This was the worse experience I have ever came across in my entire life!! The worse communication! Iong story short I called to rent tables and chairs for my daughter's party thinking all was good. When I texted to cancel because I found something cheaper ($30cheaper) , he told me it wouldnt be a problem since I didn't leave a deposit. WHAT DEPOSIT? I was never aware or told I needed to pay a deposit. I gave him the time, date and address and still a deposit was never mentioned. just wondering what would have happened on the day of if that deposit that I knew nothing about was never paid? Horrible experience!!!! I paid my order in full weeks prior to the party, everything was flowing pretty good. We kept in touch for additional add ins to the order. I had ordered plenty of things. Thursday morning came he called me to tell me that he was running late, I didn't mind I understand that sometimes things come up. It all started when they got to set up. He told me he couldn't put the tent that it would be too difficult and if he did he would have to charge. Then he changed his mind since I told him how unhappy I was with his service and ended up doing it although he had an attitude. Not to mention the tent was set up very poorly didn't even tie it down properly. I also ordered a porta potty, he said he have his guys drop it off the following morning. I waited for him all day, didn't even bother to txt me. I had to call him myself and he still offered to bring it the day of the party 2 hours before everything started. Mind you my setup would interfere with the delivery time that he offered I told him that time wouldn't work and I needed to be done early morning. He told me very clear if I wanted to cancel the porta potty to just let him know. At this point I was so done with him. And still had the nerve to tell me in his 16 years he had never had a difficult client like me. Please don't waste your time with this business, his prices are tempting but his unprofessionalism and lack of manners is not worth it! read more

I would not recommend the service's offered here it takes way to long for them to answer the phone if ever. If you happen to be a little late in answering they're phone calls for the delivery they just leave and tell you they aren't available. it's very unprofessional not to mention rude best look elsewhere for the services you require. read more

Cervantes is amazing! I had Sesame Street themed party with a specific vision. In a matter of days they made beautiful linen for the kids "Cookie Monster" tables. Also I envisioned a Sesame Street pole for the Oscar the Grouch photo opt & they executed the pole perfectly; it was a big hit. I will NEVER rent from this place again . I thought I'd give this place a try because of the reviews and I was totally let down . He was one rude to my grandma he said he'd be dropping off at 9 am and showed up at 8 am rude saying we needed to hurry because he had other deliveries . He did not call to state that he would be early . Two I rented tablecloths and they were not delivered my husband had to drive all the way El Monte to pick them up . We order blue runners and they were made the same day because they had forgot the string were coming out they didn't even look like runners just chopped up fabric . SO DISAPPOINTED. And no apology for forgetting the table cloths and making us go out of our way to pick them up . read more

I used this party rental for my wedding and now that everything has settled I figured I should stop by and write about how amazing my experience was with this party supply store. I rented 2 (2x30) canopies, 150chairs, 15tables, and 2 porta-potties (with a sink). The porta-potties were as good as it got considering they were porta potties, we mainly rented these for the men to use since they tend to be messy while intoxicated ;) but overall It was very affordable, and the customer service was amazing. The owner and his wife are pleasant people and are always on it. Clearly their customers are a priority! The owner even went as far as setting up the canopies on a Thursday morning when the party was on a Saturday! I highly recommend them and undoubtedly will rent from them again! Called to rent a port a potty and everything was set for delivery the next day but they never showed. When I called the guy he said he never received my delivery info. He just said oh well my wife rented it out since you didn't send me the info. I sent him a picture of the text message but he didn't even offer a sorry. Luckily, I was able to find someone else for what we needed for our funeral services but so unprofessional of this place! read more
