In a small plaza with grams BBQ. Staff was super friendly, prices were really good and I could see myself getting some soft serve after eating kbbq. The store is also themed like a tiki bar which is cute. The only downside is that the soft serve melted very quickly on my drive home. read more

Went pineapple lagoon for the first time, and promise you it won't be my last. Excellent service, got greeted right away and gave me samples to try. I feel in love with the cherry flavor right away. They been open since Oct. The place is kinda hidden, but parking lot is huge. Not as creamy and delicious but definitely not bad. Price is pretty well except when you start adding toppings and high is absurd, so be very careful. My friend kept telling me to try Pineapple Lagoon because she said their dole whip ice cream is the best. She was not wrong at all. This cute Hawaiian themed spot serves flavored dole whip soft serve ice cream that tastes just like Disneyland's, or even better. The price is amazing for the amount that you get. Went with my family at 8pm and there was a small line, not too crazy. As a sorbet lover, this place is amazing. Definitely come here when you crave ice cream and want something fruity! Everything they prepare is fresh right in front of you! They messed up my flavors twice as I originally ordered raspberry, but they were so friendly and made another right away. Love! I stopped by today as the name drew me in. The place is so cool, love the decor. The owners are lovely and very friendly and don't get me started on their adorable daughter. Can't really comment on the service since we didn't order through a staff member. Overall, solid sugarcane juice shop; I guess I just didn't pick something that worked out for me.

We had a great experience at Pineapple Lagoon. The whole place has a really fun Hawaiian vibe and is run by a husband and wife, which gives it a welcoming and personal feel. Everything we tried was full of refreshing, well-balanced flavors. We got the pineapple and orange soft serve, and both were delicious, light, fruity, and perfect if you're looking for something not too heavy. The service was excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful, offering suggestions and making sure we had a good experience from start to finish. One thing to note: the staff mentioned they're currently having trouble claiming their Yelp page, so the hours listed there aren't accurate. I'll be posting the correct hours in my photos to help others out. Overall, I highly recommend this spot if you're in the area. Pineapple Lagoon in Garden Grove is such a fun little gem. The vibe is super tropical and colorful--it honestly feels like a mini vacation the second you walk in. Perfect spot if you want something cute for photos but still chill enough to hang out. The dole whip flavors were the highlight for me--refreshing, fruity, and not overly sweet. You can double up and swirl the flavors. You can actually taste the balance, which I appreciate. The presentation is also on point (think bright colors and fun garnishes). This place is awesome! I tried the Cactus Cooler Dole Whip Float and it was seriously amazing, super refreshing and full of flavor. They have a ton of different Dole Whip flavors to choose from, so you'll definitely find something you love. The owners are super nice too! One of them worked at Disneyland for over 10 years, so they really know what they're doing. It's so cool that they decided to bring Dole Whip here so we don't have to go all the way to Disneyland just to get it anymore. read more
