I also had a hiccup with a door that wouldn't close properly after painting. (It was probably a very tight fit before painting). This door also needed some off-site work to shave down the top, so it would close correctly. The team came back on a Saturday morning to bring me the restored closet doors. So this review isn't about the finish product, it's more about the estimate experience! During the estimate process, Robert has been excellent from the initial estimate to following up with emails. We had a few companies either didn't bother to follow up with emails/texts, or simply disappear after the initial estimates. Robert was always available for questions and I really appreciate that! Overall, happy but things could have gone smoother…read more Once they got to our job, a month and 1/2 later than we were quoted we were happy with the quality of the work but left feeling like we were over promised and under delivered. We didn't go with the cheapest quote or even the fastest turnaround, but we waited a long time and had to reschedule several things for our house because of the time delay. Including gutters being installed and getting the house photographed to sell. A lot of time was spent on our part contacting other contractors and our real estate agent because of the delay. The sales experience was good and smooth via a Zoom call due to covid. The paint consulting was also pleasant and professional. Overall we are happy and enjoyed working with Robert, but we definitely felt like we were being moved back further and further due to other jobs taking priority over ours. I would hire them again, but would be sure to have an accurate representation of when the job would actually be completed in writing.
