Dealing with these people was an absolute nightmare!! They gave a quote and then decided to drag out actually getting started with the project for months and months and he kept saying he'd start next week. Well next week never came. I have never been jerked around so much in my life. The new company said everything in their report was done half a** and that they were only repairing when they should have been replacing. Not to mention he raised the price by thousands from his original quote for no reason at all. What a mess! Stay far away. read more

I am very disappointed with this company. I requested a quote the first negative part about this is it took almost a week to get the quote when I was told it should only be a couple of days. Sent email letting them know I wouldn't be wanting there services and not hearing from anyone from this company for weeks the gas company shows up at my house and shuts off my gas. Victor did nothing to get this back on, after talking with the gas company they called the company to see if they are still going through with this and they were told yes. There was no paperwork signed no money exchanged and no communication with this company. A company that is taking care of this is who called the gas company o get my gas turned back on and the fumigation company was also never notified that this wasn't happening. So I had to leave work early and call off on my second job just so that I could be home to get the gas restored. By the time I got home my home was 62 degrees so now to get the home heated back up I will now also beside losing wages be faced with an even higher gas bill. Victor did not offer any support for all the inconvenience that I went through all he kept doing is giving excuses. I'm pretty upset with all this the economy is so high that I can't afford to not work cause of someone's very BIG mistake. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Still trying to figure out how to fix my loses that happened due to this. read more

AMAZING SERVICE!!!! This is the 3rd time I purchase a home and I have never had such an amazing termite inspector like Victor Jr. First of all, he is super punctual. My appointment was at 10am and he was there on time, not a minute late. Second, the company is extremely professional. Victor showed up in uniform and with a clean image compared to other inspector I have hired in the past that have shown up in jeans and ragged shirts. But most importantly, he did a very thorough inspection both inside and outside of the house and also underneath the house. He took the time to show us every damage that he found and the property and took the time to explain our options and cost to repair it. Over a year ago my friend referred me to them, I used them to have my rental house fumigated for termites. The prices they offered were great and the service was amazing. Victor provided great customer service. They caused some expected damaged to the roof tiles and they offered to repair it and repair the ones that were broken already.
