This was my first time here, my friend was the one to recommend this place specifically for Beverly, she makes and uses her own products. I enjoyed the eucalyptus and mint scrub she used it was heavenly. After the pedicure, Beverly used this balm called Bao Bum and the Onyx cracked heal butter after the pedicure to make it last longer! I appreciated that she brings these in herself, the salon doesn't not provide them to her. The salon is clean and nicely decorated I love the Zen tree near the reception desk. My experience was not great at all. I wish I'd caught the guys name who had done my nails because he was absolutely terrible and the least bit of welcoming. My nails as pictured are only 4 days old! After 4 days I should not be seeing my nail bed. He was very pushy and wanted me to get an even more expensive service that I didn't ask for. I hate going somewhere where it's all about the money and not customer service focused. I might add that when I went to dry my nails I accidentally hit it and he had to re-do 3 additional nails. Of course, as expected he caught a fit about re-doing them. Will not be going back to him. My technician was pretty through cleaning my cuticles during the pedicure but accidentally smudged the large toe at the end. He said he would fix it and it appeared that he did at the time but after coming home I noticed the smudge was hardly fixed.. . I asked the dip nails to be done thin.. I don't like thick nails. I'm extremely disappointed after a year and a half in Florida testing out new salons I found pink nails and was thankful! 6 months of some great service to come in for a fill for them to tell me Michael, the best nail tech had just went back to Vietnam! I let someone else do my fill, of course it messed up my perfect set. I came back a week later to find they are completely under new management. Their polish selection has diminished. The decor and over all ambiance is gone. I feel like they are just tryna upsell upsell upsell to the point that it isn't even relaxing. Time to find a new Salon all over again! So I don't know what all these negative reviews are about. Yes they are under new management, YES they are better. Not worse. I got my nails done this morning with Laura. She was nice, funny, worked with me with what I wanted and did a great job. The lady standing at the front desk (I think she may have been the owner) was also very nice. The place is clean, THEY STERILIZE, and it's renovated. I messed up a nail when I got in my car and decided to go back in - the lady at the front was quick to grab my nail technician again to fix my nail. Usually I feel like such a burden when this happens but they did not make me feel like that at all. Everyone had a smile on their faces. I will definitely be back. read more

I would recommend getting your nails done here. But i would not get any sort of waxing done here. The lady who waxed my eyebrows managed to cut my eyelid and didn't even say anything. I had already paid and tipped before i did my nails because they recommended i do so, if i would've waited to pay i wouldn't have left as big of a tip as i did. read more

Linda is the best! She takes her time, cares about how your nails will look, and has always been doing a great job in both mani and pedi. The place is under new management, and they have upgraded the whole place. The receptionist is the best as well, always polite, nice and very welcoming. The owners seem to be nice as well and caring about the customers. I used to go to this salon while Vicky was the owner, and stopped for a while after the management changed. A couple of weeks ago I heard from a friend that Linda stayed and decided to come back. I'm so glad I did! I'm not changing this place again! My old nail tech always refused to do a coffin shape on natural nails with hard gel overlay, but Vicki was able to do it without any problem. She is the best! They have a wide range of colors, and they have various types of chrome... my fave. The pedicure is really relaxing, and last forever with gel. I love this spot, and will definitely return. **** UPDATE This USED to be my favorite spot. The owners have changed. The prices have gone up, and the service is not the same. I HATE my nails. The shape is awful and uneven. I asked for coffin shaped nails. I have c's carved into the side of each nail. That is the best way I can describe this horror. I went recently for a gel mani and pedi and was sooo disappointed! The guy who did my pedi was pretty decent. Took his time to shape nails and polish but he barely scrubbed my feet. The other gentleman who did my gel mani... ugh! I have 3 cuts, my nails have all sorts of funky shapes and the polish is terrible! This place has changed administration/owner 3-4 times in the last 10-12 yrs. Very inconsistent with techs, you get a new one seemingly every month. Sometimes you get a good one but most are average in service. My last visit was late May and while I understand that ppl have concerns with COVID, this guy was extremely rough. I had file burns on my fingers and toes. So my hands looked rough instead of nice and neat for my daughters wedding. Never again. Every time I get a make tech, if feels like they learned a few things some months ago and should be doing something else. read more

I had time to kill before an appointment and walked in to get a pedi. Fortunately there was an available Nail Tech who took me right away. He took his time on my pedi which I appreciate. I got 2 massages!!! One with oil, and one with lotion, then hot towels. They have a great polish selection. There are two different brands of gel. The germ phobe that I am pays close attention to tools and sanitation. They actually have a prepackaged sanitized set of tools. I forgot the guy's name unfortunately but he recently relocated from Boyton Beach. He was great. There was some fun conversation and a great pedi. I'm only giving two stars because the nail tech was actually nice but since she was in a hurry and messed up my matte nails. She put oil on my hands once the gel manicure was done and the matte top coat turned dull (no matter how many times I washed my hands). The owners treated everyone else at the shop nicely offering them drinks and food but I was completely ignored. As a first time customer I was disgusted by that.
