I normally go to a different meal prep store but I was in the area so I decided to try this place. They have a very large selection of meals and different portion sizes to pick from. I only grabbed two meals--the chicken ziti and the chicken enchiladas. The ziti was good. No complaints there. The enchiladas however...not the best. I didn't expect anything authentic but they were quite dry. The worst part is I didn't feel so great after eating them. I felt a little nauseous and sluggish. I'm sure they have other good stuff, but this was my first impression, so it's unlikely I'll visit again. read more

Customer Experience Report - Ready Fit Go, Santa Monica Boulevard Date: Sunday, December 15, 2024 Today, we visited the Ready Fit Go location on Santa Monica Boulevard to pick up an online order consisting of five meals. Upon arrival, we were greeted by an employee whose attitude was particularly indifferent and unpleasant, giving the impression that we were disturbing them. Once home, we were surprised to find that only three meals were in the bag instead of the five we had ordered. Our mistake was not checking the contents of the bag immediately before leaving the store. We promptly contacted the store to report this issue. The person on the phone informed us that we could return to the store to collect the missing meals but did not offer any apology for the mistake. When we explained that we lived at a considerable distance and would prefer delivery, we were told that delivery would be at our expense. We found this response unacceptable, as the error was on their part. A proper customer service approach would have been to propose a solution that did not inconvenience the customer. Furthermore, when we asked for the name of the employee responsible for the issue, the person on the phone refused to provide it. We plan to return to the store on Monday to collect the missing meals and to speak directly with the manager to address this situation. read more

What a cool place! I work in the neighborhood and I'm vegetarian so always on the lookout for somewhere I can get some decent food quickly for lunch break. My coworker suggested here and when I went in, everyone was super nice and pointed me to the vegan section. I went with Vegan Vinny's Pasta which was SO tasty. Something I really like about the food is that it's enough to satisfy your hunger, get your protein in but not so much that you feel sluggish after. Also the meals are microwavable which is so convenient. And the best part, surprisingly affordable for what you get! My only regret is that I didn't find the place sooner. Came here today to try their food. I got the pepper steak, shrimp sausage and rice, cranberry salad. I tried so shrimp so far and it was very solid. Pricing is pretty cheap for the area. I like it provides the macro and you can run in and pickup the food without having to order in advance. The fridges make it convenient to pop in. I love this place! I've been searching for a good meal prep spot for a while and it's been tough finding one that tastes fresh and actually is fresh. Usually they end up tasting rubbery or too salty. But Ready Fit Go's meals are delicious! They have a big variety, from chicken to turkey to salmon dishes. I work night shifts so cooking for myself is hard. I usually grab 3-6 plates to get me through my workdays. My favorites are the Korean beef bowl and lemon pepper turkey. They even list the macros on the plate, which makes it easier for me to track what I'm eating. For those of us on night shifts, it's tough to eat healthy and stay fit when fast food is the only option. I really hope this place sticks around in West Hollywood. read more

I'm really bummed to give this review because at first I really enjoyed this service. I received a few free samples of their peanut butter ball snacks and thought they were SO good. The first time I used their delivery process I was really surprised by how unorganized it was. I received an email letting me know my food was on its way, so I made sure I was home to receive it. Then every hour or so I'd get an email saying the food was on its way but the arrival time was later and later, and the tracker wasn't giving me coordinates on where the food was. After multiple emails with the schedule changing, I decided to contact the kitchen for more info. They let me know it wouldn't show up on the tracker until the driver was closer to my home. I feel like it's important for the ETA to be accurate, especially if you didn't request the food to come in a cooler, you want to be present so it doesn't go bad sitting outside! The first time I had the beef polenta I really enjoyed it and I've enjoyed the peanut butter balls and the power energy bar they make. The second time I ordered delivery it was the same issue where it took several hours to get the food delivered, and you can't pick the time it gets to you, you just have to be available all day to receive it. I also don't recommend banking on it being your lunch for the day, since it could end up getting to you so late depending on where you are. This second time I had a few meals delivered, I got really sick on the beef/polenta meal, to the point that my entire day was shot because of it. The whole point of these meals is for a healthy, convenient option when you're busy. But if you're derailing my day and making me physically ill, then we have a problem. read more

Everyone here is friendly. I had two meals from them so far. Turkey meatballs with plant-based pasta and an incredible chicken stew. This food is of such quality it could be served in a nice restaurant. From now on, I go here instead of Trader Joe's across the street to pick up a to-go meal.
