They're fairly easily redeem. I did come across a minor hiccup, but the team member was quickly there to be able to troubleshoot things for me. And a few moments later I was out of the store. It has now been over 90 minutes with poor communication and very little urgency from the staff. Customer service was frustrating, and no one seemed to care that people waiting for medications may actually be sick and uncomfortable. Honestly, I would recommend going to Walgreens or using Amazon Pharmacy instead if you want reliable service and less stress.
