I was looking for the cuffed shorts. Black only came in distressed (ripped). Mostly size S and M. No L. They also used to have XL, but couldn't find any. I probably came late to the game though cuz it's already hot and sunny weather. Fashion Q is the only store that carries WAX JEAN brand. They've got decent selection, and change out styles frequently. I love that they usually have a decent amount of clearance at this locations. For the main floor, I do feel like they might have too many categories of things, so not enough options in any one of those categories. For value: always check their website to see if it's cheaper there (it's frequently 40% off or more), and then if it is, price match it in store (which they are happy to do). Other than that, the clearance is usually some great deals, but the normal price on the tag feels high without a sale. Clothing generally holds up - I've got pieces from there that I've been wearing for years.

When I went to return the dress, she said you need to return this dress back to Montclair, where you purchased it because it is not fitting the description. Even though the tag was not ripped off, it was attached. Not Worn and she stated it says the dress has blue and black when this one is gray and black. In any event I believe that her mask she was wearing & her glasses were fogging up her vision. I went before work just now to the Montclair location where they exchanged it no problem. I actually found some shoes that will work for me. I think this is absolutely ridiculous that I had to go to the Ross where I purchased it to return it when they are all united. I did not catch the gal's name in Montclair, but it was when it first opened. It was just now and she had her hair up in a bun and she was super sweet. That is all. Montclair has the absolute best Customer service by far!

A couple of months ago when we were at the Ontario Mills, I figured why not stop by AEO since my favorite (other) brand of jeans (and style) were no longer selling them. We have been greeted every time we step into AEO and have now stopped by twice in a matter of months. There are always great deals throughout the store, and even more so now with the holidays. I have been able to find a pair of jeans (in my size) every time I checked out the clearance/sale section in the back. The sizing, the color, the style, the price = perfect! The fitting rooms are next to the clearance/sale section. I have never had an issue with getting a fitting room to try on clothing and have always been helped very quickly. The fitting rooms are quite clean for what it is. The only thing that annoys us beyond anything is that checkout always takes f-o-r-e-v-e-r, 10+ minutes each time and it's not like there are 3+ people ahead of me, there is either 1 or no one ahead of me, besides the 2 open registers. I do not know if it's the register that's slow, the customers, or the employees but the 2 times I have wanted to purchase something, it has taken awhile. They ran out of bags this past weekend and people had to purchase their reusable bags for $1. I have so many reusable bags in my car, but since I only purchased 1 pair of jeans, I just put it in another bag. It is funny how my jeans shopping has come back full circle, from my teens to now, here at AEO. Their clothing is quality and their pricing is spot on. I know I am going to be wearing these jeans for a long time.

Me and my friend love the clothes this place sells we always pass by the store whenever we both go to the mall one day we went inside, and I showed her a cute shirt that was meant to be worn by men's that she liked, this rude woman comes up and tells her "that's meant to be for men's" in a snarky, rude way my friend told her politely "I know I'm just looking" and the Lady walked off me and her got one item each to try on in the fitting rooms She was going to try on the men's shirt once we were both directed toward rooms. This lady in the red that's usually standing outside the fitting room is talking to this other lady around her late 30s who was also shopping at the store, my friend comes out in the men's shirt looking at the mirror and so do I she looks at the two GROWN WOMAN Giggling and looking at her, one of them who doesn't work there, but is talking to the lady with the red hair flips off my friend while smiling mind you we both always go there and buy something in that shop and always get treated in such a wrong way, once we left, she told me what had happened and I was furious me and her are both 16 years old and these two grown women decide to flip us off only one of them did, but the other one that works there was looking at the woman who was flipping my friend off and laughing I don't know if it was because she's a girl buying a plain men T-shirt or if she was just doesn't look like the girl, who would shop there but that was uncalled for. read more

I went in feeling a little insecure because the girls working there were dressed so nicely. But when I asked a girl named Esmeralda for help she was a complete doll! She helped me find a dress that addressed my concerns and we found a perfect one! I was so excited to go home and put it on for my friend's wedding. That girl was such a nice girl, she made sure I didn't leave without something, and it was close to closing time so I made my deadline!!! I was upset and started tearing up because I thought I was going home empty handed, but she gave me a hug and kept looking for more options until we finally found one! I've called this store and some guy with a very particular female voice answer and I believe his name is Jet. My 15yr old daughter called at 2:45pm. She asked two questions which he answered but with smart stupid remarks. So I called him when my daughter told me about. I called at 4:40pm and he was also being a smart ass about. This all happened today July 13 2016. Well Mr. Jet(if that's your name) if you don't like your job find another one! Stop being rude to customers, if your life is a mess don't take it out on the world and please check yourself. I shop at the ontario store often. They have the cutest stuff and get new items in often. The staff is very helpful and always super nice. Every time I have been ther the girls take time to help me find the perfect dress. They provide more help than anywhere else that I have shopped. They carry plus sizes too, there sizes run small but the staff really know their items and will let u know if it runs small. Believe me this saves u a ton of time in the fitting room.
