BROWN SUGAR BOBA FRESH MILK. $6.25
    Daryl D.

I wanted boba with no caffeine because it was late in the evening so I had the brown sugar boba fresh milk. The boba was good and the drink hit the spot. They have snacks, ice cream and macarons too!

Boba is mighty plentiful in Boston's Chinatown these days, and this boba shop is part of an enclave of shops all clustered together. Upon walking in, we were greeted by a friendly server and headed straight to a kiosk to order. I got my usual fruit tea - 50% sugar with less ice. Nobody else was in the shop besides us so everything came out lighting fast. The cups here are pretty standard-sized and prices are comparable to that of the Bay Area - only difference is we didn't have to wait in a long line of people :) I enjoyed my drink and would recommend for a low-key, no-frills experience for any boba connoisseur looking for a quick pit stop!

Came here to venture out to other boba tea shops in the area. The decorations were cute and on par with their competitors. There's an order kiosk as well as someone at the register which is a plus for efficiency! Their menu was extensive with milk teas, regular teas, slushes, and more. They hand you the order with a smile on their faces. Boba texture was a check in my book being chewy without being too soft or firm. I opted for their brown sugar milk tea, less ice and less sugar. My sister tried their Thai tea with 25% sweetness. After trying both of our drinks, I noticed their drinks tend to be on the sweeter side. Overall, great experience and would love to come again.

My coworkers and I ordered from here with ubereats and I got the cheese foam brown sugar milk tea. It was okay; I can agree with the other reviews that say that their boba does not have much taste to them and overall, the drink itself was on the blander side. It tastes different from TeaDo's and Gongcha's version of brown sugar milk tea. It almost tastes like instant milk tea powder mix? I put it at three stars because although the drink lacks flavor, though I am glad it is not overly sweet, the texture of the boba pearls are not bad. I also thought that the lid was super adorable! Most likely will not be returning because they are overpriced for the quality and there are just better boba spots in the surrounding area.

BOBA MILK TEA and MANGO SLUSH with lychee jelly

The flavor of our drinks were spot on. A friend got taro, my husband got mango, and I got the brown sugar milk tea. The service was quick and efficient and they had ordering stations where you could order your drinks and snacks on a screen which was very cool. The ambiance was very cute with lots of bright colors and signs and I saw some boba squishmallows on a shelf! Very cute. The reason why it doesn't get 5 stars is because the boba was just okay. They were slightly chewy in the center which was good but the outside was not and they didn't have great flavor. They weren't bad but they weren't the texture and flavor that I want from boba. Overall good experience though. My husband got the mango slush with lychee jelly and that was great!

Pin Ming is located in Chinatown, between Spicy World and My Thai Vegan Cafe and 2 doors down from Pho Pasteur. My husband and I visited Chinatown on a Wednesday rainy afternoon and decided to get some tea. We just decided to come inside here since we were close by, but there are a lot of tea houses around. Anyways, we came in with out little girl dog and were greeted (one employee asked to pet our little girl). This place is just open for to go orders, no seating/ dine in currently available. After looking at the menu board, we ended up purchasing: Honeydew Milk Tea, $5.25 prior to tax- My husband ordered this to be made with 50% sweetener and no ice. My husband thought this drink was good and enjoyed it. Longan Honey Green Tea, $5.25 prior to tax- My ordered this drink to be made with 50% sweetener and no ice as well. I wasn't too sure if this drink would be really sweet because it is made with honey but I thought it was good. I don't normally like green tea but I thought it was good with this combination with honey and longan. ----------------------- (Total= $11.16 after tax) The drinks here are kind of expensive and probably wouldn't have normally gone here since I try to frequent tea houses back home under $5 per drink. But I am glad that the drinks we had were good and made right. I have been to too many tea houses that leave a gritty taste at the bottom of the cup (because they used powder and did not do a good job mixing it long enough) or tea houses leaving my drinks still overly sweet even at 50% sweetener.

Dark brown sugar boba milk tea (already shaken)
    Della S.

The prices here are not bad (most drinks are around $4-5 without toppings). I don't think the tea flavor is as strong as other places. In my experience the brown sugar drinks are veryyyyy sweet. I tried their brown sugar boba milk tea with 75% sugar and it was too sweet for me. However, I liked the pearls (very chewy!) so I wanted to give them another chance. I was curious about the dark brown sugar option on their menu (50 cents more than the regular brown sugar) so I tried the dark brown sugar boba milk tea with 50% sugar. Still too sweet for me! Maybe I'll try 25% or 0% next time. They have a nondairy option for their milk teas (I'm assuming it's nondairy creamer since they do not charge extra) and a pretty big variety of toppings to choose from.

Brown sugar boba milk tea (don't recommend)

Honestly, the worst place to get bubble tea from. I decided to try out this place on a weekday afternoon around dinnertime and not surprisingly was it empty. I thought it'd be a safe bet to try their brown sugar bubble milk tea. There wasn't really any tea taste to it, but the brown sugar did make it quite sweet. While I was drinking I found a hard black lump of something that I had to spit out. It might've been brown sugar clump, but also could have looked like a broken hard piece of boba. Whatever it was it made the drink even less appealing and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Peach Milk Tea * Pin Ming Finally got to try Pin Ming irl after a failed late night UberEats attempt where they called me telling me they ran out of boba thank goodness we went early before dimsum this time and got boba along with my peach milk tea! I'm always afraid of ordering fruit milk teas bc i worry they'll be too watery, but this one actually had really nice creaminess and milkiness that complimented the peach bits at the bottom nicely big fan of their boba too, super soft and chewy!! i got 50% sugar but it was still pretty sweet so if you usually like less sugar definitely go with less, and a must try if you ever make the trek to chinatown! might even take the crown from royaltea (haha get it) for fav boba in chinatown so far 8.5/10

    PASSIONFRUIT SLUSH
    Sophie G.

Wanted to try boba in Chinatown and came here. I got the passionfruit slush with tapioca pearls and my brother got the passionfruit green tea. Even though we asked for 50% sugar, it was still much too sweet. It was so sweet that we had to throw the boba out after a few sips. I'm pretty sure the workers forgot to make them 50% sugar... my brother also asked for less ice but they gave no ice instead. This place has good reviews and the boba is on the pricier side, so we were pretty disappointed by the drinks. If you want boba, try somewhere else.

    among us sticky note
    Rachel C.

I'm quite picky when it comes to boba tea, and this place was alright but still not that great. We got the brown sugar milk tea and the mango yakult. Both of them were extremely sweet despite choosing the 50% sugar option. The mango yakult drink was a slushy, which was unexpected and was not that great. Tapioca pearls were also a strange size, but tasted good in the black milk tea.

I tried Vietnamese coffee and it absolutely delicious. I order to take out and they made it rapidly, staffs are nice and hospitable. I will try the boba and fruit slush in the future

    Taro boba tea
    Elaine G.

I stumbled upon this boba shop as I was walking to the park and I thought I might as well get some boba to drink as I walk in the park. I ordered the taro boba tea and I loved it! The boba was good I love when drinks have actual taro chunks in it! The taro was really good! My boyfriend also loved it to the point that he wouldn't stop drinking it! The service was friendly and there was some seats along the sides. Overall, I'm glad I stopped by to try the boba because I love places with good fresh taro chunks (and they put a good amount as well)!
