The place is definitely outdated, Im all for an old school feel or not having brand new, high-tech things, but every couple rounds the pin machine would break or the board wouldn't update. The shoes were all super worn out, I got a pretzel which was good but had to pay $2 extra for cheese sauce which was super fake but to each their own. The people were nice but I didn't have much contact with them anyway. Paid $12.50 for the shoes and a round of bowling so I don't think that's bad. Overall you can make it a fun time but don't have high expectations. ps none of the vending machines worked and the bathrooms were extremely small. read more

There was either ketchup or blood on one of the bowling balls, and the bathrooms are atrocious. Bugs in the food, and the workers are unsanitary. Could not get out of there fast enough. Save yourself the time and get a surf and turf dinner instead, it's still cheaper than one hour of bowling at this place. This place needs to be inspected immediately. AK W. Milford I just finished bowling in a Winter league for Seniors. The staff could not have been more helpful and pleasant. I sincerely believe past complaints are no longer valid, as the alleys appear in good condition. Already signed up for a Summer league for Seniors My only complaints are: (1) the difficulty in reading the scoreboards unless you are directly under them. (2) The lanes are only oiled for the evening leagues leaving them excessively dry and reactive for serious bowlers in the morning leagues. read more

It's a no frills place to bowl. Don't expect much here. It's a dive. Very outdated and not very clean. The arcade is small and the floors are filthy. The food is very basic and my husband's burger looked very unappetizing I only go here because my kids are invited to birthday parties. Otherwise, I would never go out of my way to go here. The place is old, worn, and in need of a major cleaning. it is functional as there was a team there but as a visitor who would occupy the kids with the game room or just hanging out this was not the place to be. Avoid this bowling alley! My bf and I came here to beat the heat and our normal bowling alley was closed for a fundraiser. The outside appearance of this alley should have been enough to scare me away, its so run down and almost looks abandoned, but we were already there so just decided to go for it. The staff was not friendly whatsoever and gave us rude looks when we asked to switch lanes because they put us next to a group with tons of small children. They had over half of their lanes open so I'm not sure what the attitude was about. We bowled and had a few drinks from the bar (which was equally as run down as everything else.) There was no music playing for entertainment and the shoes they gave made me wish I had disinfectant spray. They also had very limited AC in there, I just noticed ceiling fans. On top of everything, this place is not cheap! 3 games and shoe rentals for two people cost $45. read more

A classic bowling alley for a 1980's bowling experience. It desperately needs an update and better modernization incentives to make it a true "experience" like other boutique bowling alleys are shifting to now-a-days. They should check out places like Ten Pin Alley or Star Lanes for some tips. read more

My girlfriend and I were looking to beat the heat and enjoy a few games of bowling. It was our first time bowling here and the experience was so bad it will be our last. One of the many great things about going bowling on a really hot day is the cool refreshment of air conditioning. Unfortunately either they don't have air conditioning or are trying to save money by not running it. I have attended funerals that were less depressing then the somber mood of this bowling alley. No music on at all, outdated decor and the staff was equally as miserable. With only 4 lanes being utilized (all crammed next to each other like sardines) we asked if we could be moved over a few lanes. A reasonable request that was met with a death stare and grunt from the staff. Luckily for my girlfriend and I we can have fun wherever we are but we will not be returning here. read more

This place is OLD and showing it's age. It has literally not changed (as in updated) since I started coming here when I was 11 years old. However, the staff are very friendly, prices are the same as other alleys in the area, depending on times, it gets a little bit more expensive after 6pm. I was a little hard to find a bowling ball comfortable for me to use, and the shoes were extremely worn, but those were my only complaints, and they were minor issues for me. read more

This evening was my first time visiting the alley. I am new to the area and enjoy discovering hidden gems; mom and pop shops, local bakeries and family owned establishments. Upon entry the gentleman behind the counter was unable to assist me with getting the coupon code I purchased from a company called KidsFreeBowling. He had NO knowledge of what this program was about so he sought assistance from the Manager, Dave. I stepped into the managers office, he was also very unhelpful and he seemed a bit bothered with the kid at the front desk not knowing about the program I signed up for... Dave was unsuccessful with locating a coupon code which we needed to "check-in". He actually told me to go home and wait until I receive an email the following Sunday. (I was shock how nonchalantly he dismissed us.) He said we would get a code later this weekend but this confused me because the free bowling for children began on 5/12/18... After a few minutes I was able to find a coupon code (myself) while searching through the website. To my understanding kids bowl free between the hours of one and 6 PM. Adults on the pass are allowed to three games. After playing two games with my son, I was approached by Dave and he demanded I pay for the third game for myself AND also for Eli. Ashe approached he bee-lined it for us and spoke sternly as though we did something wrong. I initially agreed and then thought to ask him to clarify the free-bowling program. I walked over to the counter, patiently waited on line while other paid and asked questions also. When I approached the counter with the website pulled up on my phone screen to gain clarity in reference to "kids bowling free and the adults having two free games". Dave's response was, and I quote "I have never seen you before. Why would I give you dollars and dollars of free bowling?" Dave spoke to me loudly and leaned over the cashiers counter while widening his eyes sharply toward me. Not only was this conversation said loudly it was spoken about at their front desk/concession stand in front of many employees and other bowlers! The embarrassment I felt left me in shock. I had my phone in hand with the contract details and I was just looking for clarification. I felt as though Dave thought I was attempting to get over on him, or looking for free games. I paid my fare, I paid for my shoes and my sons shoes, I paid for a contract that I needed clarification on. I would never look to gain anything out of a small local company. I understand the economy and the importance of every dollar earned. My response to Dave leaning over the counter and insulting me was pure defense. "No, I don't want anything free. I just want to show you what I signed up for..." I turned my phone for him to see- he waved me off and actually spoke over me while I was trying to explain my confusion. I felt belittled and disrespected. I took my shoes off, I placed them on the counter and thanked him. I allowed my son to finish his game and we left. I feel terrible that such a simple conversation over a third-party contract could not have been resolved. The manager was rude and dismissive. The place itself is old and classic looking. The carpet has a funky pattern but needs some cleaning. Luckily they do have 6 pound bowling balls if you have a younger bowler. They even have guard rails and the stand to allow younger kids to roll the ball down the lane. This place would have been an awesome weeknight spot but I won't give my time or attention further because of the mistreatment we received today. read more

Just went there with my family. I went with my husband and my 2 sons (ages 3yrs and 6 months old) also went with my brother his wife and their four kids that are all under the age of 10. With buying 5 games( 2 for the kids and 3 for the adults) we spent a total of 250.00!! Yes this is including some food from the snack bar and also a couple drinks for the bar. With that being said the place was so run down and out dated, not clean at all. You would think with that kind of money they made JUST from us they could at least fix the place up! Super expensive! Won't be back there that's for sure. Mind you all kids that played were under the age of 10! Oh and btw we had coupons for a 10.00 and they only have us 6.00 off. Awful and over priced. Place needs a major revamp and odor elimination. Power went out and the lane ate my brothers ball. Was sitting there for 1/2 hour before calling it. We went here for a post-wedding party. I had so much fun. The people that ran the place were very cool. We were able to drink and go crazy and they didn't mind a bit. They also ordered out 10 pizza pie's for us rather than forcing us to eat their fried food (which was typical bowling alley fare). They have Blue Moon on tap there, which ruled and we were able to drink while bowling. They gave us a bunch of lanes together as well. I was amazed that I also bowled my highest game ever, a 222 here. After that I bowled around 130 per game, so it must have been a fluke ;) read more

This place is great for a night out with old friends. I just graduated college and went back home to celebrate with family and friends, had a group go to frontier lanes. We were allowed to have drinks while we bowled and had a blast. The people that work there are very easy going and patient. We had the best bartender ever !( her name was Debbie) on a friday nite. 1 Adult and 4 kids under 12. We played two games. The place was completely empty with the exception of 2 other players and they squeezed us up next to them just one lane over. We had 5 small (and I mean small) sodas and some fries. The night (1.5 hours) cost us $97!!!! I was shocked! I thought a quick night out for some fun for the kids, sheesh, we all could have gone out for steak dinners for that price. I checked prices at various other lanes today online and am not surprised to find they are all significantly cheaper, with more bells and whistles (glow in the dark, etc.) The place is old and reeks of smoke. The arcade, if you want to call it that, was a rip off too. The only reason I give it 2 stars is because the young guy working the food counter was super nice. read more
