If there are multiple kids camps happening, it's even more imperative that a bunch of unknown dogs aren't running around on the same fields, isn't it? This is an issue I have called the Sports Park about multiple times. Why isn't it being addressed? There is a large off-leash dog park nearby in Lake Forest. It is negligent for the management of the Sports Park to leave this unattended, when residents have reported it multiple times. Are you waiting for a child to get mauled before there is a protocol or enforcement? Also, I'm not saying that the person at the front desk is the one who is responsible for this; clearly his hands were tied with multiple responsibilities and this really is a management and security issue. But if that is how he is going to respond to a Lake Forest resident (who should have equal opportunity to safely use this park) who voices a safety concern, please ensure he receives some training. Also, please make sure those leading your group classes don't take photos of class participants and post them online without their permission. This is also really unprofessional.

It was not crowded on a Monday afternoon and there was plenty of free parking. + We started off our day with bumper boats to cool off in the summer heat. Each boat had built in water shooters. We were spraying each other and everyone got soaked. + We went on race cars to dry ourselves off. The cars were surprisingly fast. - For race cars, there was no working service button. Instead, there was a picture of a button taped to the wall which was a bit confusing. We ended up finding a staff member who let us in. It would be helpful to have a note with instructions on what to do. + The laser tag arena was bigger than expected with plenty of walls and obstacles to hide behind. Customer service will be non-existent and quite rude at times. Their job is to turn on machine, adjust height of pitching, and collect payment. They won't babysit you, go above and beyond to help, or teach you how to bat. If you need cages to take your little leaguer, club baseball, or high school athlete; look no further. Call ahead of time and ask for time slots and speed you want. They have baseball and softball size balls. It's clean as can be for a sport predominantly played outside.
