Went with my family, they attending really quick. Too quick the lady kept forgetting our orders and then got irritated at us. Forgot our churros (forgot to charge them) forgot our peach ice cream (did charge us) Made a regular esquite when I asked for the hot Cheetos esquite. Went to this place today with my family asked for a specific ice cream and male server assured me it was what I asked for I tried it again asked him and he said yes but the taste was not the Ferrero flavor. Then there was a female worker and she confirmed it was not what I had asked for she went to the back and looked for the correct flavor then no one said anything I asked if the mistake was going to be corrected and he said he's took the one I had in hand and threw it away and said I needed to wait for him to get rid of the line to get my Paid Ice cream per his rude attitude he said or do you just want your money back I asked for my refund and left super horrible service and what a sad thing that because of there mistake I had to experience the bad service. I went there for Father's Day around 5:30-6:00 with my dad and my brother. The girl there spoke English perfectly fine she talked to my brother in English she spoke to my dad in Spanish and when I tried to talk to her to her face I looked her in her eyes and she looked at my dad and continued talking to him in Spanish, I don't speak Spanish I couldn't understand what they were saying my dad had to end up ordering for me cause she was very much refusing to even look at me let alone talk to me. My dad and I were extremely unhappy about it it was disrespectful and unprofessional and on top of that she has hard to talk to. She seemed very unhappy with her job but also I would be too if I was left to run a ice cream place by myself on special days when everyone and their entire family keeps coming in. Went in on a Sunday afternoon very disappointed on how we were treated. Older lady that was working the counter skipped my son and I and went to help a group of young men that were behind us in line knowing we were before them because she saw us standing there for a long time . After I told my son she just skipped us she then finished helping the group of young men and then came back to ask if we had been helped which I responded "no" She did not apologize or acknowledge she skipped us. The service was horrible. The woman that helped us out was around her 40's. She was very rude and I was paying one transaction for 14 people as I told her from the beginning and she let our ice cream sit at the front counter while we all ordered which was going to take a while since she was the only person working there that day. At the end we won a prize for spinning the wheel and she just walked off and began helping two more families. We had to wait until she done helping the other families to talk about the prize. The woman was rude during the entire time she took our order and made everyone in our group super uncomfortable. This is not the first time we have bad service from this same person. She seems so angry and she slams and sighs as if she's taking out her anger in what she is doing. I will never go back here. I highly recommend FRUTA instead of this place.
