Pinkbox Donuts review is for my online experience when I purchased a gift card for my family in Las Vegas. We don't have a location here and I definitely don't want them delivered to me across country! I easily purchased the gift card. I would give five stars if I would have been able to send a e-card. As it was the USPS cost raised the gift card cost. The card was quickly mailed the day I ordered the card. My family members definitely enjoyed the big box of donuts before moving to Kentucky! There's no Pink Box Donuts in Kentucky so I'm sure they will miss Pinky!! I'm recommending if your family loves this place like mine does!!
This was my first time at Pinkbox, and I'm so glad we decided to stop by. I almost skipped it since I'm not usually a big donut person--but every now and then I get a craving for an old-fashioned donut or something simple like a classic or chocolate. It really just depends on my mood. Once I saw the incredible variety they offer, though, I couldn't resist. Everything looked so good, it was hard to choose! We ended up trying the strawberry shortcake donut, a classic old-fashioned, and a double chocolate donut--and every single one was phenomenal. What really stood out to me was that the donuts weren't overly sweet. They tasted thoughtfully made, with balanced flavors that didn't feel overwhelming. Each one lived up to expectations and then some. We left really happy with our choices, and I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone--even if you're not usually a donut person like me!

The snickers donut was delish, the pop tart was good but the Cherry bomb was truly the bomb! My husband and is fav-SO GOOD!! Inside is clean but no where to sit unless you go inside the smokey casino and sit at a table. The staff was not friendly at all, I'm not sure if she said anything other than No when I asked if they had decaf coffee. A donut shop without options for coffee seems odd to me but we were in Vegas. Maybe no one wants decaf there?! We went in the casino to the food court, grabbed coffee and ate there. It's a fun place, great donuts just have a plan to eat them elsewhere.
What a fun place I loved everything about it. It's a small little shop up to the side of the casino but very cool. The donuts were freaking fabulous. I had to get a dozen of a variety to share with my family My favorite was the cherry one. They also had a good Dubai chocolate good variety of everything you could imagine. Staff was very polite. They are very fast very busy. Have some cool props to take pictures with merchandise. I really like this place.
Every time I'm in Vegas, going to a Pinkbox is a MUST. I've probably eaten Pinkbox around 10 times now... and I think they are probably the best donuts I've ever had. A local donut shop by my house has always been #1 but I think I like these ones better. My friend LOVES them too. We need to find a way to get a store opened up near our houses in SoCal.
My kids love this place! We come every time we stay at Plaza and my kids love all the different kinds of donuts they have each time. No visit is the same and they always get different donuts. The staff are friendly and patient while my kids figure out what they want. Will definitely be back when we are back in town!

A few flavors were sold out when I went, but we still grabbed the John Lemon and the Oreo donut. Both were delicious -- sweet, but in a good way. Pricing is really reasonable too, especially for the size and quality. The place is clean, and the workers are super nice and helpful, which made the visit even better. Definitely worth stopping by if you're in the area. Give it a try!

It's cold out and you need that pink hat to show off pinky love! Or how about a tumbler or gift card for your friend or family member! Whatever way you want to show love they can help you.

The donuts were fresh, soft, and full of flavor. Decently priced and a wide variety to choose from. Great selection of coffee/drink assortments also. Friendly staff and fun vibe.
This place is instagram worthy, very pink and cute, with a large variety of designer donuts. We walked in a little later in the day and the employee was patient and friendly. Makes sense but half of the donuts we wanted that were on display were actually sold out for the day. Easy pivot- just disappointing. The donuts tasted a bit stale. Don't think I'd go out of my way to come back to a pinkbox. I bought one of the energy drinks as well and it was alright. Tasted like a sour patch Alani

As if the bright, flashing lights of the casino weren't enough to lure you in, the bright pink decor of the donut shop will do the trick. Service was friendly and engaging and the display of donuts made me want to try each and every one of them. However, I refrained and just ordered a couple. And, boy, were they delicious! read more
This place is one of the few food stops my group of four made throughout our time just outside the border of Fremont Street - technically in downtown Las Vegas near the Plaza Hotel Casino - on a Friday evening around 7pm, mostly because we wanted something sweet. For its name it is bright pink inside and even outside the building. Heck, even the huge donut display is pink! Donuts offered include cake with buttercream, cheese-filled kinds and even a regular donut shaped like a hand when it's making the "peace" sign! There was a mango based donut (mango tango) that was donut of the month but that was sold out by the time we got here. Staff behind the counter grab the donuts for you given they're in stock, and you can get one donut by itself or grab many in a box. I got their limited edition Dubai Chocolate 2.0 donut, which is a chocolate cake with pistachio flavoring and a ton of sprinkles on top. Decent for the most part though very heavy and quite sweet. I couldn't really taste the pistachio as the Dubai chocolate itself was already very strong and prominent throughout the donut. Compared to other donut parlors I've had, there's a ton of variety here and each one is on display for me to check out. Basic ingredients are also labeled which I like. read more

Pinkbox was one of the highlights of our Las Vegas trip. We decided to visit a location off the Strip, and it was absolutely the right call--easy to get to, less crowded, and a great experience overall. The service was friendly and welcoming, and the donuts were phenomenal. In fact, they were some of the best donuts I've ever had. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and there were so many creative options to choose from that it was hard to decide. If you're in Las Vegas and looking for a great donut shop, I highly recommend making the trip to Pinkbox. We'll definitely be back the next time we're in town. read more

You're going to see ads for Pinkbox everywhere you go, and you're probably going to think it's just hype and it's not that great. I'm here to tell you you're so wrong, and from someone who doesn't like donuts - I truly was licking the box clean. As you step inside you're overwhelmed with a crowd of patrons, the smell of sugar, sounds of the casino right next door & lines of donuts with the most creative flavors you've ever seen. It's pretty difficult to make a decision between them all, but there is no wrong choice. The flavors we got were: Pop tart (Poppin' Tart) Crème brulee (The Blow Torch) Cinnamon roll (Cinna-roll Out) Banana pudding (Banana Puddin') Coffee cake (Crumb Cake) Cronut (Plain Face DoughCro®) My favorite and one that surprised me the most was the creme brulee. While other donut spots make the sugar topping insanely hard (to the point where it breaks apart and becomes a weapon) the layer of sugar here was thinner and much easier to consume. If you're not a fan of charred sugar this wouldn't be the one for you, as it does taste a bit like a burnt marshmallow, but I absolutely loved it. The cream filling was exactly what you want and the donut itself was tasty and not dry in the slightest. It took me a few days to write this review and actually consume every donut, and surprisingly after two days of sitting in the box they were not stale at all and all tasted amazing. I wish I lived nearby so I could try more flavors, but I would happily consume these donuts over Krispy Kreme / Dunkin / anywhere else. read more

While walking downtown we stopped at Pinkbox Doughnuts. They offer a wide variety of creative and visually appealing donuts, We selected the glazed donut and the Blow Torch which is a Glazed doughnut filled with Bavarian cream and topped with ultra-crispy caramelized sugar. This spot offers a dizzying array of donut options--seriously, you could spend days trying them all. I wanted to sample more, but let's be honest: sugar and I aren't exactly besties. So I had to choose my poison wisely. Ever heard of a crème brûlée donut? Not just filled with custard, but topped with a layer of torched sugar that cracks when you bite into it. That's the one I went for--and it was glorious. Even at 9 or 10pm, the donuts were fresh. You walk in, order, pay, and pick up. Quick and easy. They weren't busy when I went, so service was smooth. This bright, fun shop caught my eye as we were entering the Plaza casino. I strolled in and eyed alllllll the choices. Oh my! Wow how does one decide ? I didn't buy at that time but left and was gaming right outside the shop. As my friend was playing I popped in to make a decision. Would I go with my stand by: choc frosted glazed with sprinkles ?? Nope not this time! I decided upon the choc frosted cronut. Omg it was sooooo good. I started to nibble on it immediately, then put it in my bag to save for later. Before I knew it I was back in the bag for more. Soooo good! It was a popular spot and I saw lots walking out with boxes. Def a great snack spot. read more

Very cool place but pretty disappointing donuts tbh. I was so excited to check out this donut spot because the design + aesthetics are SO CUTE. We made it our mission to include Pinkbox in our Fremont Street experience but we sadly hated it. lol. I will say this place is decorated in such an awesome + fun way. This is definitely one of the cutest donut shops (+donut brands) I've ever seen. We had so much fun visiting Pinkbox because everything is aesthetically pleasing and there are sooo many unique + super cute donut designs. Everything is so cute you almost don't want to eat it! lol. For donuts I ordered the Grumpy Bear because he was sooo cute! Can we please make a "Happy Bear"? The would've been perfect for me. lol. I wish they would've had a Happy Bear in like a pink or yellow color because I would've loved that design a lot more lol. My friend bought the Fudging Love You which is a super chocolatey donut option. Both donuts are decorative and super visually appealing. I love the design, aesthetics, and visuals of Pinkbox so very sad to say.... These donuts are kinda awful! lol. My Grumpy Bear donut was very cute but the actual taste of the donut is super sad. lol. I would rate the donut a 1 out of 5 stars because it's sooo plain, not tasty, the bread tasted old + super dry. The frosting also wasn't very satisfying or tasty at all. I took maybe 4 bites of my giant Grumpy Bear donut and had to toss him in the trash because it was SO BAD. lol. My friend who got the Fudging Love You option said her donut wasn't good either. She said it was super dry and tasted old. She also took a few bites and tossed it in the trash because it's not worth eating tbh. I'm a little surprised that a brand that spends sooo much time on visuals, designs, and aesthetics seems to have forgotten what donuts should actually taste and feel like. I'm sad because everything is so cute but just tastes pretty bad... lol. I definitely don't see myself getting these donuts again because it was pretty bad. However I will say to go to Pinkbox was a nice experience and the donuts are pretty cheap like less than $8 each if you want to try your luck. I'm thinking maybe we just received an old/stale bunch but who knows. Also for the location itself, the workers had no smiles they just take your order and you pay. Which is okay but a smile with the service would've been nice. Didn't seem on brand for the Pinkbox atmosphere tbh. I did put two stars specifically for the designs, creativity, and aesthetic appeal of the shop and donuts. read more

I saw many ads for Pinkbox Doughnuts as well as their physical storefronts throughout my time in Vegas. I'm a fan of doughnuts, but there were so many other eateries in the city I wanted to try that this was never a place that piqued my interest. That changed, though, when I had finished making a few laps on Fremont St and was getting ready to head back to my hotel. There was a Pinkbox right in front of me and I figured I would give them a try. The brand is such Vegas - a suggestive slogan and over-the-top decoration - though I'm not sure what the mascot is supposed to be and I'm not asking. The interior was very pink, though it wasn't sensory overload as it's also quite spacious and very clean. There is a large variety of doughnuts that line the back wall - they're very evenly placed and was super satisfying to view. I decided to go simple and get a chocolate frosted and strawberry frosted; both were very good, as good as any other shop that serves good doughnuts. I wouldn't say it's anything too noteworthy, but it's also not bad. Service was also good - I was taken care of promptly. Overall, Pinkbox serves good doughnuts - the customer service is great and it's worth a stop in if you're looking for something sweet. read more
We were on Fremont Street and we had seen the huge Pink Box sign and just had to give it a try! They have so many designs, flavors, and they even provide coffee and other drinks!! The Iced coffee was delicious. My daughter tried the reindeer poo doughnut, my sister got a Christmas tree, and we just picked random ones. They were delicious but you cant eat a whole one! They are so filling that you'll have enough for the next day. None of us finished them but they were good!! Just lots of sugar Im glad we got to try them and they are not badly priced. We paid about $40 for 6 doughnuts and 3 different drinks. The staff was very nice and this location was very busy! read more
When in Vegas, right? I'd heard this famous donut place in Vegas is legit. We found it inside the corner of the Plaza Hotel on Main Street, across from Fremont Street Experience. Pinky the layered donut logo is so... well, PINK. The store is well lit, the display case features 30 of the cutest donuts with the greatest names: It's Ya Birthday, Pooh, and Gimme Somoa. I chose Holiday Hoot (cake donut with white icing on top and bottom then swirled with a peppermint frosting and candy cane sprinkles. Paired it with a cup of coffee and brought home a tumbler for me. read more

Excellent customer service! I chose to get 6 donuts because there was a discount when buying 6 or 12. We got a crème brûlée, Dubai chocolate, banana cream, triple OG, chocolate sprinkles, and a pinky. The crème brûlée was good but I wish there were more filling inside the donut because that was the delicious part. My husband enjoyed the chocolate sprinkles donut and we decided to save the remaining ones for later. read more
Such a fun place to stop in! Pretty busy and the service tries - but like everything else in Las Vegas it's just run so inefficiently so it takes a long time after you order to wait and pay. So that part is frustrating but the store is very cute and all..and honestly i like the variety of donuts; some big some regular and they tasted great! check out the photo of the box i got - pretty good, right? read more

The worst apple fritter I've eaten. Tasted old and the edges of the fritter were hard to bite. The glaze was hard as a rock. The middle was soggy. All around a bad apple fritter. Located in Fremont street. Have been seeing ads for the vibrant donuts and uniqueness but it was not good. Maybe their other stuff is better. Went around 11pm and good amount of donuts were sold out. read more

My mom and I were visiting the Plaza Hotel to see the Mavericks show at the Plaza on a Wednesday evening. The show time started at 7:00 P.M, but we arrived a little bit early around 6:00 P.M. This gave us a lot of time to explore the Plaza Hotel and Fremont Street! Towards the exit of the Plaza hotel near Fremont street, we noticed that the Pinkbox Doughnuts was directly attached! This was my mom's first time visiting Pinkbox Doughnuts before! It was super busy inside the doughnut shop too! Right now, the current doughnut of the month is the Green Machine 2.0. It has glazed pistachio topped with white chocolate morsels and pistachio whip! It looked amazing!! Some of the holiday St. Patricks Day doughnuts were available too like the Clover, Leprechaun Ring, and the Good Luck Bear. Those specialty doughnuts are only available from March 12 - 17. We did get some Original glazed doughnuts, maple Ol'Fashioned, and a maple bar. I had a glazed doughnut and it was delicious! My mom really enjoyed the maple flavored doughnuts! The maple bar was her favorite! It's great that there is a Pinkbox location on Fremont street! If you're looking for some doughnuts, you can stop by the Pinkbox at the Plaza hotel! read more
