I stopped at Pink Box today. I walked in and a young lady was mopping. A lady was helping the drive thru. Two men were in the back behind the donuts they turned and walked farther in the back. This doughnut shop is so fun! Lots of lights and fun photo ops in the store. They have a friendly staff and the flavors of doughnuts are unique. My favorite doughnut was the maple bacon. I definitely cannot finish a whole donut here they are super sweet. My kids loved this place and I only kind of liked the actual donuts here. read more

We went a week after the grand opening and I can confirm that the hype is still very much alive. We waited in line for about 35mins to get us a box of OG Doughnuts. I was okay to wait that long since it was a Saturday morning and we had nothing else going on but I will say that they do not have a public restroom so if you see a long line and you have littles with you then you may want to take them to go potty before you go inside. We got a variety of the OG Doughnut's, the doughnuts were okay, they were fresh but flavor wise they were nothing special. You could get a similar doughnuts at Walmart for cheaper. I think you're better offer getting the specialty doughnuts if you're looking for something unique. The staff here was great despite the chaotic environment and the building inside and out is one big photo-op. My kids wanted to take pictures with all of the stuff so whoever designs the Pinkbox locations is doing a great job. Overall I'd say it's worth the try but make sure to get a specialty doughnut. read more

Saw Pinkbox from the highway while in town for the weekend and said, I wanna go there!" I didn't even know what it was seeing it from the highway. I was intrigued by the name and color palette. I was delighted to know it was a doughnut place! We came here (a party of four) post an outdoor weeding on Saturday evening. (The wedding party provided cupcakes and I was less than enthralled and also wanting a little something sweet). And talk about sweet! They are known for it's over 70 varieties of doughnuts made from scratch and using house made fillings & toppings. And of course with it being Memorial Day weekend, what better way to honor those that served by offering not one but two varieties of their holiday doughnut, "American Pooh", a chocolate cake filled with chocolate buttercream. Huh? (Insert eye roll or laughing emoji here). Maybe it's a Utah thing not to use the offensive word "poo" and not sure how a pile of chocolate or vanilla cream shaped like it makes a holiday doughnut but either way, I still tried it. We each only had one doughnut and I think the young man behind the counter was surprised we weren't ready to buy a dozen or more. He still was respectful and engaging and offered up the opportunity to purchase a beverage, ground coffee, etc. (they sell a LOT of logo'd merch here.) nonetheless it was an experience and did I eat the whole doughnut? No. They others all ate theirs. Would I return again? Maybe. But am glad I at least tried it. It's definitely an Insta/socials worthy photographic opportunity here. read more

The pictures are exactly what you get. Presentation in the shop and of the donuts are very accurate. Love that they are open so early and having a drive thru is always a plus. The donuts themselves are worth the try. Maybe not worth all the sugar but I'd recommend giving it a try. They do have basic donuts plus fancy ones and the OG ones are pretty good for a normal donut run. Seems like the low ratings are simply from running out of donuts and closing down shop rather than the quality and service so don't let that deter you from checking it out but definitely go earlier in the day. read more

There's no place to sit, especially with how long the lines are. The restaurant is small, so they can only let a certain amount of people in at the time (they have a bouncer at the door) while the employees serve us as fast as they can. I ordered as a first timer through the app. There was still a promotion of $4 off a dozen. I enjoy fluffy donuts that are made fresh. We got some OG's and some special ones like the pop tart and cream puff. We did get a cronut, buttermilk bar, maple bar and apple fritter. We enjoyed all of them. We came here for the grand opening but was too late; they had already sold out! We came back the very next day and still had to wait about 45 minutes to an hour in line. It was a beautiful day though and they had employees outside so when I needed to change baby's diaper or use the bathroom myself we got escorted inside lol I'd never felt like VIP to use the bathroom until then. The entire staff was friendly and organized, with the exception of one who gave us a chocolate glazed donut instead of the lil blue blueberry. We love Pinkbox. We stop in St. George every time we pass through. The donuts are always on point. We were thrilled we got one near us. We picked up donuts today in AF and they were terrible. Smaller than usual and dry. $10.00 and only 1 of 4 donuts were right. This inconsistency is frustrating. We got them one other time from this location and they were on point. I can understand a kink in a new place, I just ask that if you make the donuts and they aren't right, don't still sell them. I also had a glazed twist that I ate, but it was way smaller than usual. The doughnuts were great. Fresh and unique and easy to order online. My one complaint is that I ordered online and went to the pickup area and there were 2 different people checking out customers. When they were done, they went back and started helping people in line who hadn't placed an order. I had to get someone to help me. Why have a pickup line and no one acknowledge you and be willing to help. I should not be required to stand in a line of people who haven't placed their order.
