Worst Dentistry I've ever been to. The dentist there was very rude as she accused me of "never…read morebrushing my kids teeth" before mocking me for giving my child drinks other than water. She was very rough with my two year old and wouldn't let me hold him for the procedure. She only insisted I "hold his arms down tighter". When I asked to take him and comfort him they refused. After the horrible ordeal, as we were trying to hastily leave in search of a new dentist, they tried to convince me to fill out their paperwork so they could do surgery on his teeth, putting him under full blown anesthesia. When I confronted them with questions as to how my child would be cared for during the procedure, I was met with a condescending hand wave as she dismissed me offering no other answers than I needed to ask the hospital and the anesthesiologist. Wouldn't trust them with a stray cat.

They explain everything to him in such detail before they start and then again during the process that it makes him more comfortable. He is sensitive to lights and sounds and they make sure that he has his glasses (sunglasses) on before they start. So this happened to my 6 year old. I have called and called after his six months was up and told them the story. No pity, no kindness. Basically told your S.O.O.L. Then I said should I find a new dentist? They said, oh no, we might have a bad scheduling month and be able to bill you if needed. So now it has been about a year and nothing but crickets from them. They are very friendly and sweet as long as you are useful to their billing department. They are highly profitable I am sure, however, don't look for any compassion if your down. Dentists have always been really judgemental and make him feel bad but Dr. Koplow actually listened to my concerns and my son's fears. He made my son feel relaxed even though he was scared and when we had to return for a second appointment he didn't give me any trouble! The main receptionist, Branda is so patient and sweet. She is what every resptionist should be!!! The office is decorated as if you are under the sea and my 3 year old loves pointing out the fish and as he watches movies on TV.
