It was a smooth and seamless process. They never skipped a beat. As I was dealing with the process of losing my father, they were tender. I was easily able to pick up his meds the same day they were needed, and there was much to do. I never worried; Lisa, the pharmacist, and all staff treated me so well. Recently, my father passed. I was not able to get my meds. That very day, out of the kindness of their hearts, the OWNER went out of his way to deliver them himself on a Saturday with a couple of hours' notice. SPECTACULAR. I feel so blessed to be cared for in that way. It is a difficult time, and there are no words to express my gratitude. Their intelligence, quick response, and knowledge are impeccable. Everything was organized very well in any knew exactly which aisle to go to. I then checked out at the self check out, which made a lot easier. I was able to use my points and rewards. They're fairly easily redeem. I did come across a minor hiccup, but the team member was quickly there to be able to troubleshoot things for me. And a few moments later I was out of the store. It was very efficient shopping trip, which I appreciated.

Very disappointed with the service at CVS Pharmacy. We were told the prescription would be ready in…read more10-15 minutes, but after coming back multiple times, it still wasn't done. It has now been over 90 minutes with poor communication and very little urgency from the staff. Customer service was frustrating, and no one seemed to care that people waiting for medications may actually be sick and uncomfortable. If you are really ill, this pharmacy will make the experience even worse. Honestly, I would recommend going to Walgreens or using Amazon Pharmacy instead if you want reliable service and less stress.

We did some small shopping and when we went to pay there weren't any checkers at any registers. After hunting someone down we paid and returned to the pharmacy. After waiting another 10 minutes they told us they had to call the doctor and it would be at least another hour. When asked why they didn't call the doctor hours before they didn't have an answer. This was definitely our first and last time filling a Rx here!
