Review #30 for 2025 Overly hyped by a bunch of "influencers". I was excited to try this place on our last Vegas trip.... The colors, the lights... the doughnuts LOOKED delicious, but unfortunately it did not taste as good as it looked. The doughnuts were dry and very sweet. I do not know if they were dry because it was later at night. It was around 10pm when we went. We tried 3 different doughnuts, and they are fairly priced for what you get as they are nicely designed and do really look good. It just did not meet my expectation as far as tastes goes. My husband was not really a fan either, and he will pretty much eat anything. I have tried some more expensive donut places that did not even look that great... As far as service. The workers were really friendly and helpful in explaining the donuts and telling us what was really popular. There are so many flavors of donuts. It is overwhelming to chose just 1 or 2. This donut shop is connected to the Plaza hotel in the downtown Fremont Street area, so it is very easy to get to if you are staying in the Fremont Street area. We stayed at the Downtown Grand and it was walking distance. Would I come back? My husband and I were not a fan the first time we went, so we'd be unlikely to come back here unless we were with other people that just had to try this place. Excellent customer service! I chose to get 6 donuts because there was a discount when buying 6 or 12. We got a crème brûlée, Dubai chocolate, banana cream, triple OG, chocolate sprinkles, and a pinky. The crème brûlée was good but I wish there were more filling inside the donut because that was the delicious part. My husband enjoyed the chocolate sprinkles donut and we decided to save the remaining ones for later. read more

The worst apple fritter I've eaten. Tasted old and the edges of the fritter were hard to bite. The glaze was hard as a rock. The middle was soggy. All around a bad apple fritter. Located in Fremont street. Have been seeing ads for the vibrant donuts and uniqueness but it was not good. Maybe their other stuff is better. My mom and I were visiting the Plaza Hotel to see the Mavericks show at the Plaza on a Wednesday evening. The show time started at 7:00 P.M, but we arrived a little bit early around 6:00 P.M. This gave us a lot of time to explore the Plaza Hotel and Fremont Street! Towards the exit of the Plaza hotel near Fremont street, we noticed that the Pinkbox Doughnuts was directly attached! This was my mom's first time visiting Pinkbox Doughnuts before! It was super busy inside the doughnut shop too! Right now, the current doughnut of the month is the Green Machine 2.0. It has glazed pistachio topped with white chocolate morsels and pistachio whip! It looked amazing!! Some of the holiday St. Patricks Day doughnuts were available too like the Clover, Leprechaun Ring, and the Good Luck Bear. Those specialty doughnuts are only available from March 12 - 17. We did get some Original glazed doughnuts, maple Ol'Fashioned, and a maple bar. I had a glazed doughnut and it was delicious! My mom really enjoyed the maple flavored doughnuts! Can you say Sweet tooth overload! The staff was very welcoming and energetic. It's bright and vibrant colors just make you feel joy at first sight. This place has so many delicious choices and I wanted to try them all but I know that would be sooo wrong.....or would it? lol. I disciplined myself to two which was the Brown Suga which is a plain doughnut covered with brown sugars and the Plain Face Doughcro which was essentially a croissant made into a doughnut. I definitely should've gotten 2 of those because it tasted amazing! I will definitely be back for more after my sweet tooth resets. Go ahead and indulge a little or a lot I'm sure they have one or two or three you'll want to try for your self. You can always go walk the strip afterwards to balance it out. read more

I had recently heard of pinkbox and I was bummed to find out they only have locations in Nevada and Utah! :( Then I was happy again because I stumbled upon the one in Nevada at the plaza hotel/fremont area :) it's hard to miss the bright pink everywhere! The donuts are delicious too! My hubby and I just shared a "torched" (crème brûlée) and old fashioned donut. They have so many cute and unique donuts like the labubu doll donut and a "raider" donut. There was 1 vegan option - cherry something. It. Was good. The frosting was whipped deliciousness. But it was served in the bag with nothing to prevent the frosting from getting messed up. The bag says "So good you'll wan to lick the bag". No. I want it so good the frosting is protected and intact. read more

First time at Pinkbox, and wow--this place is a sugar lover's paradise! I went for the pink poop-looking donut (because how could I not?), but the buttercream filling was just way too sweet for me. It's definitely an Instagram-worthy treat, but taste-wise, it wasn't my thing. On the other hand, my husband's bacon donut? Chef's kiss. Sweet and salty perfection. Pinkbox Doughnuts is so brightly colored and lit that it draws you to come in after walking through Fremont St.. Once you walk in there's a display of all the fun and yummy looking doughnuts. There's so many to choose from but they have something for everyone. The staff were really nice and helpful when ordering, they also got our order to us fast considering it was quite busy. We ordered an expresso with a guava and cheese cronut (a croissant and doughnut hybrid). The expresso was good and the cronut was soft, flaky, and had the perfect amount of guava and cheese. As a doughnut aficionado I can attest these are the best donuts ever. Ever. Legit. Please come to Dallas. Please please please. I need you. The Poo has all my nostalgia vibes. When I was a kid there was a bakery in my hometown made the best doughnuts, with a smear of chocolate buttercream and The Poo tastes just like it but with the ganache added. We stayed for a staycation at the Plaza and Pinkbox was very conveniently located in the hotel. I have had them before and they no matter what location you go to have their standards. They are always clean and the donuts tasty. This location is more flashy (obviously) compared to others, but they make sure the shop is clean and bright. Their quality also doesn't suffer. We ordered a half dozen of donuts and to be honest they were all so good. They aren't stale and the quality is there. We had a vast variety including the poo donut which my son loves. And the guava croissant donut which was crispy and flavorful and the hockey puck which was chocolate on chocolate with some cream and so so good. Everyone there was friendly and personable it just makes a good experience. We went late and also early and nothing suffered. Great fun spot with good food and good service. read more

Pinkbox is a donut shop that can't be missed with it's bright pink decor. There are many locations around Las Vegas. This was our first time at a Pinkbox. We came here midday on a Monday and it wasn't too crowded. There is fun, pink decor everywhere, but no seating. This location connects to the Plaza Hotel/Casino and there is decent street parking. We ordered six donuts and got a 10% discount. We got a Da Blueberry Fritter, two Chocolate Dubai donuts, an Ube So Fine, a Big Samoan, and a Don't be Salty. The Da Blueberry Fritter flavor was good, and we have not had a Blueberry Fritter before so we were excited to try it. The texture was off. It was dry and hard, and didn't have crispy edges. The Chocolate Dubai donut is a limited time flavor, and we got two to take one home to share. This one was disappointing. Texture was off again. It was dry and looked better than it tasted. The Ube So Fine was probably the best one of the six. It was a cake donut, but it was moist and the oreo frosting + crumble went well with the ube. The Big Samoan was okay. It did taste like a Samoa cookie with the chocolate and Toasted coconut on top. The Don't be Salty was also okay. There wasn't much of the caramel cheesecake filling, but this could be because it is very sweet. The salt didn't quite balance out the sweetness. Overall, giving Pinkbox a 3/5. The donuts are average at best. We were disappointed and underwhelmed at more of the donuts than we were impressed. The donuts are pricey, but the discount for purchasing six or twelve donuts is nice. Ambiance is fun with the bright pink everywhere. Not sure if we would return or recommend. read more

Ok so every time I go to Vegas and stay in the downtown area this is one of my guilty pleasures. i am usually not a big sweets person but for some reason every time im in the area I stop in and grab one or two donuts. I have tried a lot of donut places and with the exception of a few small places not in Vegas this is one of the better donuts I have tried. The service is always great here the employees are smiling and seem to be in a good mood and always welcoming. They have made several recommendation that were very good. I love the ambiance. The decor is loud and bright which definetly matches with the Vegas vibe. i would still go to this place even if it were not in a casino. In fact I have never really stepped foot in to the casino I usually only go to this end of the strip for my Pinkbox fix. Definetly reccomend especially for those late night scooby snacks.
