There aren't enough words to describe how amazing he meat is from the Wagyu Window. When it comes to quality there is no one better and on top of it the owners of the business couldn't be more amazing. They respond quickly and ship faster than amazing. If your looking for the best that money can buy look no further.

Addicting! This is hands down and by far some of the best wagyu meat your money can buy. Thank you Wagyu Window! I would recommend 100%.

The Wagyu window hooked me up with some incredible steaks. Here's a bavette and a skirt. I've never heard of a bavette, but was turned on to it after talking about what i like and having this suggested to me by Wagyu Window. They know they're stuff and are like a concierge of steak! RUN TO WAGYU WINDOW!

If you love steak, look no further. I've ordered from The Wagyu Window countless times and I'm blown away every single time. They provide the best quality meat I've ever had, best customer service, and best pricing. At first, I was really intimidated to cook such a fine piece of meat, but Sam was kind enough to explain his method step-by-step and give me confidence that I would achieve the medium rare result I desire. Thanks again, see you soon!

Everything is always top quality and the customer service is by far some of the best I have had at a butcher. Their recommendation are always on point and they even will provide you ice packs on request for your freezer bag if you are going to be doing some shopping or have a decent drive back home. I love that they are well knowledgeable about all the products and take the time if you ask to explain the differences in the meats and how they should be cooked for the best experience. If you are ever by the grove or farmers market ask for Brandon (likes to go by B) or Byron they are always willing to help and make sure you are more than satisfied with your purchase. The great thing about them is that they are father (Byron) and son (Brandon) which means they are passing down the skill set and knowledge regarding butchery and meats. If you are in the area or have the means to travel I definitely recommend supporting this establishment at least for your ultra premium, exotic, or seasonal meats.

It's hard find a good butcher. Some are cuisine specific (kosher? halal?), small neighborhood shop or a big butcher like Huntington Meats. Superb quality of items (beef, poultry, oxtails, lamb, pork, etc.) Knowledgeable and friendly staff. It seems like the shop had always been around. Like meatloaf? Hate making meatloaf? Buy a pound or three of raw house-made meatloaf ready to take home and bake! Thinking about grilling some great burgers. They offer Nancy Silverton's special mix of beefs for perfectly juicy burgers (available in 1/4 pound and 1/3 pound raw patties.)

For brisket, they only roll it by hand, which my family insists on, so there's no way we can skip this place. Their top-quality tenderloin cuts are also perfect for bulgogi. Honestly, for our family, we have to use this cut for mille-feuille nabe--anything else for shabu-shabu feels too tough, no matter how soft it looks. Everyone in the house knows this is the only cut that truly satisfies. They even have meat for yukhoe 육회(Korean beef tartare), and when we buy it, we enjoy it so much at home. At this price, it's unbeatable. If we go out to eat, it costs around $35 for such a small portion, but here we get everything we want in one stop.

We walked around and looked at different restaurants. When we found Pampas we noticed that you grab a tray and walk around and self serve the different food items that were offered. When you get to the meat section you tell the person working behind the counter what you would like, they cut off the meat, put it on the plate and you move on. They weigh your plate and then you pay. For my meal I tried several different types of meat, a stew, mashed potatoes, rice, pasta, and rolls. It was a lot of food and very filling. The meat was definitely the best part of the meal. I chose to get two different types of beef, a serving of stew, and some chicken. Both the beef and the chicken were tender and full of flavor. The stew was delicious. I actually served it over my rice and mixed it together for added texture. The pasta and the rice were al dente and honestly I would have preferred them to be a little more tender than firm. The potatoes were good. They had a slightly salty flavor and were smooth. The rolls were good as they were small, with a semi crispy exterior and a soft interior. Overall Pampas Grill is located in a cool outdoor atmosphere. It has friendly service and the food was very filling and flavorful.

I'm not a big fan of overly salted foods, but the meat was so good that I didn't let the undissolved salt crystals ruin my experience. I will have to visit again to make sure it was just an off day. I can't remember which one it was but one of the meats I ordered was dry. Except for that one, everything else was amazing. My favorite is picanha/sirloin cap. For sides, I love the heart of palm salad. Beets were simple and fresh. The collard greens were solid as ever. And if you want something sweet, I recommend the plantains. Something new I noticed is they had Diet Dr. Pepper which honestly made my experience even better. What I enjoy about eating at this location is the upstairs seating right around the corner. There's just something oddly exciting about walking up the stairs with a big plate of food. The window seats are a nice place to sit for better ventilation since that area can get pretty warm. Definitely will be back!
