The combination of Hot Cheeto crumbs and lime is perfect with their super sweet cakey style frosting. It was reminiscent of a key lime pie but spicy with thicker cream. The service was convenient. You just use a kiosk to order and wait a quick sec for yor cookies and bam you're on your way. The staff member was very kind and cheerful. I never write reviews and usually just go about my day, but I felt like I needed to share my experience. I placed an online order at 7:50 PM and selected that I was there and ready for pickup. I waited in my car for about five minutes, and shortly after, I received a text saying my order was ready. When I went inside, I noticed they were dealing with heavy traffic, so I was patient and waited while they caught up with the orders. As more people continued to arrive, I still remained patient. I let one of the employees know that my order was ready and showed him my phone. He walked away as if he was going to get it, so I continued waiting. Unfortunately, everyone who came in after me received their orders before I did. By 8:35 PM, I was the only customer left in the store and still had not received my order--even though I had placed it ahead of time and had already received a notification that it was ready. What was most disappointing was the lack of communication and customer service throughout the experience. I was still polite and wished them a good night, but unfortunately, I won't be returning. Sadly, this place has really changed. It wasn't busy, but the employees couldn't be bothered to help. I finally had my order taken. You can't go wrong with an ooey-gooey chocolate chip cookie! These bad boys are BIG and definitely best for sharing so you can give their specials a try too. I find them kind of expensive for a cookie, so it's not a place I always go but it is a nice sweet treat from time to time when you don't feel like baking your own. Their cookies are $5.00 for one and I believe 4 is $16.25 the more you buy the cheaper it is. Ordering is so easy. I personally order on the app and it's ready for me when I arrive. Quick and easy, in and out. The employees here are friendly and it's very clean inside. I also love how they change their menu weekly but my all time favorite is the chocolate chip. So oooey, gooey and just so good. I also like how you can personalize the box too for an additional $1 you can add a sticker to the packaging. My friend that I ordered for noticed and really appreciated the small detail. Parking here is easy they are located in the Target and Kohls shopping center. I wouldn't be able to eat more than one, nor do I think I'd want to. They rotate their flavors monthly I think (?) so the same menu is not always available. It's been a while since we last visited Crumble Cookies and bought Sweets. We were having sugar rush and thought of going to Crumble to try their holiday pies featured this Thanksgiving week. We got all the flavors in Minis except for the pecan pie. Everything was really good!!! My most favorite is the key lime pie. Service was okay, I ordered ahead through the app but the girls that worked here don't really have the good customer service. They dont greet customers as they walk in or out, i also notice that they all just ignore customers that are waiting and don't acknowledge their presence u less you get their attention. I u derstand they get busy but still greeting customers and make them feel Acknowledged is the best practice of a good professional customer service. However, while I was waiting for my order, they had the the time to song out loud and have fun while on the job. I am not saying it is not acceptable but my point is that if they can sing out loud while doing they job and in front of the customers that are waiting they could've also exerted effort to greet their customer rather than ignore them and have their own world. Ambience is cute, open layout and clean but I do hope that the management will train their employees to provide better customer service in the future. Remember your employees are the reflection of your establishment and also the owners.
