Rosemeri herself was VERY responsive and communicative and flexible which was a plus when we were trying to schedule for her team to come by. So I had high hopes that the cleaning service would be excellent given the good start so far as well as the glowing reviews on Yelp and near 5 star rating. The cleaning itself was fine and her team of two cleaners were on time. However I had two issues. Her team of cleaners had completely missed cleaning baseboards in the master bathroom and also did not dust off some of the door handles not a big deal. The biggest issue was that when they had cleaned the stainless steel stovetop and my stainless steel sink, they had used some sort of an abrasive brush which left many scratches on a practically new stovetop and new sink. The sink and stovetop look damaged now. The stovetops lettering and brand logo is also peeling off due to the abrasive brush or cleaning tool they used. Stainless steel should only be cleaned using a soft sponge/brush and cleaning should be done with the grain. Not sure if I would use them again because of this.

I hired Out of Sight to clean the carpets of a commercial building I am moving into. I didn't hire Out of Sight because they had the lowest quoted price (which they did) but just because they seemed like nice people and assured me their equipment was up to the job as I described it. It took a couple hours and BOOM the carpet looks almost brand new! The only stains they couldn't get out were likely ink, which they said is nearly impossible to get out of carpet, but 95% of all stains were just GONE! I can't speak to their overall cleaning skills, but when it comes to well-used commercial style carpets, I would HIGHLY recommend Out of Sight Cleaning to do the job correctly and with great results!! I had few questions to make sure his bid included everything the other did and sure enough he was on point. Said he could work it in next Wednesday and that worked for me. Texted me an hour later and said if I was available he could out there other next day at 7-8. I said sure and by 1 pm the next day I had a new roof. All his workers were professional and very efficient. I peeked out the window every once in a while and they were always just hammering away. Very thankful for Joe and his crew for saving me having to go up there. Heights suck.

Read the contract people. I purchased a mobile home and it needed a roof. I hired them to do a new…read moreroof . They came out, I sent the deposit and things looked great. But do to factors outside of their control we could not secure a permit for the property. They said it could be anywhere from 2-6 months. It was active raining and the home had active leaking on the inside. I was able to make some repairs I was happy with and felt I no longer needed a roof for the time being. So when I called and asked for my deposit back they informed me that I had passed to 3 days as specified on the contract. And they didn't even offer a possible partial refund. Especially since the process had been delayed then pushed back again. When they told be about the difficulty securing a permit it was well passed the 3 day grace. I'm especially sad because the deposit I submitted was more then the minimum 10%
