There is a minor price difference, $240 for sedan and $280 for minivan. But to us, the work quality is completely comparable to what they asked, they spent almost 3 hours on the sedan and almost 4 on the minivan. They brought their own water, which at first, we were like huh, but it's true, they have no address and they came to our home with their water and supplies. We have them detailed ours in the driveway and when they've done, there were no water or mess on the ground. Not sure how they did it but it's fascinating. Honest and hardworking people are so rare this day! We tipped them, and they were so appreciative! We got so lucky to have found them. It smelled so good and I loved the deep clean - absolutely worth every last cent. I then lost everything I own in a house fire in August. I was able to get a few things back, mostly clothes, which were soaking wet and covered in ash and soot. If you've ever smelled one, you know how distinct the smell of a house fire is, and it's so hard to get the smell out, so it seemed like a nearly impossible task to get the smell out of my car after wet, soot covered clothes were laying on my fabric seats. Sides and back of steering wheel still dirty. Ring from a drink left on the top glass. Have found a couple of almonds, etc. down side of passenger seat - so not fully cleaned there either. Perhaps if I'd had more time and spotted everything then, think they would have made another pass on more of it. But really want a detailer to be thorough and professional. A pro knows these areas need cleaning, and knows how to do it. And definitely someone who knows what to look for should inspect the car and declare it clean or send staff back before saying it's ready. As a customer I'd have to have a "check-it" list in the future to see if everything that should have been cleaned was.
