Omg I didn't know this place had made its way to the valley! Let's start out by saying it's the best Italian Ice anywhere !!! I happened to pass by the shopping center on my way home and when I saw the signage marquee I was beyond excited. I made a u-turn, parked and went into the store as fast as I could! I have known about happy ice for a while but never knew they cater! They give a huge chests that stays cool for 5-8 hours. You can get up to 4 flavors and they have signature ones to choose from. Parking lot is a bit busy and almost always full here but if you don't mind walking, the parking towards the Reseda end of the lot is almost always vacant. The flavors worked perfectly together and I highly recommend the vanilla sweet cream topping.
