This was my first time at Pinkbox, and I'm so glad we decided to stop by. I almost skipped it since I'm not usually a big donut person--but every now and then I get a craving for an old-fashioned donut or something simple like a classic or chocolate. It really just depends on my mood. Once I saw the incredible variety they offer, though, I couldn't resist. Everything looked so good, it was hard to choose! We ended up trying the strawberry shortcake donut, a classic old-fashioned, and a double chocolate donut--and every single one was phenomenal. What really stood out to me was that the donuts weren't overly sweet. They tasted thoughtfully made, with balanced flavors that didn't feel overwhelming. Love the pink everywhere and fun donuts-it became a must for us to try while we were in town. The donuts are super fun, great names and descriptions. It was hard to pick! We chose three and shared. The snickers donut was delish, the pop tart was good but the Cherry bomb was truly the bomb! My husband and is fav-SO GOOD!! Inside is clean but no where to sit unless you go inside the smokey casino and sit at a table. The staff was not friendly at all, I'm not sure if she said anything other than No when I asked if they had decaf coffee. A donut shop without options for coffee seems odd to me but we were in Vegas. Saw everyone walking around with these donut boxes, so I had to check this place out -- and wow, the variety is insane. There were so many options to choose from. A few flavors were sold out when I went, but we still grabbed the John Lemon and the Oreo donut. Both were delicious -- sweet, but in a good way. You're going to see ads for Pinkbox everywhere you go, and you're probably going to think it's just hype and it's not that great. I'm here to tell you you're so wrong, and from someone who doesn't like donuts - I truly was licking the box clean. As you step inside you're overwhelmed with a crowd of patrons, the smell of sugar, sounds of the casino right next door & lines of donuts with the most creative flavors you've ever seen. It's pretty difficult to make a decision between them all, but there is no wrong choice. The flavors we got were: Pop tart (Poppin' Tart) Crème brulee (The Blow Torch) Cinnamon roll (Cinna-roll Out) Banana pudding (Banana Puddin') Coffee cake (Crumb Cake) Cronut (Plain Face DoughCro®) My favorite and one that surprised me the most was the creme brulee. While other donut spots make the sugar topping insanely hard (to the point where it breaks apart and becomes a weapon) the layer of sugar here was thinner and much easier to consume. If you're not a fan of charred sugar this wouldn't be the one for you, as it does taste a bit like a burnt marshmallow, but I absolutely loved it. The cream filling was exactly what you want and the donut itself was tasty and not dry in the slightest. It took me a few days to write this review and actually consume every donut, and surprisingly after two days of sitting in the box they were not stale at all and all tasted amazing. I wish I lived nearby so I could try more flavors, but I would happily consume these donuts over Krispy Kreme / Dunkin / anywhere else. read more

I saw many ads for Pinkbox Doughnuts as well as their physical storefronts throughout my time in Vegas. I'm a fan of doughnuts, but there were so many other eateries in the city I wanted to try that this was never a place that piqued my interest. That changed, though, when I had finished making a few laps on Fremont St and was getting ready to head back to my hotel. There was a Pinkbox right in front of me and I figured I would give them a try. The brand is such Vegas - a suggestive slogan and over-the-top decoration - though I'm not sure what the mascot is supposed to be and I'm not asking. The interior was very pink, though it wasn't sensory overload as it's also quite spacious and very clean. There is a large variety of doughnuts that line the back wall - they're very evenly placed and was super satisfying to view. I decided to go simple and get a chocolate frosted and strawberry frosted; both were very good, as good as any other shop that serves good doughnuts. I wouldn't say it's anything too noteworthy, but it's also not bad. Service was also good - I was taken care of promptly. Very cool place but pretty disappointing donuts tbh. I was so excited to check out this donut spot because the design + aesthetics are SO CUTE. We made it our mission to include Pinkbox in our Fremont Street experience but we sadly hated it. lol. I will say this place is decorated in such an awesome + fun way. She said it was super dry and tasted old. She also took a few bites and tossed it in the trash because it's not worth eating tbh. I'm a little surprised that a brand that spends sooo much time on visuals, designs, and aesthetics seems to have forgotten what donuts should actually taste and feel like. We were on Fremont Street and we had seen the huge Pink Box sign and just had to give it a try! They have so many designs, flavors, and they even provide coffee and other drinks!! The Iced coffee was delicious. My daughter tried the reindeer poo doughnut, my sister got a Christmas tree, and we just picked random ones. They were delicious but you cant eat a whole one! They are so filling that you'll have enough for the next day. None of us finished them but they were good!! Just lots of sugar Im glad we got to try them and they are not badly priced. I do not know if they were dry because it was later at night. It was around 10pm when we went. We tried 3 different doughnuts, and they are fairly priced for what you get as they are nicely designed and do really look good. It just did not meet my expectation as far as tastes goes. My husband was not really a fan either, and he will pretty much eat anything. I have tried some more expensive donut places that did not even look that great... As far as service. The workers were really friendly and helpful in explaining the donuts and telling us what was really popular. There are so many flavors of donuts. It is overwhelming to chose just 1 or 2. This donut shop is connected to the Plaza hotel in the downtown Fremont Street area, so it is very easy to get to if you are staying in the Fremont Street area. We stayed at the Downtown Grand and it was walking distance. Would I come back? Pinky the layered donut logo is so... well, PINK. The store is well lit, the display case features 30 of the cutest donuts with the greatest names: It's Ya Birthday, Pooh, and Gimme Somoa. My mom and I were visiting the Plaza Hotel to see the Mavericks show at the Plaza on a Wednesday evening. The show time started at 7:00 P.M, but we arrived a little bit early around 6:00 P.M. This gave us a lot of time to explore the Plaza Hotel and Fremont Street! Towards the exit of the Plaza hotel near Fremont street, we noticed that the Pinkbox Doughnuts was directly attached! This was my mom's first time visiting Pinkbox Doughnuts before! It was super busy inside the doughnut shop too! Right now, the current doughnut of the month is the Green Machine 2.0. It has glazed pistachio topped with white chocolate morsels and pistachio whip! It looked amazing!! Some of the holiday St. Patricks Day doughnuts were available too like the Clover, Leprechaun Ring, and the Good Luck Bear. Those specialty doughnuts are only available from March 12 - 17. We did get some Original glazed doughnuts, maple Ol'Fashioned, and a maple bar. I had a glazed doughnut and it was delicious! My mom really enjoyed the maple flavored doughnuts! Can you say Sweet tooth overload! The staff was very welcoming and energetic. It's bright and vibrant colors just make you feel joy at first sight. This place has so many delicious choices and I wanted to try them all but I know that would be sooo wrong.....or would it? lol. I disciplined myself to two which was the Brown Suga which is a plain doughnut covered with brown sugars and the Plain Face Doughcro which was essentially a croissant made into a doughnut. I definitely should've gotten 2 of those because it tasted amazing! I will definitely be back for more after my sweet tooth resets. You might think a place like this - with its sexually innuendo named et al - might be all mouth and no trousers, but Pinkbox was a delicious find on Fremont Street. A phenomenally vast selection of donuts.
