I started going here a few months ago after I just wasn't satisfied with my last nail place. They introduced me to the dip acrylic which I had never seen any other salon do before and I instantly fell in love! I usually like to stick with a classic French look given my job so they suggested a french ombré style nail they can do with the dip which turned out incredible. I've been getting it ever since! The dip is much lighter on my nails (they don't have that "can't breathe" feeling) and actually thinner than usual acrylic yet somehow they've lasted me up to a month on a few occasions when I wasn't able to go sooner. Plus it has the added benefit of allowing my natural nails to grow and when they take off the dip acrylic they don't break or feel paper thin. My lady always takes her time, making sure everything's perfect, and does an incredible job on a consistent basis. They are so sweet, always welcoming, and provide me with cute ideas that they think I'll like which I appreciate. I recently got a light glitter over the ombré nails which they suggested and I couldn't be happier. I honestly have no complaints. If you're looking for high frills like they have in the city then go to the city - but if you're looking for high quality nails, artistry and kindness at a local spot then this place is perfection. read more

That other review must have been from a friend because this place is a DUMP. I decided to veer away from my normal salon bc I found a Groupon. Big mistake. 1. The place was FILTHY. Covered in nail dust, rubber bands, USB cords, empty bottles. 2. The manicurist forgot my mom's nails were already filed and cuticles were cut and tried to do it again! 3. The manicurist stabbed my mom with the tool and she was bleeding. 4. The tools were in a sanitation machine or individually wrapped. 5. My gel nail polish mysteriously wouldn't dry which in years of doing gels every month I have never heard of. 6. The manicurist lied (or was ignorant I don't know which one) about the lights. My mom asked if they were UV or LED and she insisted they are the same thing. Obviously they are not. 7. The nail polish was not OPI or CND or any other name brands which probably explains why they wouldn't dry. At any other salon I would have left much sooner but we had Groupons we already paid for and went out of our way. I will NEVER again buy a Groupon or visit this filthy unprofessional salon. read more

First off this place is really good for a mani-pedi. They are gentle with you and are very nice. If you don't have any nail salon I recommend this area for you. They have good service and have good prices. They are so friendly with everyone. read more

I have tried them few times with different technicians, last time I had Dawn she may not be the friendlier person but OMG she did a great job with my feet. She removed a lot of the death skin and ingrown nails. Very good job, I then brought my husband who just came from back home after military training for 45 days. His hands and feet were a mess, Dawn did a great job and took her time to fixed everything on his feet and hands. read more

This salon is honestly one of the worst salons I've been too . They are beyond rude and they don't have trained nail techs . Just recently I got a gel full set and a pedi. My nail polish literally peeled right off the next day. Not only that ilI got stabbed with utensils on two of my fingers which cause me to bleed and also got alcohol sprayed in my eyes . I spent money for peeling nails and for my toes on my pedi to be uneven . If you go here ask for Daisy she's rude but will do the job . I will no longer be spending my money here ! read more

If you want an amazing nail tech that gives you everything you ask for, and more, then you need to see dawn. She's super friendly but a little shy, u til you get to know her. I always have a great time talking with her. She used to do my nails at a salon in Delaware and then she moved here to pine hill nail salon. Pine hill is a 40min ride one way for me but, after trying all the salons in my area, I knew that taking the ride was well worth it. She is such a perfectionist and I love that about her because I am super picky when it comes to my nails. She can do any design you ask for but I've recently gave into the French ombré dip nail and I am in love. The prices are amazing also! I have been to PIne Hill Nails many times before and it may not be the cleanest most welcoming place but they have always done a nice job..until my last visit. I had an appointment for 12:15 and they did not start on my nails until 2. I get some things may Happen and you may get held behind but if it was going to be that long of a wait they could have told me. My nails were soaking in acetone from 12:15-2 and then they did the gel manicure and it hasn't even been 24 hours and all of my nails are breaking. I gave this salon a try as it was closer than my last one. My daughter gets gel nails and I get spa pedicures. The price is very reasonable and we were both very happy with the service. The ladies were friendly and considerate. We'll be going back for sure. read more

I was a walk in on Saturday and wanted a mani pedi and eye brow wax.... started with a pedicure... I sat there in the chair with my feet soaking for over 30minutes before anyone touched me (mind you it was not busy). When I finally got what this guy considered a pedicure I was very confused... never had a pedicure that didn't even attempt to soften my feet at all... calluses weren't even touched. Then I was talked into doing the dip powder on my nails which I had to wait awhile to even be touched yet again... my nails came out looking really pretty, but they lasted less than 8 hours! I went back on Monday because Sunday they were not open and right away I'm accused of ruining my nails... I literally touched my dog and the nail broke so no they just didn't do a good job. They sit me down with this one lady to fix my nail and she basically is huffing and puffing and rolling her eyes jerking my arm around and pushing my hand whenever she wants me to move it (I have nerve damage in this arm it was absolutely unacceptable). When she was finally done she wouldnt even look at me and didn't even see if my nail was dry she just said "you're done" and went on her phone... horrible customer service.
