My fiance decided to treat me to a pedicure since we've been saving for our wedding and I had heard amazing things about this place so I decided to give it a try and see for my wedding party to come possibly do their nails later in the year. I walked in after 5pm and was helped right away, that was the only plus. My tech did not greet me and did not really make me feel welcome, she gave me a "I'm better than you" vibe to be honest. I've been getting my nails done regularly since I was a child and I haven't felt this often. The only thing she really said to me was that the color I picked was too clear/see through, but didn't offer a solution to the problem she created.. I figured by the time we got to the nail painting part she'd confirm with me if I liked the way the polish looked since she had brought up a concern. Did she? Nope. She colored all 10 toes and then asked me if I liked how it looked lol. I also didn't love how she didn't say the gel pedicure would be $15 more since I was told to pick from a pedicure menu and it said my pedicure would be $37 - you should probably have a gel pedicure menu as well if they're not the same prices and your techs can't speak. I informed you at the front of my bad experience but I'm definitely warning others - you should probably go somewhere else. This place isn't worth it whatsoever. It's fancy but it's not that fancy to be treated like nothing. read more

I called ahead as a walk-in & was accepted upon arrival less than 10 minutes later (one star for that). I have to say, the salon is beautiful (another star for that). However, I spent $37 on a pedicure & didn't receive all of the services that I chose it for: one being a heel scrub & the other being a 10 minute massage. I got a few swipes on one heel, none in the other & my 10 minute massage consisted of lotion being rubbed into my shins & was cut short for no apparent reason. I also didn't appreciate the "you pay now" comment & being rushed to sign my receipt while still sitting in the chair where I got my pedicure. I watched several other employees giving pedicures & all appeared to be doing a significantly better job for customers. I won't be returning. read more

Came in for pedicure and to soak off my acrylic. I picked my color and waited she sat me down I picked the pink polish pedicure. I said i wanted a trim and file and she cuts my toe nails off didn't attempt to fix my in grown. no one came yet to soak off my nails after 25 minutes. I picked a pink sparkly color and I have a small bruise on my big toe after two coats I was concerned it wouldn't cover it. I told her about it and she said well you picked the color. I was like well ya but I thought it was dark enough to cover. I told her I didn't want to see the bruise. She starts globbing on the nail polish. As she's trying to fix it another lady comes to take my nails off and she just starts picking and copping off my nails. I stopped her and said that hurts I asked for a soak off. Then she ignores me continues to do it then slides a nail underneath and pops off one of my thumbs. I stopped her again and she finally went and got a bowl to soak them. Once they were soft she just drilled them down as much as she could and didn't get the acrylic off at all. My toes are short and have globbed on gel she played with my legs didn't massage then plopped a hot towel on top and my nails aren't free if acrylic paid $65 and worst experience ever . read more

This is my new go to nail spa! The spa has beautiful granite table tops and super comfortable booth styled chairs. The spa has an individual going around every few minutes sanitizing high touch places along with each station that has been used. They also have a plexiglass between you and the nail tech. Overall a super clean and modern space. Theresa did an amazing job on my gel manicure, probably the most even and thin gel manicure I've ever gotten from an AZ nail place. Heads up: they only take cash tips but they do have an ATM you can use for $0.49. 10/10 would recommend!! read more

The owner was so rude about having to give the tip on the card. It is unfortunate that her behavior has lost a potential customer who tipped very well. Out right disrespectful. I love this place and I always see Nina because she takes great care of me and does an amazing job - EVERY. TIME. The facility is large and stylish in its decor, definitely not a "hole in the wall" typical nail place. This is a salon and it's updated and even has some Instagram-worthy spots throughout. I love it for a break away for some "me time," but it would also be a great spot for bridal parties/groups as they have so many pedi chairs and separate areas to keep your group together. The customer service is always top notch - using your name and offering water, etc. Can't say enough great things- once you go, you'll see the difference immediately! read more

I have been there several times for pedis and they were very good, but the gel manicure I received didn't last more than 3 days! They did not apply enough coats of polish and I had 2 nails crack very far down on the nail. I went back to get them fixed and all she did was put glue and more topcoat. They were not fixed and after only a few hours the nails split again. i went back again and this time a different person worked on them and they still weren't okay. I have been getting gels for 15 yrs-they usually last me at least 4 weeks. What did I pay for-A bunch of cracked and chipped nails. read more

I typically don't post reviews but I was disappointed in my services at Pink Polish. I was the last appointment of the day and received a gel set and pedicure. My gel set was complete within 45 minutes and was not the best executed. Also my nail set has came completely off and it hasn't even been 2 weeks yet. Hii so I hate writing reviews and honestly you may have a better experience then me which I hope you do ... the customer service is 10/10 very nice workers but my nails .... Absolutely not , they don't prep the nail they just stick the full set asap no cuticle cut nothing .... I asked for a certain color and got something else plus some glitter like no no and the whole service the worker was trying to get me to something else and complained about me after to me .... My nails came out very bad this could most def be a me problem I just feel like you could go somewhere better ... and my while filing he cut my skin pretty hard and now anytime I put handsantizer it burns!' I love this place. I have come here to get my nails done for years. Most of my nail technicians have been wonderful but it depends on what you want to get done. There are some that are better at certain skills so try out a few and stick to the person you like. I normally get a pedicure and sns nail set. I love heidi she has incredible quality and is very nice. I normally get a pink polish pedicure (mini massage and feet scrub) and a regular sna manicure. Gave them 3 tries over the last few months, thinking maybe I got a bad tech or service, but consistently poor quality. Crappy manicure peeling off days before Christmas was the last straw. I just had the worst manicure ever and they can't even take my ugly nails off. The girl that did my nails cut them and left them all deformed and left dip everywhere on my hands. I don't recommend this place unless you go with Tiffany. This is happened to me a couple of times. Worst nail salon I've been to in a while, avoid it. i had gotten my nails done 2 weeks ago and was disappointed so i decided to change locations but still disappointed. i originally wanted a light pink color with dried flowers. i never really get what i ask for anymore so the nail technician painted the last too. The acrylic is so thick i really don't want them one anymore. my nails are still uneven and you can even see the imperfections since there is no color hiding it. he was very sweet and i tried my best to tell him to shape my nail. on top of that it was very expensive just for me to be disappointed. ngl i wanna cry because the idea was pretty it just didn't look like the picture i showed. read more

After reading recent reviews that were mixed, I opted to try this salon anyways. My complaint is that their website says they take walk ins. Postings also say walk ins are welcome. I stepped in and had to wait several minutes while the receptionist ignored me and continued a phone conversation (people were actually lining up behind me). While it sounded like been an actual business call, he did not even pause to welcome me and tell me he would be with me in a moment. Finally, he got off the phone and asked what service I wanted. I told him I was looking for a walk in pedicure. He told me they were very busy and they would "try" to fit me in in about 5 minutes or if they had a cancellation. He left me sitting their for 15 minutes only to tell me he could not fit me in. Seriously, don't waste people time. Either take walk ins or don't, but don't waste people's time. read more
