Pinkbox Donuts review is for my online experience when I purchased a gift card for my family in Las Vegas. We don't have a location here and I definitely don't want them delivered to me across country! I easily purchased the gift card. I would give five stars if I would have been able to send a e-card. As it was the USPS cost raised the gift card cost. The card was quickly mailed the day I ordered the card. My family members definitely enjoyed the big box of donuts before moving to Kentucky! There's no Pink Box Donuts in Kentucky so I'm sure they will miss Pinky!! I'm recommending if your family loves this place like mine does!!

This was my first time at Pinkbox, and I'm so glad we decided to stop by. I almost skipped it since I'm not usually a big donut person--but every now and then I get a craving for an old-fashioned donut or something simple like a classic or chocolate. It really just depends on my mood. Once I saw the incredible variety they offer, though, I couldn't resist. Everything looked so good, it was hard to choose! We ended up trying the strawberry shortcake donut, a classic old-fashioned, and a double chocolate donut--and every single one was phenomenal. What really stood out to me was that the donuts weren't overly sweet. They tasted thoughtfully made, with balanced flavors that didn't feel overwhelming. Each one lived up to expectations and then some. We left really happy with our choices, and I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone--even if you're not usually a donut person like me!

This fun donuts has all kinds of cool flavors located in the funky Fremont District. I got the Dubai chocolate 2.0 and it was actually very good and very fresh considering it was later in the day.

Love the pink everywhere and fun donuts-it became a must for us to try while we were in town. The donuts are super fun, great names and descriptions. It was hard to pick! We chose three and shared. The snickers donut was delish, the pop tart was good but the Cherry bomb was truly the bomb! My husband and is fav-SO GOOD!! Inside is clean but no where to sit unless you go inside the smokey casino and sit at a table. The staff was not friendly at all, I'm not sure if she said anything other than No when I asked if they had decaf coffee. A donut shop without options for coffee seems odd to me but we were in Vegas. Maybe no one wants decaf there?! We went in the casino to the food court, grabbed coffee and ate there. It's a fun place, great donuts just have a plan to eat them elsewhere.

What a fun place I loved everything about it. It's a small little shop up to the side of the casino but very cool. The donuts were freaking fabulous. I had to get a dozen of a variety to share with my family My favorite was the cherry one. They also had a good Dubai chocolate good variety of everything you could imagine. Staff was very polite. They are very fast very busy. Have some cool props to take pictures with merchandise. I really like this place.

Every time I'm in Vegas, going to a Pinkbox is a MUST. I've probably eaten Pinkbox around 10 times now... and I think they are probably the best donuts I've ever had. A local donut shop by my house has always been #1 but I think I like these ones better. My friend LOVES them too. We need to find a way to get a store opened up near our houses in SoCal.

My kids love this place! We come every time we stay at Plaza and my kids love all the different kinds of donuts they have each time. No visit is the same and they always get different donuts. The staff are friendly and patient while my kids figure out what they want. Will definitely be back when we are back in town!

Saw everyone walking around with these donut boxes, so I had to check this place out -- and wow, the variety is insane. There were so many options to choose from. A few flavors were sold out when I went, but we still grabbed the John Lemon and the Oreo donut. Both were delicious -- sweet, but in a good way. Pricing is really reasonable too, especially for the size and quality. The place is clean, and the workers are super nice and helpful, which made the visit even better. Definitely worth stopping by if you're in the area. Give it a try!

Hello, my name is "Pinky!" How cute I am?
    Susan R.

What makes you smile? Surely, it's a box of pink love filled with various varieties of delicious donuts. It's been said, "circular joy is the best." It's best to share this circular joy too among those we love. The celebration of life among friends and family will continue to grow as you enjoy a box from Pinkbox. Pinkbox is iconic here in Las Vegas and Henderson! As you drive around the valley it's growing and so is pink box . In fact they are on every corner of the valley , Every day is a great day for Pink Box, the donuts are truly epic and make each day special. Maybe we should not eat donuts every day, but if we do eat the right ones! The service is always stellar here! And thank you to the staff for being so happy and grateful to make our day special. Your winning attitude is what shines and shimmers! Let's talk about coffee, it's not donuts without it! The coffee here can get real fancy along side that special donut! They make every single kind of coffee favorites you want. The iced and hot caramel lattes are great. Whipped cream is optional but probably required to meet the requirements of the day , Are you looking to show your support for Pink Box they sell merchandise too. It's cold out and you need that pink hat to show off pinky love! Or how about a tumbler or gift card for your friend or family member! Whatever way you want to show love they can help you.

Fun donut shop at the end of Fremont Street. We were looking for a little something sweet after walking Fremont and they were one of the only "sweet stops" still open. The donuts were fresh, soft, and full of flavor. Decently priced and a wide variety to choose from. Great selection of coffee/drink assortments also. Friendly staff and fun vibe.

    Valerie W.

This place is instagram worthy, very pink and cute, with a large variety of designer donuts. We walked in a little later in the day and the employee was patient and friendly. Makes sense but half of the donuts we wanted that were on display were actually sold out for the day. Easy pivot- just disappointing. The donuts tasted a bit stale. Don't think I'd go out of my way to come back to a pinkbox. I bought one of the energy drinks as well and it was alright. Tasted like a sour patch Alani

I got pink box twice during my stay at The Plaza. They had two vegan donut options and I tried them both. Yesterday I got the blueberry fritter and it was my favorite by far. This morning I got the Oreo. I got my husband a Vegas Cream and he really liked it. I love voodoo donut in Denver and this is close to their level.

It's interesting that you inform a staff member what you would like to order, wait for them to get your order out to you and then pay. It was nice as the employee helping us wanted to ensure we liked our drink before we paid for it. So, once our drinks were made, she let us try it and asked if any changes needed to be made before we decided to pay. I ordered the Lavender Matcha Latte, and my boyfriend got the Caphe Sua Da Phin Style. Both drinks were pretty solid. No complaints. I would come back again to try more of their drinks if I was in Las Vegas again. The inside is pretty spacious. Lots of different forms of seating available. There were a few people inside doing work or studying. I imagine it is a good spot to be at when it's not super busy like how it was during EDC week.

Teach your baristas to put a little more care into explaining the coffees on bar and what's available on pour over. I wanted a single-origin coffee so I asked the barista taking my order. She said the espresso wasn't single origin but said they offer single origin pour overs but told me it would take 10-15 minutes. She then handed me a laminated sheet with all of their offerings and I chose the Mexico but she said that's what was on espresso....? I got confused because she told me there wasn't a single origin on espresso? Anyway.... the paper she handed me stated that a pour over will take 3-5 minutes, yet she told me 10-15 minutes twice. So I called the bluff. The place was empty. I ordered the pour over anyway, sat down, and sure enough, my coffee was ready in about 3-5 minutes. It almost seemed like she didn't want to make the pour over because she recommended an americano. Specialty coffee needs more transparency, more education, and more passion. If you're a coffee roaster, your staff should be excited to talk about the coffees they're serving--not discourage people from ordering them. I sensed laziness. If you see a customer struggling to pick a coffee, recommend something that's fruit forward or something that's more classic. Don't wait for the customer to ask, ask THEM what they like and work off the customer. Care a little bit more. This was my first and last impression. Vesta Coffee will be my go-to.

Mothership continues to do a great job with both their drinks and their food, and this location was no exception. The only thing worth mentioning is that they don't seem to keep much cash on hand, so if you're paying with cash, it's a good idea to bring smaller bills since they usually aren't able to break anything larger than a $20. Overall, we had a great experience and would happily stop by again the next time we're in the Fremont area.

Restrooms were really clean and had the same style decor too, so I appreciated that attention to detail. However, I docked 2 stars since I couldn't order anything. I arrived at 939pm, looked at the menu and decided on a slice of the Ube Crepe cake and one of the Apple Cinnamon macarons. They don't close until 10pm and people were still coming in, and there were still plenty of people sitting in the restaurant, but the staff didn't let me order anything at 945pm saying that she doesn't take any more orders after 930pm. What?!?! What the hell? You're open for a whole 30 more minutes and don't want to take my money - am I hearing that right? My friend had cash on him, and he was willing to pay cash if that's less of a hassle, and still no. It's not even to-go only, it was a flat-out no, before their 10pm closing time. THAT IS CALLED CRAP SERVICE. However, the 3 stars instead of 1 or 2 stars is because one anonymous employee who witnessed that go down changed my perspective of this spot. This person asked me not to reveal their identity on my Yelp review out of fear of getting in trouble. They overheard me trying to order but got turned away, then pointed to the macaron in a box in the fridge on display right there to my friend. So as I was walking towards the bathroom, this person (different than the girl who rudely turned me away) apologized for what happened and gave me the apple cinnamon macaron as a gift. That was so sweet of them. The macaron was absolutely perfect too, it was delicious - the perfect texture of the macarons, apple filling, in the center between the cream, with the crunch from I think they were dried apple bits on the side of the cream - amazing!!! But still insanely Vegas tourist trap rip off overpriced with the macaron that person gave me worth $8.35/piece. Honey & Butter Macarons in Irvine, CA or Durian Macarons at Sweet Mood in Westminster, CA, still keep their also delicious macarons under $5 each while having cute decor/ambiance (I'll admit they're not as impressive and unique as this spot though). But they're essentially banking on tourists not knowing any better and what things should actually be worth/gouging tourists as much as they can. Essentially, you're paying for the ambiance. Definitely not paying for the crap service. Food is good, but not astronomically priced good - you're kidding yourselves. You may be able to get away with stuff like that if you're inside one of the luxurious casinos on the Strip, like Venetian, Caesars, Bellagio, etc. But especially being off-strip, get a reality check. I may come back (thanks to your anonymous employee's kind gesture giving me that macaron), but it's more just to show my parents the cool ambiance.

When coming with two others where we are lactose sensitive and with one having an allergy to oats, they wanted to try the matcha latte's and we asked if they can make with almond milk . The female worker said they don't have almond milk and only do oat or whole milk which was odd, and I asked again to confirm and was told no. They ended up having to do whole milk despite being lactose intolerant and was bothered. I look through here from comments by the owner saying that they CAN substitute with almond milk, which is confusing and a little annoying that we were told they don't substitute almond milk and was never told a reason why. That's one complaint for those who might be allergic to oat milk or are lactose sensitive: There is barely any option to accommodate and for that I give three stars. I probably would not come back again nor recommend because of the lack of accommodation for those who cannot have oat/almond milk. However despite that it is good to try once.

Believing people cross our paths for a reason, most were busy but isaiah slowed down to check in with us. I asked him what the paper got us, he wasn't sure so he checked while I downloaded the app to make it easier for old lady to read. Little did I know we didn't need it! Isaiah gave us the royal treatment! He was asking us about flavors and giving recommendations. We started talking a bit and he shared that he's 22 and the assistant manager and that he used to be head chef at the M! Our paths probably crossed we figured out in conversation. He also remembered seeing us at the St. Rose store. Not only is he a chef but also a musician! We basically went w things he loved customising, or drank and ate himself. Mom kept changing her drink every time he'd tell me about a different drink. He was extremely sweet and patient. Isaiah sat with us and took the time to ask about our tastes and preferences. He really knows the menu and what his customers like. He made woman a hot butterbrew but let's just call it isaiah style as I can't remember all the modifications he made. It's probably tied with the burrata. My drink was fabulous. The music was cool and we were having a great time. The sando was also delicious, he shared that they make their pesto in house. As a pesto fan, I just became a bigger founders fan! Mom's drink was also amazing. We told him not too sweet, it was delicious and not overly sweet. He said he did 25%. He checked on us and truly rolled out the red carpet. He offered drinks to go, at that point he'd earned our trust and we said go for your life. He did a blueberry lemonade w boba and rose foam? I don't think I'm doing it justice w my description. Mine was toasted marshmallow w graham cracker and I can't remember the rest. They're both yummy tho! Our days been made. Excellent service and genuinely kind people are rare and Isaiah embodies both and more. He even did a little moonwalk, brekkie and a show lol. He's one of the people that will change the world, or your day if you encounter him. Really wanted to give him money to say thank you and support his journey. He wouldn't have it. I hope whoever reads this at the company finds a way to acknowledge and reward his rock star beyond 5 star service. In reading other reviews this place seems to hire great talent, but Isaiah won me as a fan, I'll talk about him and this experience for years to come. The food and drinks really are amazing. I'm happy to pay when things are done well. I'm looking forward to going back, and hope my path crosses with Isaiahs again down the road. Guys going places and I wanna support the journey be it culinarily, musically or anything else he touches bc I know it'll be gold! A new standard for service has emerged. The Isaiah standard!
