The par 3s are longer than normal and it makes them a little harder which I like and don't like. Some of the greens are really rough and look like they had maintenance mishaps but the fairways are pretty standard for most public courses in the DFW area. Only have two complaints. The price ($75 on weekends) I think is a little high for our area and what it is. It's not a Plano/Frisco level course. Second issue is food and bev service. I don't think they have cart girls and they have a snack shack midway through but it's rarely open earlier than 11. If you have an early tee time you just have to wait for the turn.

Miss the fairway and can easily lose your ball as it sits down so much. 3) GREENS ARE HORRIBLE! They are so bad from the wasp digging holes in them that the greenskeeper was out there this morning with leaf blower blowing them. Had to skip one green completely as there was just to many wasp to consider playing. (Probably 40+ swarming). On top of that there was practically no grass on them. All in all if they recover the greens, this course would be unbelievable.

You can go to Crandall and pay less then that and play all 18 holes. There is no driving range. The place is run down. The roughs are weeds that haven't been mowed in what looks like months. The fairways are actually worse the most roughs, and the greens are worse then most fairways. The greens are extremely hard and full of divots and dead grass. On hole one, i went to pull the flag stick out and the whole cup came out of the ground. They have water coolers at some holes, but there is no water in them. They want you to use the 90 degree rule when using a cart, but the cart paths are so torn up, its like riding in a four wheel drive over cars and jumps. I have been playing golf for about 15 years, and i can confidently say, this has to be the worse golf course i have played on, ever. And i can say i will not play here again. I won't recommend it, and for the price of 21 dollars for 9 holes, i would take that money to another course and use the money i have left over for a bottled water or two.
