He came out to clean our solar panels and gutters and was incredibly efficient. I was stuck working and on calls the whole time, so I was not able to hover or play quality control inspector, but I did not need to. Everything was clean when he arrived since I had just finished cleaning the sidewalks and patio, and when he left, the place looked exactly the same. No mess, no debris, no signs that anyone had even been here except that everything was spotless. Luke also sent me pictures, which I really appreciated. It was honestly a relief to see that he cleaned out what had to be more than 20 years of gutter gunk. That is not a technical term, but it should be. We have had rain the last couple of days and the gutters are working great. Water is flowing like it finally remembered what its job was. Super happy with the service and would definitely recommend them.

It was no big deal and I agreed to the higher price, but the technicians came to do the work with the lower price. Again, no big deal, but still confusing because it's not clear what I'm paying and price should be clear (especially if you are pre-writing a check). I confirmed the time of my appointment on several occasions which made it confusing when my technicians arrived an hour later than they should have and I had to ask for an ETA on their arrival. I suggest rather than committing to an exact time, provide a range and flexibility. That way customers can decide if that range works for them. Being on time and providing status updates if you're going to be late is a professional curtesy especially for customers on tight timelines. The cleaning was done nicely, but I did later notice spots in corners that were missed (i.e., behind doors). The front porch area was cleaned, but then the technician blew leaves back on it. They do answer their phones unlike other competitors that you just cannot seem to get ahold of no matter what. However, their power washing is a lot higher price than other competitors. Unfortunately I don't have time to have them come back out and fix anything they might have missed. I'm strapped for time as is. I'd work on communication, attention to detail, and leaving the place clean. Also, consider putting before and after pictures in some sort of written professional document like a PDF you can leave with the customer same day with a receipt before you leave.

They also cleaned up thoroughly after every single day of work, which we really appreciated. The finished roof looks even better than it did before. I also want to recognize Jose and Adrian. When the inspector required additional work on the roof, Jose took the time to clearly explain the cost differences so we knew exactly what we were paying for and why. I had a lot of questions about the cost breakdown for the sheeting, and it was pretty confusing to me, but Jose was so patient and kept explaining it different ways until it finally clicked. Adrian set us up with our initial consultation and spent over an hour working through pricing with us to get us a great deal. He respected my budget and kept it at the forefront the whole time, which made me feel truly seen and heard. Anytime I had a question or needed help with financing, he was there for me. This whole team was trustworthy, detail-oriented, and easy to work with from the first consultation to the final walkthrough. Highly recommend!!!

They did an amazing job! The house build took a little over 1 year to complete from site grading to final inspection. PCB pulled county permits, did the site grading, water tank pads (quantity 2, 10' diameter each), trenching for water and electrical lines, tank pump controller and pump selection, footings, stem walls, framing, roofing, doors, windows, plumbing, electrical, insulation, decks, flooring- the whole 'megillah'! Matt Blessing (PCB, owner) provided a fair quote based on our engineering drawings. He was familiar with the sub-contractors in the area. Matt worked directly with our engineering firm to resolve any design issues and keep the project moving forward. The PCB crews kept a clean jobsite. Suppliers were, we presume, paid promptly (materials were delivered to the site as required and no liens were filed). Matt managed his sub-contractors well and worked amicably with the subcontractors that we brought into the project- which included the supplier for the windows and doors, the cabinet maker, fire sprinkler system installer, septic system installer and the mason for our stone fireplace. I am confident that he would have otherwise been able to bring in his own subs in those areas had we directed him to do so. Throughout the project Matt kept us appraised of any issues that might impact cost and offered suggestions to improve on our plans. My son, who worked in the siding business in Southern California, visited during the house framing and was very impressed- noting that the quality far exceeded any project on which he's worked. Her team of cleaners had completely missed cleaning baseboards in the master bathroom and also did not dust off some of the door handles not a big deal. The biggest issue was that when they had cleaned the stainless steel stovetop and my stainless steel sink, they had used some sort of an abrasive brush which left many scratches on a practically new stovetop and new sink. The sink and stovetop look damaged now. The stovetops lettering and brand logo is also peeling off due to the abrasive brush or cleaning tool they used. Stainless steel should only be cleaned using a soft sponge/brush and cleaning should be done with the grain. Not sure if I would use them again because of this.

What a pleasure connecting with Shawn to take care of the gutters on our new home. He was quick to respond and so personable on the phone asking the right questions of us overwhelmed new home owners. Once the worst of the storms had subsided he spent the day here clearing off the house and garage roofs, cleaning packed gutters and installing all new quality gutter guards which are much needed here with all the trees on our property. Tyler, my original "salesman" was professional. Came out and provided what appeared to be a…read morereasonable quote given the nature of the work. There was a question over whether a discount should be applied given the cost estimate and the mailbox flyer they distributed, but he addressed that. The work was done in a day, photos taken, etc. The 1st red flag was that I didnt see hardly any debris or trash from the work. Only a few cracked tiles and some supplies. I presumed they put the waste materials in their truck and disposed of them. Because I had filed a homeowners insurance claim an inspector came out a few days after the work CSR had completed. That review painted a different picture from the pics I was sent. 2nd red flag. Crap that was supposed to have been removed wasn't. Bird spikes attached were done incorrectly with no netting. Some tiles were still loose and others cracked. Shortly after the work was done I received an email stating Tyler was no longer with CSR and to contact them if I had any questions. I sent them the concern over the work not being completed, including the inspectors report, and followed up with a manager over the phone. I was told they would send a team out in a couple of weeks to complete the work properly. After four weeks, I called back and emailed. No responses. 3rd red flag. I subsequently had to have another contractor come and paid them almost a 1/3 of what CSR received for the work they never did. There was a reason why I didn't see any debris in my garbage after the original work. A mound of debris was left out of sight under my solar panels with other debris in my gutters. 4th red flag. As getting on a roof is not something most people can or should do, you need to have a trustworthy, reliable, responsive, and honest contractor to do the work at a fair cost. CSR showed NONE of these qualities in their work or in handling this project. I would think twice about considering them for any roofing project unless you can physically watch them do the work. Pictures are subject to what they want to take and show you.

The new roof does not leak and looks good. Unfortunately that is the only plus side since there…read morewere mistakes made by CSR and especially their subcontractors. As a contractor overseeing the job, you are responsible for the companies that you sub-out to. The crew who tore off the old roof broke two lawn sprinklers that they tried to hide that I had to replace. They broke bricks that line the stairway to our front door and tried to set them back to look like they had not been disturbed. They damaged 5 screens which I had to get replaced. I do not think they picked up a single nail even though they assured me that they would. We picked up handfuls of old nails, hundreds, and one that went into my foot. The gutter company put up gutters that had all kinds of bends in them. Not huge bends, but for brand new you would think they would be straight. If you look at them from the side you can really tell. As for CSR itself, if they put up new wood it is not painted. Also looking at the attached pictures, they needed to get flashing under this area but never blocked the hole after they tore off the piece that was there. So they made the hole and did not fix it. This hole was big enough for small animals to crawl through to get into my attic. And that is just one of many holes that I have had to fix on my own. Also they need to realize that every piece of roofing that they cut and throw on your lawn in July will burn it. So if you want to spend $42000+ on your roof and garage roof, and don't mind cleaning up after them and storing their plywood sheets and 2x6's for two weeks in your driveway after they leave, go for it. Otherwise, find someone else.

Wasn't sure what kind of company you would look for---Christmas decorating company? Handyman? Electrician? Wanted someone who was knowledgeable and experienced with lights and it turns out Anthony was the perfect person because he's used to climbing on ladders and tall houses when doing gutter cleaning! Plus he's very skilled with Christmas lights installation, having done many houses! Contacted Anthony and was able to receive an onsite quote the same day. Prices were reasonable. On the day of installation, Anthony showed up and worked diligently for the next 6 hours or so. We were amazed at his level of detail and loved how he wanted to do things right, even if it meant him staying longer in the freezing cold! The end result is fabulous---we've gotten a lot of compliments on our lights and our next door neighbor has already booked Anthony to install their lights as well. Definitely contact Anthony to install Christmas lights, for gutter cleaning, or even just handyman projects! He's awesome!

I wish I could leave a positive review, but based on my experience this April, I cannot recommend…read moreAnthony's Gutters & Groundskeeping due to repeated no-shows and an installation issue that was never corrected. We hired them to clean gutters at both my home and my elderly neighbor's home, as her overflowing gutters had been flooding my lot. We also had Bryan install small gutters on our sheds. Unfortunately, my gutter was installed with the wrong slope, causing water to run toward the dead end rather than the downspout. This was easy to confirm with a level and by observing standing water after rain. Over the following two months, I contacted Bryan at least six times requesting a correction. Each time, he agreed, scheduled a date, and then did not show up. There was no communication or attempt to reschedule. I eventually contacted Anthony directly, but the same thing happened: a scheduled appointment with no follow-through. The pattern of No-Shows and lack of communication became the primary issue. We also had concerns about the gutter cleaning itself. During the next rain, my neighbor's gutters continued to overflow. When I checked, I found significant debris still blocking her downspout, as well as additional buildup inside the gutter. After I cleared it by hand, the system functioned properly. (For context, these gutters are not open-top; they are only accessible from one end or through small openings beneath a mobile home porch, making professional cleaning especially important.) There were also visible leaks in my neighbor's gutters that were never mentioned. While I understand that cleaning and repair are separate services, it would have been helpful to be informed and offered the option to address them. Roof debris above the gutters was also not cleared, despite visible accumulation. I later noticed that other reviewers mentioned roof debris being blown off as part of their service, which was not offered at either of our homes. After I contacted Bryan about these concerns, he did return and addressed the roof debris and one of the leaks. Bryan did respond to some calls asking him to return to address the roof debris and one leak. Given that follow-up, I was especially surprised that he never returned to correct the improperly installed gutter. Had that been resolved after my initial requests, I would not be posting this review. Unfortunately, after multiple missed appointments over two months and no resolution, I cannot recommend this company.

He was backed up, but could drop by to look at the situation on Saturday, 10/18. He called on Thursday, 10/16 to check if we were doing OK. On Saturday, he arrived on time. He was very friendly and informative. He is a good teacher and shared information while showing us various material to explain. He spent a lot of time investigating the problem thoroughly, and found what he believed to be the problem. Because he'd already uncovered the roof in that area, he decided to just do the work at that time, rather than schedule it for a few weeks when he had available time. This meant he had to delay his next appointment by at least an hour, maybe two, but we were very happy that we could get it fixed so quickly, before the next rain. He provided us with a HUGE number of photos and videos of our roof, taken with both his phone and his drone. They were very helpful in understanding what the problem was, how he fixed it, and other potential issues. He also gave us a few referrals to properly clean the roof of moss, fix gutter issues, etc., and suggested to cut down tree branches hanging over the roof. He also suggested we call him back next Spring to do a more thorough inspection, to take care of any issues he couldn't assess, due to too much moss (too slippery) in one part of the roof. Two decent rains have happened since he came, and my husband's quick check in our attic didn't show any water leaks. So it seems pretty certain that he did indeed fix the leak. I plan to update this review next year, after he comes back to perform maintenance on the rest of the roof. For me, Andy will always be my first (and only) call when I have a roof leak.

They showed up on time and help us discovered some leakage issues as well as showers not waterproofed. The went ahead and fixed the pipe and baseboard including re-doing the caulking.
