I had to run over here because the West Hills location sold out of the Dubai chocolate brownie. But my friend told me that you should pre-order the day before so that is the pro tip! This is so cute. I feel like the cookies and desserts are getting so much bigger here. I should've got the three mini pack, but it was so delicious and flavorful. They have different flavors every week, and not every flavor is worth trying, BUT there are times when the cookie flavors are great. Customer service at this location isn't good. I find them kind of expensive for a cookie, so it's not a place I always go but it is a nice sweet treat from time to time when you don't feel like baking your own. I'd recommend the chocolate cookie and the snickerdoodle--they both have great flavor and feel a bit more balanced. The pink sugar cookie was also really good, not overly sweet like I expected, just soft with a nice frosting that ties everything together. Their cookies are $5.00 for one and I believe 4 is $16.25 the more you buy the cheaper it is. Ordering is so easy. I personally order on the app and it's ready for me when I arrive. Quick and easy, in and out. The employees here are friendly and it's very clean inside. I also love how they change their menu weekly but my all time favorite is the chocolate chip. So oooey, gooey and just so good. I also like how you can personalize the box too for an additional $1 you can add a sticker to the packaging. My friend that I ordered for noticed and really appreciated the small detail. Parking here is easy they are located in the Target and Kohls shopping center. It's been a while since we last visited Crumble Cookies and bought Sweets. We were having sugar rush and thought of going to Crumble to try their holiday pies featured this Thanksgiving week. We got all the flavors in Minis except for the pecan pie. Everything was really good!!! My most favorite is the key lime pie. Service was okay, I ordered ahead through the app but the girls that worked here don't really have the good customer service. They dont greet customers as they walk in or out, i also notice that they all just ignore customers that are waiting and don't acknowledge their presence u less you get their attention. I u derstand they get busy but still greeting customers and make them feel Acknowledged is the best practice of a good professional customer service. However, while I was waiting for my order, they had the the time to song out loud and have fun while on the job. I am not saying it is not acceptable but my point is that if they can sing out loud while doing they job and in front of the customers that are waiting they could've also exerted effort to greet their customer rather than ignore them and have their own world. Ambience is cute, open layout and clean but I do hope that the management will train their employees to provide better customer service in the future. Unlike my trips to other locations, no one welcomed me (which is fine, but I know a lot of people like how they get a resounding hello from employees). As a matter of fact, no one even acknowledged me until I mentioned I was having trouble figuring out how to redeem my coupon then an employee reluctantly came over & did it herself before casually walking over to a bin, grabbing my cookie, and handing it over to me with a modest 'thanks. have a great day.' Honestly, I'm not expecting A+ service, but I could tell the people there just didn't want to interact with customers. this is the only location i've been to, and i haven't had any problems with it. it's easy to order through the little tablets. it would be hard for those customers that have tons of questions since there isn't a person directly helping out. i noticed it's also kinda awkward seeing the entire kitchen while you wait, but it's not a huge deal as i try to just mind my own business. the waiting area/lobby is pretty small. i think crumbl's concept of having a different menu every week is super cool! you get to look forward to new flavors and it keeps things exciting. i ordered a dozen cookies totaling around $50. for the size and being able to share and try all the different flavors, i think its decently priced. the cookies are HUGE and easily shareable. the flavors this week were so yummy! my favorite was the churro cookie because it has a cinnamon base and i'm a huge fan of snickerdoodle! i also am a sucker for frosting, so i love that many of their cookies are frosted! the pumpkin spice cake with caramel frosting was also reaaaally good especially after heating it up. i think their cookies/treats are perfect to cure anyone's sweet tooth! read more
