I serendipitously stumbled across this sanctuary while searching for bottled water in the wee hours of the night. Yeah, I'm one of those high-maintenance hussies who can't sleep without proper hydration. Alack. CVS and other nearby convenience stores were closed, even off the Sunset Strip. Perhaps I was punished to parchment after all. But hark! Could it be? A neon-lit store only blocks from my hotel, its entrance accessorized by a quirky model car...? My eyes did not deceive me. But they did widen in wonder as I discovered vegan delights sprinkled Hansel-and-Gretel breadcrumb style through the aisles leading to the fridge section. Rhythm kale chips (bonus points for having my favorite mango habanero flavor). Seaweed packets. Booze. Synergy kombucha. Dairy-free chocolate and ice cream. Unexpected bliss. I even found shaving cream (for sensitive skin!) that I had forgotten to purchase earlier in the day. Everything you need--and don't need, but now want--in one insomnia-friendly spot. Look, Pink Dot does the Lord's work and I order from them quite often late at night but I don't think they've gotten an order 100% right in years. Want vinegar chips? How about 2 bags of Doritos? Want no onions on your sandwich? How about we double up on onions? You want wings? No we've chosen chicken nuggets for you. We call it the "Pink Dot Surprise" at our house at this point. I dunno if the staff just dgaf or they're visiting the dispensary next door too often but thanks for all you do nevertheless. read more

I stopped by Pink Dot one afternoon to grab a quick snack. After buying a few things, I sat in my car in the back parking lot to eat for a few minutes before heading out. The lot was almost completely empty--plenty of open spaces, no one waiting. Out of nowhere, a man (pretty sure he was the owner) came over and told me I had to leave. I showed him I was just finishing a snack I'd just bought inside, but he kept pushing it, getting closer and more aggressive. It was completely unnecessary and uncomfortable. I've seen other reviews mention similar experiences, so I'm not surprised. I won't be back. If this is how they treat paying customers, they can keep their empty parking spots. read more

I haven't been here in several years, yet after visiting the Pink Dot Express down the way, I made a trip over to their original since they didn't have what I was looking for. But this place sure did, and then some. Not only did I find my awful Alka-Seltzer original chalky tablets, they had some random foreign candy as well. I'm sure they had some other awesome stuff but I didn't feel like sticking around. They didn't have any Sudafed type of stuff though, which is another thing I was searching for. No minimum on card purchases either, so this was great. Machine does ask if you want to leave a tip, so you can bypass this if you want. Kid working was competent, and got the job done. Parking lot is shared with a Boot store, but I think they're all closed down so there was plenty of parking when I went. I'd definitely stop in again; you never know what you might need, and for the most part, Pink Dot will have it. Actually went back for the second time within the week, and I swear the guy working was AI or something, he just looked too 'on', and even the way he spoke was strangely robotic. But that's okay, he rung me up properly and did his part. read more

OK, to be clear, I've been a Pink Dot Customer since their launch some 30 years ago. Last week, in a vain attempt to support local business and avoid the predatory apps like GrubHub, DoorDash & UberEats, I decided to order directly from them. First, they got 3 things wrong. They sent items I didn't order and didn't send things I did. I've now reached out to support three times, all which went unanswered. The aforementioned sites would've credited me instantly for the entire order. and I would've been content with an apology and a small credit for the difference. After 90 minutes without communication, I needed to get to sleep and was forced to cancel the order. I called three times to cancel, then was stuck staying up until 1AM waiting for their driver TWO HOURS LATER. I didn't want to write this review, but since you couldn't be bothered to get back to me, you deserve it and you've now lost at least one customer for life. Bye Pinkie. It's time to see other people. read more

I came into town for a business trip in stumbled upon Pink Dot. I came inside and the worker Audrey was super friendly and attentive, Her knowledge of alcohol was impressive and the tequila she recommended was absolutely amazing even though I never heard of it before. I went in for some snacks and ended up spending over $300, I do not regret whatsoever. Thank you Audrey I will definitely be back!!!!! read more

For a little over $20, I got strips of turkey breast meat that were underseasoned, dry, and overcooked along with some unexceptional freezer section shoestring fries one could find at almost any school cafeteria. It's bad enough to waste my money, but adding on the egregious waste of time really rubs salt in the wound. Next time, Henrietta should try rubbing that salt onto that flavorless turkey.

For some reason, the obvious wording on the description 'double pattied' slipped my mind and I encountered one huge-ass American cheese, special sauce+fixings burger busting out of its box. You also get a rather large portion of fries (shoestring is not my favorite but these were very good) but let's talk about this burger. I knew it was going to beat me; I would have been sufficient with one patty but even then, it was generously sized. Although it wasn't halved as I requested, it was prepared how I wanted it thankfully. This was also an extremely messy 4-napkin meal, so keep that in mind if you're on a date or something. The girl who brought the food out to me was great, thanks Mary! Returned about a week later to try the chicken tenders (minus fries this trip) and proceeded to gussy it up at home with mashed potatoes and vegetables. Fancy! *IMPORTANT* Although this concept is part of Delilah on 7969 Santa Monica Blvd, you actually pick up your order at Petite Taqueria, 755 N. La Cienega Blvd. So make sure you get this right by going to the correct restaurant. For some reason, I thought it was picked up at the Nice Guy (they're both on the same side of the street on La Cienega) but it's definitely Petite Taqueria, right next door to Poppy. There is a sign outside of this restaurant indicating this (see photos.) If you are getting delivery, simply ignore this last paragraph. Nobody picks up the phone listed on the site at any of the businesses that I tried (Delilah, Petite Taqueria, Lilah (two different numbers) so if you try to order by phone, most likely that won't happen. Their site connects you to ChowNow, but you can also order through Postmates (and probably others) for pickup/delivery. Minor increase of .01 on prices which is nothing new for such sites. 10/19-20: Just had my 3rd visit for a bacon bbq burger+fries. Another winner, this was a 2-napkin meal. Guy working today was great, I wish I would have gotten his name. Next time for sure. Everything I've tried has been pretty good, looking forward to the mac and cheese next. I'm not sure but this could be the same food that Delilah's prepares, just with a more fun, whimsical presentation, and a lower price point. I highly recommend!

I walked in just to check it out and left feeling like I'd just uncovered a treasure trove of all things awesome. First off, their **selection of tequilas** is INSANE. I'm talking rows upon rows of every kind you could ever imagine! You want something smooth, something fancy, something that'll make your next party the talk of the town? They've got you covered. But that's not all - the selection of drinks, sodas, vapes, snacks, and chips is *next-level*. You could easily spend an hour just browsing through their snacks (trust me, I did). A HUGE shoutout to **Sol**, the owner, who not only knows his stuff but also went *above and beyond* to help me track down a special bottle of tequila that I'd been searching for. The man is basically a tequila whisperer - I walked out with a bottle that will probably make my taste buds dance for the next week. And let me tell you about **Benji**, the cashier. This guy? Absolute legend. Friendly, fast, efficient, and had me rung up in no time flat. If everyone in retail were like Benji, we'd all have a lot more smiles in our day. this is by far the worst store you can purchase anything from, bad food, horrible customer service, you have better luck going to the 7 eleven 1 minute down la cienega or any other liquor store or food spot which are 5 -7 minutes in every direction from this store, everything their is overpriced and in horrible conditions or expired, so much for convenience. the food is so grotesque, i found ants and pieces of paper on top of what you think is salad with slimy old tomatoes, carrots with mold, brown lettuce. and the pizza!!! again better off going to 7-eleven. the managers especially the ones on the weekend nights are rudest, slowest people in charge they are always offering $10 credit for their mistakes and horrible service... if you want an extra $10 bucks, horrible customer service, horrible managers, 1 hour & half service despite their 45min claim(lies), disgusting overpriced food and expensive liquor this is your place to go!!! everyone else avoid pink dot at all cost no matter how lazy you feel or rich you are it's not worth getting sick or treated bad!!! read more

WOW! I can't believe Pink Dot even has a store in West Hollywood!!! I am moving there in 2 months and I was depressed that I was leaving the one by Venice! I am so excited to have a place that can deliver liquor and stocked with everything alcohol from Patron to Grey Goose. There delivery service is honestly the greatest thing that happened to Los Angeles. Also their deli sandwiches are to die for especially their new wraps. Yes there are other places copying Pink Dot's business but always the king of the castle who started all owns the crown and has the best. I visited my friend in west Hollywood. It was a late night visit though so he just decided to order from pink dot. I just like the fact that they have almost all grocery stuffs and even pizzas and other fresh food. We waited for I think 30 minutes since the place is just near. We just didn't want to go out and miss our football game. Anyway, I like their service but the pizza is I think, too pricey. So with the beer and stuff. I love being able to order anything I want and have it delivered straight to my door and the food is amazing! Try the new #2, The Grilled chicken Panini sandwhich, it is unbelieveable!! Love Pink Dot. They always come through with timely deliveries. I live about a half mile away, and they are my go to grocery store. All the delivery people always seem overly chipper, seriously, I've never encountered a cranky pink dot delivery person. I also recommend having the wraps, they hit the spot! read more

I went here today to get a sandwich and a drink. The manager Kathy let me try the empanadas. I was surprise. It was delicious. The staff is very friendly and I love how they make sure your order is correct. They also deliver. The store is clean and very welcoming. Thank you Pink Dot. I will be back soon. read more

Dumb rip off store due to real estate. Are you that lazy, just go to Ralphs it's right down the street. Interesting choice of role model outside plus the huge flag seeing as Kobe was fined for being homophobic basically. Well the car outside is cute. Take a photo and keep walking. read more

I ceased at Pinkish Dot for any fast lunch time. The sandwich was tasty along with lots of toppings and meat. I intend to quit right here once again about this and long term outings. There exists a warm meals area that I've but to test. read more

I called around 4 PM to place a cookie order and spoke with Ashley. I was immediately told that all cookie orders require 48-hour notice--without being asked how many cookies I needed or any details about the order. I even clarified that I was only looking for one dozen original cookies and one dozen milk chocolate, and she reiterated that all cookie orders require 48-hour notice. What was most frustrating wasn't even the policy--it was the lack of basic customer service. There were no follow-up questions, no attempt to offer alternatives, and no effort to see if anything could be accommodated for the next day. The conversation felt very one-sided and dismissive. I've ordered from other Bristol Farms locations throughout Southern California and have not encountered such a rigid, across-the-board policy, which made this experience even more surprising. I ended up placing the order elsewhere, and my group was very happy with that decision for several reasons, including the overall service experience. At a minimum, I would expect staff to: * Ask a few clarifying questions before declining a request * Offer alternatives or solutions when possible * Communicate policies in a more customer-friendly way Unfortunately, this isn't the first time I've experienced slow or inconsistent service at this particular counter, which makes it harder to rely on.
