Warning-Do Not Use This Moving Company My moving…read moreexperience on June 28, 2025, was profoundly disappointing. The three-hour quote for moving a small number of items was initially excessive, yet the actual service was plagued by incompetence. Despite explicit discussions with customer service regarding TV removal from wall mounts, the crew declined to perform this service, citing lack of knowledge. This necessitated my injured husband's involvement to complete tasks we had paid for. Additionally, significant time was lost due to the crew's inability to efficiently disassemble furniture. My husband had to guide the movers on bed disassembly, essentially wasting valuable time. Further issues arose when they (Kenneth C.) demanded an additional waiver for TV boxes, prompting my husband to transport the TVs himself. Throughout the move, one mover (Kenneth C.) was frequently absent and seen vaping, while the others struggled. The overall lack of professionalism and efficiency was unacceptable. Most concerning, a mattress was damaged during the move, and the subsequent damage report was misleadingly documented as "prior to move damage," despite an acknowledgement of responsibility from the mover Kenneth C. During the process, I was presented with an electronic document to sign. I signed this document under duress, believing it to be a reimbursement claim, only to discover later it was a prior damage waiver in addition to agreeing I was satisfied with all services rendered. This experience was far from professional and extremely unethical. Following a written complaint and a request to speak with the owner, I was contacted by Operations Manager Dale K. on July 2, 2025. During our discussion, I requested a reimbursement of $540 for 2.25 hours, compensating for the time spent waiting for my husband's arrival at the move site and assisting the movers along with repairs to the damaged mattress. Dale assured me he would discuss this with his team and process the refund. To date, I have not received a follow-up from Dale, despite sending additional emails and making several phone calls. My last attempt to reach the office at (513) 769-6683, the number provided in the email correspondence between myself, Dale K. (Operations Mgr.), Jordan K. (Franchise Mgr.), and George D. (Owner), was on July 10, 2025, was disconnected.

They completely disappeared for 45 minutes and wouldn't answer my calls when they had 1/3 of my items in their truck. They sat in my old driveway for 20 minutes not moving at all then disappeared when we only moved three miles away. They showed to our new home so cavalier like they hadn't just gone rogue for 45 minutes and were high as kites. I complained to corporate and they said they would credit one hour. One hour? What a JOKE! They took them almost a month and two follow ups. Their "corporate" office said they couldn't help because it's a franchise. They spent more time smoking cigarettes and complaining about the move they did the day before and how sore they are-not my problem. Poor customer service. They should be paying me at this point. WORTHLESS.

We hired this company recently for a move of our heavier items we had not yet moved between houses…read more Over all they did a decent job. They were courteous, on time and tried to be careful with our belongings. There are a couple of small scuffs and dings on the fresh paint at the house we've moved out of and a fresh ding in the table leg of our 100 year old dining set. But it could've been worse. I would not recommend them for piano moving at all. When I was told that they did piano moving I expected that they were equipped for moving it and knowledgeable. Nope! I wasn't at the old house to see it loaded or I would've stopped them. I was at the new house waiting. Watching them roll the piano down a ramp, on a dolly was surprising. I assumed they'd have a lift on the truck for such an item. Especially since they charge extra for a piano. I cringed at the sound and sight of it bouncing down the ramp. Then they took in down the back hill to our walkout basement entrance. Bumping and vibrating the whole way. No extra care was taken of the piano. I've had this same piano moved before by professional piano movers and know that you do not move one like this company did. They are ok for basic things but I don't think I would trust them to move anything antique or musical.

The did not show up with adequate working dollies and the job was to much of a strain on them, company only assigned 2 movers for what became a 8 hour job that was supposed to be 5-6. My family ended up moving many of the boxes themselves! They stole from me and I tipped $400, so stupid. Not trustworthy!

I moved from Dayton to Newport, KY, and while other movers call that an Interstate Move (from one…read morestate to another) this company didn't because it's really only 50 minutes. I was downsizing and had only three rooms to move. I had moved most of the boxes and small stuff already. Things were going well until they told me how fast they drove so I left ahead of them to be here. There was only a few pieces left, and I specifically told them what was to come and what was to stay. So I was amazed when they called me 2 hours later to say they were done and were headed my way. They must have gone on slow motion and stopped for a long lunch. They finally arrived and unloaded pretty quickly and of course the final costs was much higher than quoted. They also brought a few things I was leaving, which they thoroughly padded. I carried them back to Dayton has they had been promised to family members. Final analysis: Took longer and cost more. But they were thorough and pleasant. And the original estimate was way lower than other movers. I would probably use again.

Deeply Unprofessional and Completely Unreliable. An embarrassment to moving companies everywhere…read more Stay Away from Two Men and a Truck The experience I had with Two Men and a Truck in Huber Heights was so unacceptable that I feel a personal responsibility to warn others. From start to finish, the service was disorganized, unprofessional, and lacking in accountability. The two men they sent to handle my move were not physically capable of doing the job. I CAUGHT THEM SMOKING IN THEIR TRUCK and throughout the day, I had to personally motivate them to keep working. They repeatedly got locked out of my apartment building, despite there being no reason to be outside. I had to stop what I was doing to go track them down multiple times. I was paying for professional help and instead I found myself doing half their job and trying to manage them just to get the day over with. We eventually called in family and friends because otherwise we would have been there until midnight. I know for a fact the hours they spent unloading my stuff was unacceptable because in Texas it took 4 hours for a team of 2 men to PACK AND LOAD my moving pods but it took the team sent from Huber heights the same amount of time to only unload the pods. The physical move was poorly executed, and to make matters worse, my furniture was damaged. I watched my mattress fall off the wall, crash into my TV and topple my brand new dining rooms chairs into the cement floor of my parking garage. Rather than reimbursing me for those damages, the company tried to "resolve" the issue by sending me links to random used furniture off Facebook Marketplace. They eventually reimbursed me for the value they believed my furniture was worth even after sending them links and telling them I bought the furniture set brand new as a graduation gift to myself 1 month prior to moving instead of reimbursing me for the full cost of the furniture. They told me they could only reimburse me for this partial cost of the table and chairs because they had already refunded me for the move itself. A refund I was owed because they sent me an incompetent team, and charged me 1.5x the high end of the estimate they had originally given me. When I reached out to Trent Wilson, the manager, I was completely ignored. I had called and told I'd expect to Hear from him and nothing. I emailed multiple times over several weeks with no response. Casey, from the administrative team, has also been dismissive and unhelpful. They clearly have time to browse Facebook Marketplace, but not enough time to take five minutes to return a call or offer a professional resolution. We resolved this mess over text message. At least I was getting responses this way. I even escalated the situation to their corporate office with no luck either, his name was Michael Schlosser. There is no accountability at this company. No urgency. No professionalism. No respect for the customer's time, money, or belongings. The experience was physically and mentally exhausting, and the lack of follow through has made it even worse. Do not use this company. Don't risk your property or your sanity. Find movers who actually show up ready to work and take responsibility when they fall short because this team won't.
