work was actually performed.

French Town Auto Sales sold us a bad pick-up truck NOT SAFE for the road . It had a broken ball…read morejoint, loose body parts, leaking windshield pouring water in every time it rained. Worst part is there was a brand new inspection sticker on the windshield . Fraudulent inspection - it must have been one of his buddies that put that bad sticker on the truck. Once we bought the truck we had a "30 day bumper to bumper warranty " but that was not true ! We was offered the opportunity for them to register the truck ! Convenient right ? WRONG ! We had to do everything for them to register our truck and still it was about 20 days past the expired 20 day temp plate and they blamed it on us, the DMV, and everyone else but themselves . We went for an alignment and the garage found a bad ball joint and refused to allow us an alignment and they also told us there was much more wrong with the truck especially metal that can fly off the truck but ultimately it was not safe to do the alignment because of the bad ball joint. I called French Town about the situation and they told me my son agreed to 50% to fix what was not originally inspectable when they sold us the truck but that was not true either (Liar's). I told them absolutely no way would we agree to that and I would be contacting the state inspection garage. The owner Bill claimed we was trying to extort him by getting a truck we paid for the way he told us it was but really wasn't. He screwed us ! I brought my car in for a scheduled 7500 mile maintenance. I brought it in early for an 8 o'clock…read moreappointment. I sat and sat and sat in the cold "lounge" finally 10:25 AM. They come out and tell me that they need to call it into my fleet company. I waited another 10 minutes or so. They finally finish the 7500 mile check. No vacuum, no wash, just an oil change in an air filter change. 2 1/2 hours out of my time that I will never get back.

So I took it in today for the oil change it cost $88 ( I called a place on route two & they quoted me $150 for an oil change). After inspecting my brakes they said my brakes are still good. I love that!!! No bs hustle on this girl. I did need a battery though $199 and I knew that bc I had AAA come out last night & confirm. Ford rotated my tires, put in a new battery & cleaned my cables, used full synthetic oil for my oil change, full inspection and only charged me $80 for a service fee. You can't beat that. Rico is one happy boy
