Absolutely wonderful service! The staff working the register last night (7/1) were helpful and friendly. Rolled ice cream is an art and it was awesome to see them roll out some delicious ice cream. Love the knowledge the staff had and making sure we got the dairy free options. Such a cute and welcoming environment, with great decor and ample seating. So cool we have a rolled ice cream place in Santa Rosa! It's very cute inside and the aesthetic is so nice. The worker who took our order was so sweet and who I assume is the owner was very nice. He thanked us for waiting even thought we felt like we didn't have to wait long at all! The prices here are a little bit more pricey but you have to understand there's a lot there goes into it and they give a lot. Plus the work into rolling that ice cream! An arm workout for sure! I think it's a nice once in a while treat. We got the Campire and Ferrero Rocher. The campfire was sooo good and I loved the marshmallows mixed in. However, I loved the Ferrero Rocher! Soooo good. My sister told me about this spot. The decor is probably one of the best that I've seen for an ice cream shop that is local. I got the rainbow roll. I think it was pretty good. The pricing wasn't out of this world. If you go to icicles in Sacramento, it's around a similar price. It was cool too that this place offered mini pancakes with toppings. The actual workers are short staffed so you have to be extra patient with them which I totally get however, when I asked about pancakes, I was told that it would take 25 minutes and as it was, we had already waited over 10 minutes, just to basically order. Which is why I decided to order the ice cream instead. Overall, I think I would come back and try to see what time in the day they are not as packed to try the pancake. The rainbow roll was good. The first time I came here we were tuened away because someone had lost the key to the front door, ever since that day we were determained to come and try it. The presentation is very cute...you can tell that they try really hard on the finishing touches on a toasted marshmellow was perfect on ours. I do think however that the service is slow. They had a total of 3 people working, one was working on the mini pancake machine for 2 girls who were waiting, I believe the owner is the one who took our order and was making ours, and another womans was cleaning the bathroom. I didnt appreciate that my partner was more than halfway finished with his before mine even came out. The inside is super cute for kids (and adults). Kids loved the little swings and flower wall. The service was great. The place is new, so the young ladies working were probably in training, so it took a minute to get the rolled ice cream done, but it was definitely worth the wait. I'd say it's not like most quick, easy, cheap ice cream shops. They obviously take time to adjust and perfect the ice creams, which were all very tasty (tired the vanilla and cotton candy kids scoops, but my banana Nutella was by far the favorite). It is a bit pricey ($6 kids scoop with one topping, $12 rolled up ice cream). I may suggest since the topping portions are smaller, maybe a second topping for kids be included in the kids scoop. Found this place on IG and left disappointed. Walked in a little after opening and they were out of pretty much everything. There was one girl working by herself and it took about 25 minutes for her to get the ice cream started before telling me there was something else that I ordered was also out of stock. My kids got what they wanted (barely) and I requested a partial refund for my order because I couldn't find anything else that I wanted to try. She didn't know how to print out a receipt confirming my refund so I just have to believe it will hit my account in 7 business days. I would like to start off by saying the place was very cute and well kept. The workers were extremely kind and helpful. But on the other hand there were no size options, you had to get 6 rolls, but there was an option to split it in half to share with somebody. What about the lonely people who are sad and want 3 rolls of cream? Do they have to get 6?! That is the type of gluttony they talk about in the bible and you guys are forcing it upon people who want to try something new. I mean rolled "ice cream" was horrendous in the mouth and even worse in the stomach. It just tasted like frozen milk roll ups. My stomach is bubbling and I now feel it in places that I shouldn't. Just some cream for thought, have size options, no single person needs half a cupcake and 6 rolls of ice cream in one sitting. You guys should also consider coming out with pink sugar branded bard bags and diapers for the aftermath of this rolled "ice cream". Extremely sorry it had to come to this. I would love to give you guys another shot if you would have size options, maybe I only want 1 roll or 3 not 6. I would also recommend finding a better method to truly add some flavor to the rolls. To describe what I tasted. I imagined some Amish family in the depths of Pennsylvania made me some ice cream with no flavor or sugar just frozen creamy milk and they all chanted "RED VELVET, SMELL IT, TASTE IT, PRETEND IT'S THERE" while they had 3 dozen batches of red velvet cupcakes baking in their farm bakery. I ordered the Matcha Signature Rolled Ice cream. It was creamy, not too sweet, perfect texture, the mochi and condensed milk was the perfect topping. My husband and I took the kids to get ice cream. I've been seeing this adorable place on instagram and really wanted to try it out. I was very intrigued but the rolled ice cream concept. The shop is adorable and all pink, the owners took the pink theme seriously- it was done so beautifully. We were greeted right away, only one person was before us, and two people working. I got the cookies n cream rolled ice cream and my husband got the brownie one, both of my kids got the strawberry soft serve. That was the only non caffeine choice available. The rolled cream's were $13 each, the kids creams were $6 each and toppings were $1 each. Total for 2 rolled ice creams, two soft serves with one topping each came to $40 without a tip. The rolling took awhile, probably 5 minutes; once ours were started. The ice cream was good, the rolling changed the texture slightly, more airy. But I didn't notice any big difference from regular ice cream besides the shape. I prefer regular scooped ice cream. The soft serve tasted like fake strawberry, not sure if it's a straus dairy base too, but it wasn't that great. I would love to frequent this great establishment, but honestly $13 for ice cream is pretty steep for me. I feel the quality is there, but the value isn't. I'm glad I was able to try it. Unfortunately, I didn't get great pictures. I just got my ice cream, in horrible lighting. lol read more

The place is small, super cute inside, there were two girls working and about 15 people inside, some enjoying ice cream as well as waiting for their orders... We were NOT greeted when we walked in Nor did anybody look up and make eye contact or smile, other than the customers already there. I get that they were busy, but it would've been nice to be acknowledged like a quick "welcome in will be with you soon" etc. After almost 10 minutes of being in there, finally an employee greeted us yet, after she helped the guest that was before us... I kindly asked her how long does it take to make an order and she told me about 15 mins. Basically that meant we would be waiting a very long time since we were not next in line and given the fact that I have a toddler that was just too long of a wait so, I decided to leave and try again another day... my review would've been different for me if we were acknowledged sooner, customer service creates my experience but I'm definitely going to try this place another time. read more

Me and my friends LOVE this place! You can tell the owners put their heart into the decorations. A lot of these yelp reviews have complained about the time, and I would argue it takes just as long if not LONGER to get an ice cream at cold stone with all of the mix ins. Watching the ice cream getting made in front of you is a treat in itself and takes a lot more effort than scooping it out of a bucket and chopping some toppings into it. This is a new business, the decor is bright and pink. The employees are friendly. Most importantly the ice cream is good, with creative options. The only negative is the time factor. The creative rolls of ice cream filled with selected toppings are good but it takes time to make these. There was one person in front of us, with 2 items being created. We waited 15 minutes before our order was taken and it took 5-10 minutes to get the delicious treats. November is probably not the busiest time for an ice cream shop but in warmer more "ice cream" weather, the wait could discourage a lot of people. Wow this is such amazing ice cream! Never had anything like it. I think they're a brand new business so give them some grace. The ice cream is frozen into thin strips and rolled and it takes like 10 minutes per cup. Those workers must be physically exhausted at the end of the day! But know this-it's worth waiting for, budget the time. Hopefully as they grow they'll be able to hire a couple more people for the busy times, otherwise you'll know the workers by their amazing stamina lol Should have taken a picture of my strawberry pound cake creation.
