Great food but the service at the bar is terrible. I sat at the bar for at least 5 minutes and at point I hadn't even been acknowledged, mins later another guy sits at the bar 4 seats away and gets a drink, then the guy next to me was asked if he wanted another drink and I'm still waiting for someone to ask me what I want. At times there were 3-4 people behind the bar. I decided to leave the bar a sit at a table to get served. Food is not the greatest. Skip ordering the water because it tasted really bad. Tacos and burritos were pretty good. Taco salad was very soggy and quesadillas were burnt. Salsa had too much cumin in it and was not fresh. The prices were more expensive than similar Mexican restaurants and the service and quality of food did not reflect this. Suggested tip amounts on the bill were 20% 25% and 30%. The service was15% maybe 18% but definitely not 20% I would skip this place unless you really really had to have some Mexican food. read more

Taking into consideration it was a holiday I tried to be understanding. However I waited 2 hours for my Togo order. Once home the chimichanga was just beef in a tortilla. It was awful! This is the midpoint for me and my girlfriend, so we eat here about twice per month. I can't seem to order anything but the mini chimichangas. You get four of them, so chicken and beef, then shrimp...and then the best chimichanga I've ever had...scallop. If only you could order a full size scallop chimichanga... Margaritas are delicious, Ruben the bartender takes good care of us, would recommend to anyone. Compared to Blue Tequila, the sister restaurant to Pink Tequila, it really wasn't that great. Service was not great. We asked for extra sour cream and extra lime numerous times and it still never made it to the table. Food was mediocre, definitely tastes better at Blue Tequila. Chicken soup was unbearably salty that my boyfriend couldn't really eat it. 2 stars instead of 1 because my margarita was very good. Will continue to go to Blue Tequila regularly instead. read more

Get your hours right online so people don't waste their time. The food is ok. The service so far? Not that impressed. Once more, I gave them a chance. Called in the carry out order. Walked in when it wasn't super busy, but the girl up front was filling out a gift certificate with another customer. She told me someone would be with me shortly as she wasn't able to ring people up. A man walked in and cut in front of me to say he was there to pick up a to go order. Another girl who walked up was instructed to get the girl who was cashiering. I advised the man that I, too, was here for a to go order, to which he shrugged, apparently not caring that he'd rudely tried to bypass me. The girl filling out the gift certificate assured me that she would make sure I was taken care of, but when the girl cashiering came up, the man, again inserted himself and the other girl didn't correct the situation. On top of that, apparently my purpose for being there was going to be skipped, but for the new patrons who walked in and asked if I was waiting. I thanked them and said, "No. I've been waiting to pick up my to go order and have been skipped. I'm still waiting to pay." The cashier shrugged, made an excuse about a Friday rush (that started after I'd arrived) and rang me up assuring me that she'd personally checked to make sure my order was right. No apology. They've gone downhill. The past two times we ate here it was sub par. We won't be going back for a while. The ladies room was disgusting and we paid cash expecting $8.08 back. They only gave us $8.00, if they do that with every customer it adds up. A 100 cash paying customers daily x .08, seven days a week, 52 weeks in a year is just shy of $3,000.00. It also looked as though someone had put their elbow in my Burrito Real prior to it being delivered and the rice was bland. We have frequented this place many times since their first opening. Today the SERVICE was good. My husband and I usually enjoy their SALSA, but this time, it was sour-tasting. Therefore, we stopped trying to tolerate it further, after multiple attempts. Bringing it to attention of a server, he stated that was made in the morning and there is none available other than that batch. My husband was hungry and ordered the "Deluxe Burrito" we were sharing this evening (due to its size.) IT WAS NOT GOOD!! I politely told a total of 3 persons that we hungry and tried to tolerate the VERY SALTY SHREDDED CHICKEN inside the flour tortillas. I couldn't eat much of it all, my husband ate some and EVENTUALLY, a gentleman there came back with the ticket indicating that it had discounted. (just 10% was taken off!!)
