It's sad I won't be returning. I have two stars for nostalgia. I have been a customer for years. Since prior to the pandemic and the standard of service has seriously declined. I guess they have so many recommendations and new clients they do not need to accommodate their loyal customers. Perhaps they should reflect on how they got this popular. I'm glad I came here. You know when you fall asleep during the appt that your technician knows what they're doing. I am an experienced lash customer and the amount of detail I felt put into my lashes (or more so barely felt and the parts I was awake for) was more than I expected. Especially because I came in with a Groupon, most of the time I'm given inexperienced technicians at other salons but this was not the case at Pink Lash. My technician, Nicole, was careful in placement and she went back and forth between my eyes to make sure they were filled and even. She did not rush and made me feel very comfortable. And this is actually the very first time I opened my eyes after an appt and did not experience any burning (seriously the first time, I have very sensitive eyes). I definitely plan on making a trip back. Will update on longevity later Update: 12/19, 3 week mark Lashes are still intact, about half have come off at this point which is very normal. I'd say they did a great job at gluing the lashes to my natural lashes because whenever a lash fell out it had my natural lash on it. Highly recommend Pink Lash, I am a happy customer :) read more

Pink Lash was recommended by a friend and I finally gave it a try three weeks ago. I've been getting my lashes done for years and I am very impressed by with their service. Scheduling can be a bit hard if you work or you are free when most people are free (i.e. weekends, late nights). However, it appears if you have a more open schedule, it is easier to get appointments. The appointment process was seamless and I already knew what length, style and curl I wanted. They also have more "add-ons" compared to what's shown on the website such as thickness or lighter lashes (i think it was premium) for 10 dollars extra. The person in front also explained the outcome look for each add on. I went for the premium lashes, 13mm, cat-eye and C curl. The appointment took less than 1.5 hours and it was definitely calmer compared to some other lash places. PLEASE NOTE EVERYTHING IS CASH BASED*** I am coming back for my 3-week refill today since I was so pleased with my results. The fallout was reasonable and nothing excessive. When I was observing my fall out lashes, I saw how well they glued the lashes to my own lash. This is for the early bird special review (I got C curl 10-11 length and cat-eye shape). Not sure if it's just my technician or if it's because I did the early bird special, but I would say my lashes overall look pretty mediocre and the shape of my left & right lashes looks very inconsistent. Also, instead of a gradual wing, the eyelash lengths from the inner corner to the outer corner of my eyes are kind of choppy. That said, $40 with the early bird promotion is crazy cheap, so I can't really complain about the result + the place is conveniently located and clean. Scheduling has been super easy; I usually book about 5 days in advance and have never ran into an issue getting an appointment. I came in knowing the general style I wanted (natural, C curl) but I have experimented a bit with length and the employees are great at explaining the differences in look, etc. The lashes themselves always turn out nicely and I think the fall out has been on the lighter side, which is great. The appointment took less than 1.5 hours and the result was great. The technician was experienced and gentle. I have really sensitive eyes and they always get red and react horribly to bad glue. I didn't get any bad reaction from this place. I could open my eyes easier after the technician applied lashes on me. Another big plus and reason why I will come back is that they offer super soft lashes that are more natural and lightweight. Regular .15mm lashes are too heavy on my eyelids and I always feel tired and want to pick them out after 1 week. the option of having natural and lightweight lashes allows them to be more long-lasting and comfortable. I've come here a couple times now for lash extensions. They first reeled me in with a great new customer deal and a discount if you pay in cash. They have a selection of styles and lengths that they are helpful discussing with you. Add-ons (including mink and "thicker") are each an additional $10-$20 which can add up. The salon itself is small, bright, and clean. I've felt comfortable each time I've visited. It has been easy to schedule appointments as they respond via text message and are flexible within 24 hours. Unfortunately, I had to knock off a star because they didn't do a good job clarifying my appointment type the last time I went. I booked a "refill" which are available at the 2 week and 3 week mark, and AFTER my appointment was informed that this was in fact 3 days outside of the 3 week window and therefore I would have to pay for an entirely new set. I was pretty disappointed that this hadn't been clarified with me before the application of the lashes. This was my first time getting lashes. I actually waited 2 weeks because I wanted to see how they lasted before I wrote a review. I can still say that I am very happy with this service. It was small but cute in there. They are friendly, the receptionist is helpful in helping you figure out what you want. The only downside (and why I didn't give a 5) is that I found the lash glue or whatever they use to stick the lashes on caused my eyes to get extra crusty in the mornings. That cause me to rub them more and have them come out faster. Regardless, they still look good and I'm going on week 3. Honestly was really excited to find an affordable and well-reviewed eyelash extension place but was deeply disappointed by the service. Not only was the process super uncomfortable and my eyes felt super irritated after but the lash technician went so far as to deliver some rude comments. The whole time I felt like she was scratching my lash line so my eyes naturally tensed up and when I was done, the technician said "the condition of your own lashes is absolutely TERRIBLE" with a straight look on her face as if it was my fault. During the entire duration of the process she was huffing and puffing, and I could hear her angry frustration. My sparse natural lashes are an insecurity already and you don't have to get angry at me just because it made your job harder than usual. It's so unprofessional and leaves the client feeling mistreated. She then went to the cashier and started complaining about my lashes in Korean. Truly the worst customer service; if she felt like my lashes were too much of a challenge for her she should have done me a favor and declined the service instead leaving me feeling like crap. Usually after the second week it becomes patchy, but these gradually fell off -in addition to the groupon, you can get $10 off your next visit for writing a review Cons: -you must book ahead to get the later time slots -a little bit more pricey than other places I've been -like most places, the groupon will get you a basic mink set. Jokes on me though :/ The lashes they use do look a little artificial, but I didn't complain too much because I got a deal for it. I got the C-curl with the natural look which is that the lashes are longer in the center. The good thing about this place is you get to choose what you like, but the technicians really don't put much insight into what they think will look good on you. I think this is a downside if you're new to getting lash extensions. However, it hasn't even been the full two weeks and my eyelashes have been falling off so quickly. To make things worse, my real lashes come off with it. I think the problem is that they attach the extension lashes too far from your real lashes. Anyways, I'm truly disappointed and even with the Groupon, it's not worth it. The first time I did eyelash extensions was at a place also around k-town, called Secret Eyelash. The extensions lasted me almost 6 weeks and barely any of my real lashes were lost. I guess it is because of this place that I had such high expectations. I wish I went longer because the size 11s just looked like my regular lashes, but fuller. The experience also was not very relaxing. I kept feeling tugging at my actual lashes. I've been to other lash spots before and I think this is the first time I did not fall asleep while getting them done. Most of the lashes also fell out after about a week and a half. Ellie at the front desk has always been super helpful with explaining all the varying styles of lashes I could get. I've gone from shorter lashes to longer and all of them are amazing quality. My two favorite eyelash techs~ Chloe & Ellie~ are so gentle with their application of the lashes I always fall asleep. The music playing background is so soothing as well, it's just the perfect place. Comforting. I literally refuse to go anywhere else.
