Terrible place and management are liars. There were bugs in my room and they admitted to my face…read morethat there were bugs but didn't know if they were bedbugs or not. They were supposed to call me next day to tell me but no one called. So I called next day after 7pm and the "manager Melissa" answered the phone but denied that there was bugs but then she said there was pest control in the room treating for "something" just not bedbugs. Different staff member informed me that they found more bugs then "Melissa" told me they didn't find any bugs. Then she called me back and told me these weren't bedbugs and asked me "what more do you want?" Ugh I was so frustrated what happened and requested general manager or the owner. Then she just refused to give them my number for them to contact me. All these bugs and not even a single apology. I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN. I WOULD ADVISE EVERYONE TO STAY AWAY unless you enjoy staying with bugs and dealing with extremely rude staff.

The owner Kathleen was fantastic, we made the reservation on Christmas Eve for Christmas night, she knew getting dinner would be tough on Christmas night so she started calling around to find us a reservation before we even asked. Amazing hospitality. The location is perfect, steps to downtown, yes, the inn is up the hill, but that is how you get an amazing view of town and the water. We couldn't have asked for more on our first visit to PT, we will certainly be back! I worked at a B&B for four years long ago and know what a challenging business it can be. I've seen Super 8's charge more for less. It was clean and the property well maintained. The employee working the front office was friendly. I took away a star for 2 reasons. The pillows are awful. Very flimsy and unsupportive. They seem to know this because they put 6 of them on each bed. But I'm a side sleeper and 2 of them weren't enough, but 3 was too many. In the middle of the night I woke up with horribly knotted up neck and shoulders and had to tuck a couple of folded towels under my pillows just to get comfortable . If I had stayed there longer than just one night, I would've gone to Walmart and bought my own pillow. The second reason was that the remote control was not compatible with the television. The buttons on the cable box had to be pressed manually to get the TV to work. Not really a big deal, but the tv keeps the kiddos entertained so they aren't bouncing off the walls and disturbing other guests, so a minor inconvenience. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. I'll just remember to bring pillows from home.

The room was super clean, comfortable, convenient and cozy. Water pressure was great, bed was very comfortable, and the location CANNOT be beat. Fabulous facility if you travel with dogs, because there are designated dog rooms and plenty of places to walk your dog safely right outside the room. Very quiet, which is not something I usually experience at other hotels. Absolutely a 10/10 experience for me and my dogs!!!!

There is also a private beach with the prettiest little forest path leading up to it, and lots of seashells and cute birds and otters! They replaced the master bedroom jacuzzi with just a large non-jetted tub. They still do not provide free WIFI which was a disappointment. Most nice resorts provide free WIFI. And they now charge a tourism/travel tax of $11.66 daily or $81.0 for the week. A tip for future timeshare travelers: These are 5 story townhouses with 4 different levels so you need to be mobile and in good health to go up/down all these stairs. They do have a limited number of handicapped units, but I'm not sure how you can get one as RCI didn't offer it. There still isn't a restaurant on-site so you have to get your groceries in Sequim. There isn't anything near the resort except the dock and the pool and jacuzzi was closed for remodeling. And it even snowed 4" today, but melted quickly.
