For toppings I tried Captain Crunch cereal, popping boba, hazelnut crunchy balls (extra cost) and pecans. Our two size small froyos cost $15. The cups had a fun minion design. The bad: They didn't have walnuts. The bathroom didn't have a baby changing table and was dirty. The interior seating area is small and not great for large groups. There are a couple of tables outside but I'm unsure if it's for their store or for the other stores nearby. I will never come back to this store again. The outside area for eating was dirty and no one bothered to clean up while we were there. Inside were these markers for people to keep their 6 foot distance. I don't know why they have them since no one enforces them and people are on top of each other. The area for toppings was a mess and there was an employee there wearing a plain white tee while working. I mean he looked like he just got out of bed. When we finally were waited on, my grandson asked to sample a new item--they only had 4 choices if your believe that. He was rudely told no, we don't do that anymore. Now, don't try to tell me it is because of Covid. That would be insulting to my intelligence. You take a wee amount, put in one of those small tasting cups and you have a sample. I guess they expected him to order something he has never tried. It is not like he wanted to try chocolate or strawberry, they don't have that. Of the 4 crappy choices, he has never had any of them. This is the first Pinkberry I have ever been to and it definitely did not disappoint! I was in the area looking for a treat when I saw Pinkberry and thought it was a different yogurt place. The only reason why it isn't 5 stars is the price - it's a little on the pricier side. I ordered a small with toppings and it came out to $7 + tip ($5.5 if there's no topping). However, the yogurt was great. It's honestly one of the best yogurts I've had and I'll definitely be coming back. I learned the little chocolate toppings are called milk chocolate crunch and it's really good. The customer service was also really good! I might have came on a good day because the server was super nice and understanding that it was my first time. He gave me recommendations and let me sample them. Overall, great yogurt place with great yogurt. Although the price is a little bit pricier, it's understandable given the location. I would definitely come back when I'm in the area. read more

I love pinkberry and always have. I know it's a little overpriced but I've never had a bad froyo. My usual favorite is the dairy free coconut but it can be a little hard to find. The flavor and texture of the coconut is perfect. When I can't find coconut as an option, I go for the original. Today I mixed original with their seasonal strawberry lemonade. Super refreshing combo. I added fruit and my favorite- the crunch topping. The crunch topping is so addictingly good, I wish they didn't make you pay extra for it. My wife then placed her order, and changed her mind on the size before he even started serving, he turned around and slammed the small cup and grabbed the medium cup. Their original flavor is so distinct that you can't get at other froyo spots. It's tart and creamy and not too sweet. There are so many yogurt and toppings to choose from. My favorites are mochi, fruity pebbles, and capn crunch to add a chewy and crunchy element to the smooth yogurt. So yummy! I still think it's over priced for the amount you get though. read more

I was at Pinkberry yesterday 7-19-24 . As I went to pay I noticed a posting on the counter you could see and read if you were facing the cash register. It's black with white print. It basically tells you that you will be charged extra if you pay with a credit or debit card. Note:A debit card is cash not credit. The price listed on the menus is cash price. Nothing printed shows price if credit or debit card used. I thought this was illegal in Calif. ? I paid cash but I was going to anyway. Employee was nice but couldn't explain it. The interior decor was also very modern with cutesy hanging lights. Our server was friendly and offered us samples, but we politely declined since we already knew what we wanted. Our order was a large original with strawberries, bananas, mangoes, blueberries, and mochi. I like how the server cuts bananas fresh so the fruit doesn't brown and look gross like the ones at Yogurtland. Mangoes were a little meh since they're not currently in season. They were quite tart and crunchy, not really the soft and sweet like I expected. Overall, I really enjoyed our yogurt and all the fruity add-ons. Yes, it is more expensive than Yogurtland or Menchie's, but I think the quality and taste is worth paying a couple bucks extra. Will definitely come back to this location! read more

I will say it is a real tiny location and there's so many workers but only 1 helping us and another customer. When I say so many workers, I mean that in relation to how small the ice cream area is. They can barely help two customers at a time. So if a customer is being slow and picky, we are doomed. Lol. Other than that, the servings were nice and hefty. Fair prices. We a have been regulars at this location over 10 years. The service has been slipping for a while which I can still deal with since it's just a quick pick up and you're out. More recently the issue that is more disturbing is the lack of cleanliness. We were there recently and the floor looked like it hasn't been cleaned in months, there is rotting food crumbs all over. When we walked in someone had spilled there yoghurt toppings and no one was cleaning it up. The workers don't seem to care at all making it an even more troubling experience. Given the lack of cleanliness, it makes you wonder how the food is being handled. OK so I want to begin by saying we really do love pinkberry. We probably have it once a week as our go to, take out dessert. But there are just a few things I think are worth mentioning. But i'll probably never get a reply which is why it often forces us to choose mom and pop restaurants/dessert option. We get the family takeout (TWO) containers almost every time we go because then we can enjoy a few nights in a row that week. But here are my issues...1) the inconsistency of the amount of yogurt we get in the containers is insane. ESPECIALLY when we order through doordash (which I will mention again in a minute). When you are paying $30 for two 25 ounce containers, and there is a GIANT hole in the middle of the yogurt its really frustrating as we are getting probably 30-40% less than the container should hold. Can you please instruct employees to fill it up correctly. 2) Very rarely are we every asked what toppings we want...because I believe it comes with 4 included toppings. Its like we are being a pain asking for toppings that are already included. Then the same complaint about filling the toppings. Its like when you open a bag of chips and its 1/4 full. And 3) why is there such an up charge when ordering from door dash? I get they have a service fee, but its literally like $15 more expensive to order the exact same item. Out of all the times we have been there we have had ONE employee actually handle all of this correctly. He was great...banged the container down so the yogurt was full, offered all the toppings and filled them up appropriately and was incredibly helpful. Its literally like the workers are instructed to intentionally try and short the customer. I feel these concerns are not out of the realm of expected service, as we are not asking for anything that shouldnt be the standard anyway. We would probably go twice as often if we believed this wouldnt be the standard practice for togo containers. Hopefully this is something that can be resolved as we would love to continue to support a dessert we love so much. read more

Upon entering this small yet pristine eatery filled with amicable, helpful employees, I clench my teeth and palms in restraint in order to prevent myself from involuntarily clawing at the plexiglass partition that barricades me from that delectable yogurt and miniature fruit and candy buffet accessible only to its employees. I still give this location 5 stars as it is my own shortcomings that are the problems - my disappointment and physical withdrawal pain from copious amounts of sugar have nothing to do with this friendly, well run business stocked with yummy goodness.
