We order the Dubai chocolate, the avocado with durian, and a jasmine pandan milk tea Dubai chocolate was delicious! Lots of toppings to icecream ratio (7/10) The avocado durian was durian icecream over a bed of sliced avocados with shaved ice and condense milk. The ice was melting too fast snd it was hard to stir in the avocados. The durian icecream was good, I would just get it separately (5/10) Jasmin pandan milk tea - flavorful (8/10)

Visiting for the weekend and I was craving ice cream and a good time :p. My friend recommended claws and cream and I don't know if if was more excited to try the ice cream or play the claw machines. We ordered the matcha soft serve and we got it immediately after paying. The matcha flavor was super strong and the texture of the soft serve was super delicious. They had an interesting chili crisp flavor on the menu, I definitely have to try that next time. The claw machine is $1/1token ratio, they have all types of plushies catered to all people. The staff was super helpful when it came to trades and resetting the machines. I will definitely come back!
Came into town visiting my kids and my son took me here for desserts and drinks. They got small appetizers and they got drinks. We had order pandas coconut ice cream, matcha drink and yuzu lemonade. Service here was very good. The girl helped us on our drink, what she recommend and it was good. She was very respectful, nice and helpful as well. Ambience here is the have a lot of sitting and it's looks very nice , they got some claws machine you can play and get stuffed animals. Next time I'm in town definitely will come back here and try something else.
Came here to try because they have good rating but it was a disappointment. Got a matcha affogato for $8 something to try but it didn't taste or look very appetizing. The place was super stuffy and hot since the AC wasn't on and there was stain anywhere on the seats and stuffed animal that was displayed in the store. Didn't get much service- there was only 1 worker when we came. The prize options in the claw machines were kinda boring to be honest. I probably won't return.
After enjoying a shaved ice dessert across the street, we'd spotted the inviting sign of Claws and Cream. After researching on Yelp, we decided to stop in (although we'd just had dessert), as a soft serve sounded good to hubby. Staff was friendly and helpful in guiding us through their menu. We ordered: - Pandan Coconut Soft Serve, $6.50 - Vanilla Soft Serve ($6) with Chocolate sauce We were impressed with the generous servings and stiff consistency, as well as the tasty flavors. Nice-&-spacious, with a variety of comfortable seating options, conducive to enjoying our desserts! Looking forward to returning (soon!) to experience more off their menu. Fun & tasty find!!

I've been driving by this place forever and finally was able to check it out after dinner! Right when you step in, it is pretty warm at the entry but keep walking it gets cooler. So many cute decorations on the walls and ceiling. Loved the green velvet chairs they had. Lots of different types of claw machines! It was fun watching people get so excited for being so close and some actually getting them! We had a group of us and we all ordered something different and all really enjoyed it! We tried their pandan strawberry and biscoff crumble. I personally dislike coconut flakes so I should have told them not to put those on but it's also so pretty decorated. I enjoyed the corn flakes in the middle! It was a very nice surprise and crunch! Biscoff was so yummy. Can't go wrong and it was loaded with biscoff! My friend tried their Dubai and he said it was really good! Their soft serve all looked amazing and I love how it looks. It's so perfect! They also had the viral chili ice cream too! Excited to try some other flavors this summer!

Soft serve was more ice than milk which was a nice change for us! $6 for one sized cup, appreciate that there is no hole in the swirl! Perfect swirl :) Detail is definitely in the flavors as they were light and really good. Pineapple was my favorite it reminds me of dole whip just an "icy" version. Pandan coconut had great flavor and if I got the vanilla next time I would add toppings! Mango sticky rice latte was good, I personally am not a fan of the rice but a solid choice to try out. Also everything wasn't super sweet either, which is my preference. There is long booth/couch style seating great for little to medium groups. Service was quick and friendly; space was clean and there's a good amount to entertain!
LOVED!! The pandan and biscoff speciality flavors for the ice cream were so delicious. They give you such a generous portion for only $8. I'd definitely return to try their other flavors and/or some of their drinks!
Finally got the chance to check this place out Serves coffee matcha ice cream and various desserts like mini donuts and crepes Love the concept great open space for people to catch up and there's of course claw machine for entertainment I personally got the banana matcha, the matcha taste was lacking, not my favorite BML out there. Probs best to go to davien across but then love how there's many options to choose from here
This spot replaced the previous dessert business, but remodeled and updated a couple things. They renamed to "Claws and Cream" because they added claw machines near the back walls and some tabletop games (like Connect 4). biscoff ice cream -- pretty good, can't go wrong with biscoff. has a vanilla base ice cream that I feel is very similar to other places we've been to. strawberry try shortcake -- good, but not as good as the biscoff. same vanilla base ice cream as the biscoff. We finished most of it, but didn't feel like it's that special Overall, decent spot to add to your dessert rotation, especially if you live nearby.

Really cute dessert spot with lots of seating and claw machines with cute plushies. The soft serve creations were really good. I thought the biscoff was super gummy. We came around 5 pm on a Sunday and there was no line so service was quick. Can't wait to come back to try their other flavors! read more

Pandan + green tea soft serve was an amazing combo. We also added sliced almonds and Oreo cookie crumbs as toppings. The Matcha was earthy and the pandan was sweet. We also had a mango sticky rice Matcha. It was okaaaay. Not bad, per se, but wasn't my favorite. There was also some red bean in it, but I think anyone else would think it's really good. It just wasn't my jam. That said, we still killed it. We saw egg sandos so thought we'd try one, 3/5, but we may be rating it harshly because we loved these in Japan. read more
I went to Claws & Cream because they had a promo a while back. I got banana soft serve and my friends got matcha. It was good because it was not too sweet, and very filling. The service was nice and a group of people also spilled their drinks and the place remade it for them and promptly cleaned up the mess. read more
Been here a couple times, overall pretty good experience! The staff is very friendly! Wait time can get a bit lengthy if it's busy. The ice cream is great and drinks are pretty decent.I love their matcha soft-serve! It's a must-get if you ever stop by! I honestly think any flavor you choose will be a hit, and i believe you can choose up to 2 free toppings for your ice cream. As for the setting, there are lots of seating, claw machines and games you can play! It can get a little loud during the evening on the weekends with so many family and friends hanging out at the shop, so it may not be the best place to study if that's what you're looking for. read more
Tasty ice cream. Fast and friendly service. Loud and fun place to hang out. I like that they are open late, which makes it a great spot to hang out. The claw machines made it an even better choice while enjoying some delicious ice cream. Our group decided to share the durian ice cream since we were still full from dinner. I am not the biggest fan of durian (yes, I am Viet, and yes, my parents made me eat it growing up... it just never stuck, fight me), but I gave it a try and was pleasantly surprised. The texture was especially good. I would come back to try other flavors, and next time I will make sure I come hungry for my own order. read more

Wow super cute spot! Outside, the place looks unassuming but inside, there's so much seating and so many fun claw machines. There's plenty of board games too. The place is meant to enjoy a treat (there's ice cream, teas, and matcha) while playing games and hanging out. The desserts are massive too! Huge portion and so tasty!!! This is definitely a cute spot to get ice cream and drinks. There was limited parking. There's a ton of tables inside and a good amount of claw machines. They offer free lactaid at the counter for my fellow lactose intolerants. The worker that helped up was friendly. He told us about the different types of ice creams they have as well as drinks. I tried the matcha affogato and the coffee affogato. Both were super delicious. The matcha flavor was rich which I love. It good but I did find it a bit overpriced for what it is. I got to try their claw machines and got lucky and snagged a capybara on the second try. They also have board games you can play while there. read more

I love this dessert shop. I was immediately warmly welcomed by the woman behind the counter. She was extremely helpful in describing different choices and making recommendations. The cute interior has lots of comfortable seating and a number of claw machines. I visited late one afternoon and chose an iced vanilla latte and a Biscoff ice cream. Once made, she delivered my treats to my table. The Vietnamese coffee and milk drink (more of a café au lait than a latte) was sweetened to my preference (100%) and was done perfectly. I must mention that I appreciated that the ice filled half the cup rather than completely filling it, allowing me more of the actual delicious drink to enjoy. The Biscoff ice cream was SO GOOD. Homemade soft serve vanilla ice cream layered with Biscoff crumbles and cookie butter, topped with a full cookie. Every spoonful was bursting with Biscoff flavor with an abundance of those crumbles. If you like Biscoff this will be one of your favorite desserts. I highly recommend this place; it makes the top tier of my favorite dessert shops. read more
I'm so happy I came here. They are conveniently located in a private parking lot. Which is a huge bonus for me When you walk in, you see the front counter. You order there, pay and then, Tori, brings out your order. They had delicious Dubai chocolate cookies which were to die for! And then we ordered a strawberry shortcake and a Dubai chocolate ice cream. Tori, asked if I wanted her to add sliced strawberries to the Dubai chocolate one, but I declined. They have a free water station And the place has a good amount of claw machines with tons of Pokémon and hello kitty prizes. They also have a machine that converts your cash / card into tokens. (I won two things out of the machines) It was very crowded on a Sunday. I absolutely loved the furniture. They have these beautiful dark green chairs at the window (set up like a bar) so the atmosphere was pretty. They also have very comfortable seats and tables (if you can find one) They also love their students. They have signs everywhere saying if you are studying here is the WiFi, here's the password AND pointing where the outlets are so they can charge their devices. They also had a bunch of card and board games for people to play / use while here. It took maybe about 5-10 minutes for Tori to bring our order out. Which, to be honest that's pretty good considering they were extremely busy. Tori, brought out spoons and napkins. But if you need more they have the utensils / napkins and etc up by the free water station Ice cream was delicious I think it's kind of on the pricey side. Since it's soft served. But it was really good. I didn't get to try their amazing looking drinks. Not a huge fan of the way it's packaged esp when it's fresh. The melted chocolate sticks to the packaging and it is difficult to remove from the bag without having the cookie rip apart. Claws and Cream is such a fun place to spend an afternoon! They have a great selection of delicious ice cream with plenty of flavors to choose from, making it the perfect treat while you hang out. What really makes this place unique is everything there is to do. They have board games you can play with friends, claw machines filled with adorable prizes, and a cute, cozy atmosphere that makes you want to stay awhile. The décor is charming and creates a fun, relaxing vibe. The staff is incredibly friendly and genuinely wants everyone to have a great experience. I had so much fun playing the claw machines, and when I was having trouble, the staff even reorganized the plushies to give me a better chance at winning. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made the experience even more enjoyable. Claws and Cream is a cute little dessert and claw shop. The ambience is very trendy brightly colored claw machines and a few tables and chairs. Most of the tables were taken so It would have been nice if they had more places to sit down. We came with some friends and their son thoroughly loved the claw machines. He won a few plushies- including this cute Totoro. The plushies were pretty good quality and whimsical. Only wished they had more claw machines- perhaps with some kirbies. As for the sweets, we got the Dubai chocolate Sunday, and it was fabulous! The ice cream is light and melts in your mouth. The thick pistachio cream and crispy noodles give an excellent texture flavor. What a decadent treat! Overall, a very cute place! The sundae is a must! read more

Cute and spacious place for claw machines w/ drinks & foods. Went here on Friday afternoon to get a cold drink (hot weather) not realizing that they have the buy one get one free so I got it. Easy parking since it has a size parking lot. Menu is big but easy to order with nice and friendly staff. As I wanted, I noticed that they have like a dozen of claw machines with varies type of toys. The seating area was HUGE overlooking the GG blvd with ceiling to floor glass window. Plus they do have seats outside the entrance too. After 25mins, I realized that they forgot my order since other people came after and they got their drinks and left. I asked and they did forgot my order. So after 30mins, I got my drinks...they did apologized for it. The drinks was okey, abit watering then I expected but did the cooling down from the heat so. read more
Great soft serve ice cream! I loved it here! I love the decor, the theme, and the service is excellent! The workers are all smiles and are so helpful! They gave us samples so we can find the right flavor! The ice cream is a bit expensive, but for me, I enjoyed the ice cream i got! We got the Dubai and strawberry cheesecake. Soooooo good! Yummy in the tummy! I loved the texture of the ice cream and the Dubai chocolate flavor was nicely put together. However, I loved the strawberry one more! My son loved the shovel spoons they gave us with our ice cream. Thats a really neat aesthetic. Will definitely be coming again when im in garden grove. Came in right before closing, not realizing how late it was, for a late night craving and instantly felt bad after realizing. My friends and I quickly ordered and left an apologetic tip. I put it in the freezer to save for later. HALF WAY through eating, I found a FINGERNAIL!! I don't know how a nail could possibly end up in an ice cream... it was deep in there too idk if this was out of spite or an honest mistake somehow... but nonetheless still disgusting. I even chewed on it before spitting it out... Mentally scarring experience. read more

Employees were nice and offered a free sample of one of their newer flavors. Strawberry cheesecake soft serve: 5/5 strong but good strawberry. Esp with the syrup and frozen strawberries. Can never go wrong with this flavor. matcha soft serve: 4/5 again very strong matcha flavor so only get if you truly love the taste of raw matcha.
