Today we went back for shoes and even though the shoes were very cute the helpful ladies talked us into going elsewhere to better match the dress. They were beyond helpful and we did find the perfect shoes for the perfect dress we found here. Thank you so much! As someone who is on my own shopping with my daughter it's so nice to get outside help.

If you're going to have someone checking out customers make sure they're dressed appropriately, she looked like she belonged to a local strip club and also make sure they work on customer service. However, during my most recent visit, I encountered poor customer service. While paying, I expressed interest in applying for their credit card, but the cashier informed me that she could not assist me and implied that it would not be worthwhile unless I frequently shop there. I found her response to be judgmental, particularly as I was dressed casually and without makeup. I felt that she made an incorrect assumption about my ability to afford shopping at Express. I am only sharing this review due to the subpar customer service I received. And I didn't get her name or tried talking to her manager. I just left. But she was young and had copper color hair.

However, these representatives are 5 stars all the way! Today, I had a good experience with Edith again! The experience was good, until I reached the representative at the register. A totally different person, who was rude and not helpful! I explained to her that I had two rewards yesterday, and I only used one of them, so I should still have one left. She sort of snapped at me and told me that it might have expired. Additionally, she gave me the wrong # to contact when I asked for customer service. She gave me the credit card line (1-800-888-4163), when I needed Lane Bryant's customer service (1-866-681-1746). That sent me on a whole different rabbit hole experience! Online it listed: (1-866-886-4731). The supervisor claimed she couldn't hear me. I had to call about six different times to several different phone numbers before arriving at the correct place, which ended up being a total waste of time! The representatives on the phone were not helpful either. It is a shame that the negative experience really outweighed the positive.

I did not know Lane Bryant actually measures and assisted me with finding these two bras that are so comfortable. Not to mention the fact that these bras make me feel like a woman and a little extra sexy. Ms. Edith was such a delight and so welcoming. She instantly greeted me and asked if she could assist me in finding anything. She went straight to work in finding these two bras and they worked perfectly. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes (after looking around at other clothes). The store is clean & super organized. There is plenty of free and safe parking and the location is easy to find across from the mall.

What started out as two separate stores (one offering white apparel, the sister store offering black) merged into one store and has gradually expanded their palette to include brighter shades as well. WHBM is a nice addition to Vintage Faire, especially for women over 25. I feel their clothes are reasonably priced. I have purchased several adorable dresses from WHBM which have been perfect for bridal showers, weddings, and brunches. I look forward to browsing at this WHBM again soon to find a frock for an upcoming event!

Probably one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had in my life. Went in with my…read moresister and my niece and my daughter, there were three girls working standing around talking to eachother and on their phones showing pictures to each other, never once greeted customers, never once asked if we needed help. There was a line for the fitting room while the girls stood there talking. I approached the girls asking if we could get help for the fitting room. The girls looked at me with attitude and said, I guess. She opened the door to the fitting room and went straight back to talking. We were reaching for jeans that were high up and all three girls watched and my daughter struggled to resch her size. Never asking is we needed help. It was extremely unprofessional and made us feel like we didnt matter as customers. The store was also trashed. Extremely unorganized, jeans thrown all over, shirts all over the places. It was sad to see when the three young ladies where just standing around talking and not working. Definitely will not be supporting this company anymore.
