Came here on a late night for a sweet treat! Got their oreo ice cream to share with a few friends, and found a cool place to hang out. Aptly named, they have both a wide array of claw machines as well as ice cream and other treats available. You order at the counter, and service is fairly quick! I really liked the texture of their ice cream. I think that the brownie chunks were my favorite in that dessert. We snagged the backside bar area, and set up a quick game of Jenga while we finished off our dessert. We even tried the claw machine, to no success of our own, but we did see another couple walk out with a few prizes. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience here! Been here a couple times, overall pretty good experience! The staff is very friendly! Wait time can get a bit lengthy if it's busy. The ice cream is great and drinks are pretty decent.I love their matcha soft-serve! It's a must-get if you ever stop by! I honestly think any flavor you choose will be a hit, and i believe you can choose up to 2 free toppings for your ice cream. As for the setting, there are lots of seating, claw machines and games you can play! Once made, she delivered my treats to my table. The Vietnamese coffee and milk drink (more of a café au lait than a latte) was sweetened to my preference (100%) and was done perfectly. I must mention that I appreciated that the ice filled half the cup rather than completely filling it, allowing me more of the actual delicious drink to enjoy. The Biscoff ice cream was SO GOOD. Homemade soft serve vanilla ice cream layered with Biscoff crumbles and cookie butter, topped with a full cookie. Every spoonful was bursting with Biscoff flavor with an abundance of those crumbles. I'm so happy I came here. They are conveniently located in a private parking lot. Which is a huge bonus for me When you walk in, you see the front counter. You order there, pay and then, Tori, brings out your order. They had delicious Dubai chocolate cookies which were to die for! Most of the tables were taken so It would have been nice if they had more places to sit down. We came with some friends and their son thoroughly loved the claw machines. I looove the strawberry shortcake creation, an absolute 10/10. Vanilla soft serve with fresh cut strawberries, syrup, and actual strawberry shortcake. I don't have a big sweet tooth, but this always manages to hit the spot. The ice cream is really creamy but not too heavy, and the tang from the strawberries helps cut the richness. Biscoff ice cream creation was originally a seasonal option, but one of the staff members mentioned to me that it would be a permanent addition to the menu. Decadent cookie butter flavor that works very well with the vanilla soft serve and Biscoff crumbles- it also seems like there might be some caramel? This one was good but it was a bit dry, 8/10. I've tried the matcha and use soft serve on their own, and they're also very solid flavors. Matcha isn't too bitter or artificial, has a good balance. I've only had the durian soft serve as a free sample, and personally thought the taste was a bit too artificial for my liking. The bulgogi kimchi fries were very yummy, and the biscoff mini donuts had great texture and flavor. There's definitely some room for growth - mainly because it IS a small business, the staff members are usually busy so it might take a while for them to take your order. Most of the seasonal items were also out of stock whenever we went, which was a shame - especially when I couldn't try the browned butter pumpkin chocolate cookies.. They have house-made soft serve and the flavors sometimes change, along with signature desserts, coffee desserts, signature teas, and savory street snacks. I wish I had recorded the claw game experience--I had Togepi securely in the claw at least nine times, but it kept mysteriously dropping while being carried to the chute. Because of this, it felt like the machine might be programmed so that a prize is only released after a certain amount (around $10) is spent. I was able to catch the stuffed animals and lift them, but the claw seems pretty loose since they would drop right before making it to the hole. I did see other people win after a few attempts, moving the stuffed animals closer and closer to the hole. Most games are $1 each, some more expensive like the labubu machines.
