I was in the city of Tujunga and decided to stop in this CVS location It's pretty big compared to all the other ones that have been to before. Everything was organized very well in any knew exactly which aisle to go to. I then checked out at the self check out, which made a lot easier. I was able to use my points and rewards. They're fairly easily redeem. I did come across a minor hiccup, but the team member was quickly there to be able to troubleshoot things for me. And a few moments later I was out of the store. I absolutely and 100% do NOT recommend the pharmacy. They are unorganized and have NO communication with patients whatsoever. If you don't have something in stock, please notify the patient as soon as possible so if they need it sent somewhere else they can get it. Not the run around for 3 days and don't even call you when it comes in. I had to call like 10 times to follow up. Please keep in mind I never liked or used this pharmacy but since rite aid closed and Sunland said they no longer can take RXs, I had to send it here but yea definitely not using them again. So twice I've had to come during my lunch and still was no help for them to tell me it's not in stock .. and the one time they said I can come , their line had 12 people in it at like 7pm.... I finally understand the reviews that say "I wish zero stars was an option".... This is by far the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. It took them 3 months to resolve a simple prescription issue, despite my multiple attempts to resolve it. They handled it very poorly, and I was practically sent on a wild goose hunt between them and my doctor because they're incapable of clear communication. I can't fully discredit them however...because they do excel in one area: wasting customer's time (5 stars). Horrific customer service. Went into this CVS for the first time in a very long time for a few things I needed. I've only been to this CVS a handful of times and never had or caused any issues. Not even 5 mins in, the manager begins to follow me in what she thinks is a "low key" way and I was annoyed but not enough to do anything about it. However, after I picked up my second item (Baggies for pills, worth less than $5), she bee lined it straight to me and said "where are those baggies you grabbed? Where did you put them" and I happily just gestured towards my hand which I was holding them in and she said "oh ok" and turned to walk off. I was still ready to just forgive her for her mistake and move on when she decided to turn back around and say "you grabbed two, where's the other one?" This finally pushed me to my limit. She very clearly knew she was wrong and decided to make stuff up to fit her narrative and keep on accusing me rather than owning up to her mistake and apologizing. I then ,regrettably, used some profanity and told her to pat me down if she'd like or go look at the camera footage again, but she refused to do either so I decided Id get the rest of what i came for elsewhere and asked her to accompany me to the register. I very slowly and clearly scanned the two items at self check out, paid, used a few more choice words, and left. I have never stolen anything from there or anywhere else for that matter and wasn't planning to start today. She just decided to profile me due to my age, how I was dressed, and what I was buying. Cvs, you just lost a customer because of her. I'm pretty sure she was the manager but I forgot to get her name. She was I believe an Armenian lady (not 100% sure about the ethnicity) in her 50s w dark hair and a tall, skinny build. She needs to be retrained or face some sort of punishment for this sort of behavior. Accusing someone of being a thief just because of your prejudice, with absolutely no evidence to support that claim is just downright unprofessional and despicable behavior. She should not be in any sort of management role. I have reported this to CVS customer relations and will withdraw my 1 star if CVS deals with this situation accordingly. "Terrible Service and Discrimination at CVS Tujunga" If you're a former Rite Aid Customer, or anyone considering filling a prescription at this CVS in Tujunga, think twice. I recently went to this location after urgent care sent over a digital prescription for strep throat. What should have been straightforward pickup turned into a stressful 90 minutes ordeal. Despite being the only person there when I arrived, I waited 20 minutes before anyone came to the counter. I was then told there was no prescription on file, even though the urgent card had sent it. I was bounced between counters, told the system was down, and no one was willing to call the provider or manually enter the information. I was lightheaded and unwell, and no a single staff member offered genuine support or urgency. Eventually, my prescription did appear in their system, but even after receiving a text that it was ready, I wanted another 30 minutes at the pharmacy counter, being completely ignored while the pharmacist mad eye contact with me multiple times. Then the Pharmacist, skipped over me and pulled another customer out of line, someone he appeared to know and was speaking to in another language. I had to step in and firmly tell him that this behavior was not okey, and only then did he reluctantly help me. The entire experience felt discriminatory, dismissive, and deeply unprofessional. No sick person should be treated this way. I will not be returning to this CVS and urge others, especially those being transferred from closed Rite Aid stores, to consider a different location. This pharmacy needs serious retraining in patient care, fairness, and basic courtesy. read more

Wish I could give 0 stars. I'm disabled and walking around and carrying stuff isn't really an option. However they never have any carts or baskets and you need to ask an employee for one but there is NEVER A SINGLE EMPLOYEE ANYWHERE. Seriously it's pathetic. Trying to get help in here is absolutely impossible, and they never have anybody at the cash registers so you have to do self check out but half the time it doesn't work and they don't have bags out. At this CVS location, they never answer the phone. You have to leave a message, and they may and MAY NOT call you back. The staff are super rude; they give you hell before they give you your RXs. The pharmacy's manager is never available and always NOT on site. Just look at their rating. MEDIOCRE. You get there to pick up your medication, the cashier will tell you to go to the drop off window then come back. Such a waste of the consumer time. On the way home, I looked at the receipt. I always want a receipt for my purchases. The receipt showed three products. We went back to the pharmacy and I showed them the receipt. I didn't understand why there were only three products listed when we had bought four. Had we received a discount? The woman behind the counter said we had to pay for the fourth product. She didn't say, "I'm sorry, I forgot to ring it up, and it's very honest of you to come back with the incorrect receipt, which was my mistake." She just said, "It's $60.35." It was a La Roche-Posay product. We were there on Saturday, December 28, 2025, at 5:38 PM. We're new here, we're from Europe, and we think it's wrong that honesty isn't rewarded. CVS Pharmacy has become a nightmare to go to. Rudest employees who could not care less about the long lines of sick people waiting to get their medications. My prescription has been sitting there for two weeks and they have not sent one text to inform me of it. Today, I went to pick up a medication and one employee was literally chit chatting with one customer, with a long line waiting to be served, plus a few cars outside for window pick ups. I turned around and went back home with no medication. They are just concerned about cutting costs, who knows to whom they are planning to sell this garbage company to. So disgusting. read more

What's wrong with this place, definitely it's manager fault, why they gave not mixed medication to my toddler, if the manager cannot have enough check and balances in place to make sure to release correct medication out of pharmacy. Marietta the manager basically stole my make-up bag because she thought that the tan mit in my hand at check out was stolen from her store. I explained to her that the item was mine and was in my hands when I walked in. After being aggressive, extremely pushy and humiliating me infront of eveyone in the store, she acted like she did not have my makeup bag and had no intention of helping me locate it. the worst part is that I believe they found it while I was still there and didn't return it to me. I've never had such horrible customer service from a pharmacy manager. This person "Arpie" has been so insensitive and rude to me. I've been having trouble filling my prescription because my medication is not readily available but instead of explaining the process and being patient with me she cuts me off when I try to speak. She is condescending and has no customer service skills. Its hard enough having a medication thats hard to fill. Its even worse when you have a pharmacist has no patience with you. I don't know if this lady has a bad day every day but she takes it out on customers. And then when I have the "audacity" to speak my mind about it she acts so shocked like how dare I get upset when a CUSTOMER SERVICE worker doesn't have good customer service. My doctor accidently sent my prescription to CVS, when I call them to ask them to cancel because here was a duplicate at another pharmacy She starts chastising and yelling at me that she explicitly told my provider to not send my prescriptions to them. That she refuses to fill them. When I tried to explain to her over the phone that I didnt ask them to do that, again she was rude and condescending and cut me off every time I tried to explain. Treating me like Im some child that needs a parent to come talk to her. She obviously hates her job and she hates working with the public. You're a pharmacist lady. Really get over yourself. Hi, just a point of view. I have had my prescriptions filled here for many years, as well as my spouse. I had belonged to their care pass subscription in order to save money. A lot of health care needs were purchased there. I have so many items under the cvs brand. I now because of the unpersonal,un caring, unprofes9i3i93ji4sional assistance from the staff in the pharmacy department I have vowed never to step foot in a cvs again. We were lied to about our prescriptions, one particular pharmacist seems to actually enjoy withholding or prolonging me obtaining desperately needed medication. ZERO STARS. THE PHARMACY IS HORRIBLE! I recently moved and they refuse to fill two of my prescriptions. All of my prescriptions are written by the same doctor I have seen for 15 years and for the past 6 years the CVS where I used to live had no problem filling them for me. I asked her for her last name and she wouldn't give it to me. I understand that there are policies and procedures in place and you have to abide by them, but to be rude to the customers is another. My Doctor's office called me to tell me that they had called the pharmacy to clear things up and they said that Liz was rude to them too. CVS company need to be aware of what's happening and fix it. The pharmacy is always pretty busy and today was no exception I've come in a couple times and the one pharmacist that was in charge this evening was Karen, Sits in the middle with an angry look on her face always like she hates her job! Daniel was a pharmacist helping me and i witness Karen snapped at Daniel when he asked her a question, "fuck, do your job I'll do mine!" CVS should not have employees that lash out at other team members like that! We had to get a covid test for travel. Setting up the appointment online was easy. We needed to complete the test and have results within 72 hours. Our travel date was Sunday at 10am so made an appt on Thursday at 3pm. They provide drive thru testing. We got there on time. The drive thru line wasn't long (maybe three cars) but it wasn't moving. Apparently the car ahead was testing 5ppl in it...but now sure why it would take like 30min for them. When we got to front, we needed to self administer the test (a video is provided and emailed/texted when you set up an appointment). Covid testing is only nasal PCR. It's pretty easy to do but I always wonder if there's any user error when collecting your own nasal sample. We got results back on Friday at 3pm which was fantastic!!... we were somewhat stressed on whether we would get it on time as CVS instructions says turn around time results vary between 2-5days We actually was so stressed about getting results on time that we made another covid testing at a Curative testing site on Friday at 10am. We had experience with this company and getting results within 24-48hrs. However this time we didn't get results until sunday at 10pm!! read more

Double root canal and already in a world of hurt and they make me wait over 2 1/2 hrs for my prescription. Then when I get here 3 hours later its still not finished. I explained the procedure I had done and that i was in extreme pain and they just looked at me like a deer in headlights and said "we were busy today." It's a local CVS- not much different than any other, but I will warn you that the parking lot seems particularly treacherous. Stars off for the near accidents I've experienced! They share the lot with an IHOP and various other businesses so it's almost always busy- be careful! That said, the employees here are nice and the selection is comparable to other CVS stores. I use their rewards program which gives you $5 off your purchase quite often if you use it about once a month. Great for seasonal candy (Halloween and Christmas) and my "It's a 10" leave-in conditioner obsession (with my $5 off coupon, of course). If you sign up for their rewards program, they will also mail you 20% off coupons. read more
