Dolly did an awesome job making me feel comfortable. The usual waxing pain is tolerable. I'm definitely coming back.

Dolly is very welcoming and kind; she will make you feel comfortable even though waxing is not a pleasant experience.

When it was time for my appointment I stood up and accidentally left my wallet on the bench. I went to my appt, went home and realized I left my wallet somewhere! I called and asked the very helpful and sweet FD staff to check the bench for me. They called me back and said they found my wallet!! I was so thankful! They went above and beyond for me! I'm so grateful for their help in my crisis. Thank you so much!!

On December 4, 2025, I walked into the Fremont office to schedule a Thermage Treatment. I was told…read morethat if I paid for two treatments, I would get better results. I paid for two treatments for a total of $1,600.00. First treatment was on December 20, 2025. Nurse warned me that it would be painful at times which it was, but I figured as long as the results were visible in the end it would be okay. It has been five months since and unfortunately; I have not seen any difference. The website states six months for a difference, I don't foresee a change in the next month. On 5/25/28 I made and confirmed my second appointment for 5/29/26. On 5/26/26 I received a text saying there was an issue with my appointment for me to call (510) 402-1150. Instead of calling on 5/26/2026, I scheduled and confirmed a second appointment for 5/28/2026, I figured it was my error since the calendar was showing available appointments. On the same day I got a text saying there was an issue with my appointment, for me to call the above number. I called the number and a guy with no phone skills, with the voice of a dial tone, who sounded so depressed. A guy who I would pray never works for a public service or emergency hotline. I told him why I was calling, his reply was "I tried calling you," that was a lie, I did not have any missed calls or voicemails from him. Without a solid explanation he said the Fremont Office did not have any appointments available for the month of May or June. I thought for sure I was out of $800.00. I asked him what I was supposed to do to which he replied, go to a different office. He then started naming all offices. Now why would I drive two hours when the Fremont Office is 10 minutes from my home? Why not start with the closest offices. I asked him when the soonest appointment was for the Milpitas Office. He put me on a brief hold, came back and said let me call you back. He never called me back. I had to call the Milpitas Office to schedule the appointment myself. The lady who scheduled the appointment was totally different, friendly, with excellent phone skills. The next day I called back to get the name of the employee who never called me back and had the personality of a doorknob. One thing I found out for sure is that my phone number was clearly showing in the system. Every time I called, they sure knew my name, and every time I asked to get transfer to the Fremont Office my call would either drop, or I would get an answering machine. I tried that for about five times to no avail. I had to use a different phone to be able to get transferred to the Fremont Office and even then, the person who answered was very adamant on knowing who I was. When I was finally got transferred, the lady who answered at the Fremont Office was very nice, totally different. She was able to explain that they had recently lost a nurse and as a result the office had no appointments available to a while. I asked her for the name of the guy who had worked the day before and she went silent. I asked her again for his name, and once again she went silent. I asked her a third time for his name and she finally said "Daniel, his name is Daniel". I'm pretty sure Daniel was informed that I called because he called me a couple of hours later and left a voicemail. His message said, I'm calling to find out if you want numbing cream. If you do call the Milpitas Office don't call me. Now, if you are not calling to apologize or to provide any type of customer service, why even call. At my age, results are a priority. Customer Service is also at the top of my list. However, when you don't get any results and customer service is below satisfaction the Fremont Office needs serious attention. To some people $1,600.00 is not a lot of money for others, it is; it is all about how one gets treated. I am hopeful the Milpitas Office will deliver better Customer Service and Results.

Nurse Kalee and the front desk staff are incredibly welcoming, professional, and knowledgeable, making me feel comfortable every time. Over the years, 8 years to be exact I've had Botox, hydrafacials and microneedling. All of my experience has been fantastic. The providers take the time to explain each procedure, answer all my questions, and ensure I feel completely at ease. My results have always been amazing. What keeps me coming back is their attention to detail and commitment to client satisfaction. They use top-of-the-line products and technology, and I love that they tailor treatments to my individual needs rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach. Also with my complicated work schedule, they always finds a way to work around it so I am very thankful. If you're looking for a high-quality med spa with skilled professionals. I highly recommend Ariba Med Spa. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my skincare and aesthetic needs.

Extremely Disappointed - Poor Service, Lack of Accountability, and Questionable Practices…read moreI'm not usually one to leave negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share my recent experience with Arrive Med Spa. I've been receiving Botox for years and typically need only 30-35 units for my face (forehead, eyes, etc.). I had 79 units banked at Arrive, and because they're closing for renovations in December, I was strongly encouraged to use all remaining units in one visit -- even though I expressed that I never need that much. Trusting their expertise, I went along with their recommendation. To my disappointment, all 79 units were injected, yet entire areas were completely missed, including the right side of my forehead and part of the left. The result was lopsided and underwhelming -- I still had visible forehead movement, which should not have been the case with that dosage. When I returned to have their mistake corrected, I was told I had to pay for half of the additional units needed to fix it. I ended up paying nearly $1,000 total -- for something that usually costs me $300-$400 -- and still had to cover part of the correction for an error I did not cause. I pleaded my case to Jackie, hoping for some accountability, but she wasn't convinced they had done anything wrong. I was told management reviewed it and stood by the decision that I should still pay for part of the follow-up. What's more concerning is that, unlike most reputable med spas, Arrive rarely shows you the product being used before injection. You never see the vial or how it's being prepared. At other places I've been, they always show the Botox label and draw it up in front of you -- a simple but important step that builds trust. At Arrive, that transparency is missing, and it left me wondering whether I even received authentic Botox. I trusted this business with my care and feel completely let down -- not just by the poor administration of the Botox, but by the lack of transparency and unwillingness to take responsibility for a clear mistake. I deeply regret pre-purchasing units, and I highly doubt I will return. I wouldn't recommend this place based on my experience. Be cautious. Ask to see the product. Question recommendations that deviate from your norm. And don't assume that pre-purchasing units guarantees a good experience -- in my case, it cost me more in money, trust, and time.

I have been there twice now and both times the experience was very good. The place is clean and relaxing, and the staff took their time instead of rushing the service. They explained what they were doing and made sure my skin felt comfortable throughout. After the facial, my skin looked fresh, smooth, and had a nice glow. I liked that the service felt personalized, not just like a regular quick facial. Good place if you are looking for skincare, glow up facials, or just want to refresh your skin. I would definitely recommend giving them a try.

Costed me $175. The yelp discount wasn't 20% off. It was for 10%. Regretful and really irritated I came here after doing some research. I should have stuck with the ones I used to go to. Terrible all around treatment. Anyways here are competitive places you can definitely go to!! Clevenate (does great back and face facial, and scalp facial - so fun!!), and Facial by Kim (she's very OG in offering skin care service that is hydration and acne treatments - love her even if she's a bit critical abt ur skin), and Cure to Dence Skin - they have newcomer promotion, so take advantage of it!! take your money that costs about $100 and are excellent in service and quality. Clevenate and Facial by Kim and CuretoDenceSkin At this place Aura Skin N Beauty I find the facial service on the back was not even the bare minimum. Not really treatment for my back. We talked a lot and I preferred it to be quiet. She gossiped later that all I did was talk about myself. But girl, you kept asking. It left a bad taste in my mouth. Also at the end before it was over she just opened up the towel and exposed my back and she left afterwards for a few minutes. What is the reason to leave product on my skin and the cold air? It was cold and I didn't expect her to leave me. At least let me know to expect that ya know??

During my pregnancy and postpartum, my pigmentation became much darker, and it really affected my confidence. I kept hoping each new treatment would be the one. I tried chemical peels, microdermabrasion, microneedling, IPL, and BBL, and spent so much money on products that promised results but never truly made a difference. I started to feel discouraged, but I decided to trust the process and stay consistent. What finally changed my skin was alternating Pico laser treatments with Salmon DNA microneedling while using hydroquinone. This Pico laser session was done just a week ago, and my skin is already improving and it will continue to get lighter as I use hydroquinone every night. One of the biggest lessons I learned is that sunscreen is non-negotiable. The tinted EltaMD sunscreen has become my everyday essential and honestly should be the gold standard when treating hyperpigmentation. And I can't say enough about Crystal. She is truly amazing!!!! so patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping you reach your dream skin. She guides you with honesty and care, and that support makes all the difference when you're on a long skincare journey. If you're feeling discouraged like I once did, don't give up. Healing your skin takes time, consistency, and trust. Be patient with yourself, protect your skin, and trust the process
