My husband and brother couldn't tell the difference between theirs when they brought them home. My favorite was the pandan coconut, because I am a pandan fiend, and there were slices of soft coconut in the che along with coconut and pandan jelly. The che thai was my second favorite, because of the lychee and jackfruit. I like that every bite is slightly different, and you get fruit, jelly, and smooth coconut milk to bind everything together. They put grass jelly in the che thai, which is a little different than the usual che thai I've gotten at other che places. We got the Pandan Coconut Che (the green one) and the Mango Pomelo Che. They were both delicious! The Pandan Coconut Che has a strong Pandan flavor with green jellies of various sizes. It also has pieces of fresh coconut! It's sweet, refreshing, and definitely for people who enjoy the taste of Pandan. The Mango Pomelo Che was the perfect combination of sweet and refreshing. i thought this store name was super cute and wanted to check it out since the che looked really good and there was a good variety of flavors! i think i should have gotten one of the more popular or signature che tho because i wasn't a super big fan of the mango pomelo che. there were about 3 tiny pieces of pomelo in the entire cup, and it was overall sweet milk and not memorable. we also got a cup of green milk tea to try, and it was also really sweet and more milky. the servers were all very friendly tho, and the store itself was cute and had a good amount of seating to enjoy your che! overall, the items i got weren't my favorite, but i'd be willing to try their pandan coconut che or house special che in the future! read more

My little family was in the area and I was initially Yelping to find a boba spot but Dulche popped up and after seeing the menu and photos I was super curious about Dulche. We made it with 15 minutes to spare before closing. Staff were really nice and friendly. You can customize the sweetness level but I ordered everything regular sweet and thought it tasted fine. The flavors were on point and really hit the spot. The che is oh so GOOD & since they offer flavors outside the norm, it was more exciting to explore the menu. The store is very cute & parking is fair, but one thing to complain about is that it was REALLY hot in the store. Hotter than outside in the daylight. Dessert was GOOOOOOD. So many great options. We got everything to go but I got the mango+pomelo. Loved the balance of biting on bitter/tangy pomelo pulp & sweet squishy jelly. No obvious artificial flavorings that were off putting. Every sip & bite was delightful. It was also fun when I noticed there was liquid mochi in there but also felt like gooey mucus (so could be a hit or miss texture for some). To all my foodie lovers..if you are like me, I ALWAYS have room for some dessert after a meal, so the besties recommended this spot near the restaurant that we were dining for the night. Dulché is a cute ché joint towards one end of the Hanmi plaza strip mall. The dessert spot is small on the inside, with a handful of tables & chairs. There isn't much fancy decor, maybe a fake/real plant in the front window corner & just advertisement pics of their ché decorating the walls. The menu is pretty minimal..think like In-n-Out ~ a few items (and drinks), but made with great quality. The staff was friendly and efficient taking our order. The hubs & I were still full from our dinner, so we opt'd to share a dessert. Our go-to is always the Ché Ba Maù aka Tricolor Ché. It was odd that they don't offer red beans in their dessert which is usually a staple ingredient of the ché, so that's one thing that I felt was missing. Otherwise, the ché was excellent. Not a crazy amount of ice, leaving you little dessert. The coconut milk wasn't overly sweet. Everything else married perfectly. For the size and $8 price tag however, idk if it's a repeater for me. Being in Vietville, there are PLENTY of other ché places for cheaper and with the same flavors AND red bean! Lol Dulché was a good try and it satisfied my sweet tooth for the night.
