If you ever wonder why a busy Truck Stop in a great location can only get two stars from a professional truck driver, just wander into this pilot. The staff is lackluster to be kind and I am a little confused after meeting the manager on how they deal with repeat customers who buy thousands of dollars of fuel and other things Every year. The store is well organized, and they have plenty of snacks and refreshments as well as some of the worst pizza you'll ever eat. It's moderately clean for the amount of traffic, but it appears that the sluggish staff is the issue. I try to avoid this stop and will only use it as a last resort. read more

I remember when this site opened. I was actually the very first trucker to use the CAT scale at this Pilot. It's all been downhill from there. Firstly, it's badly positioned in front of another trucking yard. Secondly, as a car hauler I'm deathly frightened of driving in here because they refuse to maintenance the trees that lead into the entrance. The parking lot is too small. It's needs to be policed by staff to make sure people aren't taking their break in a fuel lane. The Aunt Annie's is never stocked. And check this out: They actually run a scam where you have to pay to park there And what is it with Pilot/Flying/One9's creepy obsession to scan my license for tobacco purchases? My company forces me to fuel at this idiotically run national chain and I hate it. I could pluck any PFJ store from across the nation and find horrible service and broken equipment. That's a fact. My hope is that many tourists read this and stop giving this freak show hard earned money. I wish I had the power to destroy this company because it is that awful. read more

Great new gas station out by the highway. They have plenty of pumps and this is such an upgrade from the one across the street When you walk in it's always clean and it smells deliciously of Cinnabon Needless to say they serve every kind of Cinnabon you can think of, they have a ton of hot fresh food including multiple kinds of pizza that they bake regularly, actual dinners like meatloaf and a baked chicken, do usual fried chicken wings and chicken strips and egg rolls and hotdogs and corn dogs and the stuff you find on a roller Grill in other places The staff has always been pleasant every time I have been there. I make it a point to stop here every time just to get a whiff of that delicious Cinnabon and by the way they have this fancy soda machine where you can get pretty much any kind of soda you can think of out of the same tap. read more

Stopped in here to get a Auntie Annie's pretzel and a Cinnabon. It was very busy and some of the drink machine was empty. My Cinnabon was delicious but the pretzel was a little hard. I had the strawberry lemonade which was very good. The bathrooms needed a little attention. There was people constantly in and out so it was probably between bathroom checks. read more

Pilot Travel Center is always clean! I always stop here for fuel after work. The associates are super friendly and helpful and I love how much variety is in the store. They do require you to wear a mask for service snd most customer service associates are wearing both masks and gloves as they serve a big selection of food as well. read more

Pilot seriously needs to do better. As you drive in there is nothing but trash. I understand that people shouldn't litter and that employees should not have to clean up after people but come on it literally looks like a small landfill. This is one of the worst Pilot's I've ever been to. They have limited staff. My first night here they closed the store around 8pm and said that they would not open until the following day around 7 am. I have never seen that before. When I asked why they acted as though it was some to secret reason and wouldn't disclose any information. Interesting!!! The following day they said they did not have enough employees to operate the shower. What in the hell is that about. So I had to walk across the street to Circle K to take a shower. Never in this life will I go back there. Pilot should really fire everybody that works in that place...!!!! read more

Gas prices are about average. The store is well stocked, and they have showers since its a truck stop. bathrooms are clean. But what makes this place awesome is the 24 hour Arby's. They also have fresh pizza. Not sure if that's 24 hours. Basically 24/7 this place is ready for all your needs. read more

My husband and I were in the satire when he and his coworkers go coffee. I understand you run out of things but there no lids at all out for the coffee and when my husband asked for the coffee for free(jokinly) the manger was so rude and disrespectful. Even after my husband walked away the manager could be heard mocking my husband and it was unnecessary. He told him to get out of his store and Peace out. This is the second incident with this manager. The first was I told him the ladies room need paper towels and toilet paper no one ever showed up to take care of it and he said, they will get to it when they can. I was able to identify him because he wasn't wearing a face mask. So when I called the stor and asked who is the manager without the face mask and I described him i was told Travis an he was the GM in charge. If this is how GM conduc themselves Pilot need to go back to the basics. Don't go there when he is there or you won't be happy with the customer service. read more

Greatest most courteous staff I've encountered. I enjoy your preferred parking program because my schedule is very erratic. It's main flaw is that drivers park in the spaces that are already paid for. After a long day, it's frustrating to wait as the staff is forced to go out into the night, track down the ILLEGALLY parked vehicle, awaken a rude and ignorant driver and ask him to move to a legal parking spot. I can understand how frustrating it could be for your team members and on several occasions lately it has taken quite a bit of time from my precious 10hour break. Tonight Tealle bravely and most joyfully was able to accomplish the feat in only a few moments. As the ILLEGALLY parked diver came out of his truck and confronted her, she remained most courteous and in control of the situation. The jerk was clearly larger than her, flailing his arms and pointing madly about. I salute her professionalism. At the risk of telling you how to run your business, surely you could come up with a solution or way to avoid putting your team members in such a position. Clearly Teallle's teammates were forced to cover her absence.
