My first time ever trying the batting cages and I had so much fun. My boyfriend found this place we are both fairly new to this. The prices are very reasonable with I like. We spent about 30 dollars total and had a really good time . I do wish there was someone or something that could've give us tips or a lil knowledge about everything. I used to come here every week growing up when I played softball, and after all these years, it's still just as great as I remember. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they're still stocked with plenty of batting gloves and helmets, both for sale and to borrow. They have a good selection of pitching speeds for both softball and baseball, which is great whether you're just warming up or really trying to sharpen your swing. Also, I have to say the restrooms are much better than they used to be back in the day. Definitely a nice improvement! It use to be one stall and you had to use a token to use it lol Tokens are a bit pricier now, but honestly, what isn't these days? Conveniently located in Anaheim, and for the most part pitches are accurate. I love that they open at 10am making it extra convenient for me. Enjoying day time hours has allowed me to get in and out quickly without have to wait for a cage. They have an ample amount of baseball cages available with pitches of all speed ranges. Been coming here 25 years or so. Prices have gone up over time but not drastically. I'd say it's probably right where it should be at for 2025. People always tell me. "WHY DONT U JUST GO TO BOOMERS?" OR "DUDE THERES ONE IN LAGUNA BEACH!" I personally haven't seen another decent cage since Ron LeFebrves in Laguna Hills when I was a kid. Boomers sucks, always has. If it is in business don't bother trying to go in there without a Helmet. Those machines are and were wild. Always jamming. These guys have always known how to calibrate the equipment correctly. It's accurate and consistent. I do the 90MPH. It may be slower than 90, but it's the fastest they have so that's what I use. It throws 8 pitches per token. I get the 30 for 30 because that is the lowest priced deal on the totem pole of deals. I recommend going with this. It saves u from paying $1.50 per individual round. It breaks down to a buck a round. My bro drives me from Lake Forest/Mission Viejo and I pay for tokens and give him $10 for gas to roll me there and back in a a Honda Civic. It's enough gas in a Civic to do that for a homie for all you tight ass friends out there that never wanna drive anywhere. Basically the same ppl who always suggest Boomers or this fake Laguna Beach cage that only serves the High School some rich yuppies in the neighborhood. What I'm saying is, if u like to hit the ball, find a way to make the trip. You won't regret it. It's a great way to get some cardio, hone in your swing, and get out some aggression. I recommend going at least 2 to 4 times a month in order to keep it fresh and maintain a quality swing. Timing is always the first thing that u lose when you don't go enough. Regular trips help keep u ready for the next ADULT League that opens up in your area. Or anywhere for that matter. If you wanna crush baseballs this is the spot. Love it here. Solid machines, If anything machine should get stuck they attend to it right away. Not friendly but not unfriendly either. They're there to do a job and they get it done. Place is clean and restrooms are even cleaner (it's strange to me, why it's so nice because I'm imagining the worst bathroom at the cages) Even the customers there act well even in busy times. Not many choices for batting cages but this is a good place to get your reps in. Warning: make sure you don't forget anything.. my son left his batting helmet there for 30 mins before we realized he forgot it. When we went back it was gone. Lots of lowlife thieves like to come here and won't think twice about stealing anything they can get their hands on- even a used batting helmet with stickers making easy to tell that it's clearly not theirs. If you leave your bat, gloves or bag unattended for even a second there is a good chance you'll never see it again. read more

Great place to casually get some exercise in without worrying about expense. You can spend as little or as much as you want since it uses tokens and it doesn't expire. Just buy as much as you want and use them on whichever cage feels most comfortable. I like that they had both baseball and software and varying speeds so good to warm up with slower pitches and work your way up to faster ones. I didn't end up using all my tokens but that's fine, I would go back and use the rest when I want! They have bats and helmets readily for for you rent. They spray down the helmets after so it's sanitary and doesn't have any lingering smells when I rented one. Overall great way to spend an hour or two on a nice day! read more

Pretty fun place with lots of different difficulties for both pros and beginners. Very straightforward, you can borrow equipment (or buy some), you pay X amount for X amount of tokens (1 token per round like an arcade) or a flat fee for X amount of time. I recommend the tokens since it does get tedious if you're not a baseball or softball player. Lots of different cages you can enter and it was actually pretty busy at 8pm on a weeknight. Decent amount of parking too. It's all outdoors (except for the main office where the staff is located) so plan for the weather. Definitely wouldn't recommend going on a hot night as they don't have very good AC. I recommend borrowing or bringing your own gloves if you have baby hands like I do. The bat can give you callouses after enough swings. Overall, pretty fun and wholesome experience. read more

This place has no nonsense, straight forward service with a decent selection of demos to try at a reasonable price. There are ample cages in a group setting that maintains even when it is a busy climate. The younger kids have 40mph, 50 mph and 60mph to choose from while 12 and up can try out the 70/80/90mph cages. They also have softball. I really enjoyed the place but am not sure if the cages are actually the mph as advertised. The 90 mph doesn't seem that fast. read more

The service was awesome. They had a great selection of bats and helmets to use. I wasn't sure if you could bring your own bat, but they offer them for free along with purchases of pitches, which is nice. I don't know if they let you choose bats, but I wasn't picky, and I'm sure they would let you swap out bats if you asked. My mom, dad and I were able to hit 80 pitches each for only 30$. That's 240 pitches, which is amazing value. I definitely see myself coming back here, especially to help improve on hitting faster pitches progressively. I did get blisters but that wasn't because of a problem with the bats or anything, I think I was gripping the bat too hard and swinging too hard. Still had a great time! read more

We were out-of-towners looking for a fun family activitiy and we found this amazing place! It's no-thrills, but it's cheap, big, safe, and clean. You get 8 balls for a $1 token, and they provide clean helmets, if wanted, and you can borrow bats. They stopped us from putting the helmets back on the table, and took them so they could sanitize them which is how I knew they were cleaned. Good to know they do this step! Overall, it's a great place to hang and hit some baseballs or softballs! They also sell baseball equipment, and everything looked reasonably priced and some deals in there too from what my baseball fanatic kids tell me. If we lived in Anaheim or nearby, we'd probably be going to this place every week. read more

Worst customer service by Tim at the counter. My husband paid $30 for 30 tokens and realized he should have done $50 for 60 tokens. I asked if we could upgrade within the same visit. He said we couldn't because he'd have to do a refund in his system which makes no sense. All he would have to do is charge me $20 and hand me another premade pack of tokens he had sitting there. I was inspired by the LA Dodgers, so decided to spend a lovely Saturday afternoon at the local batting cages. LOCATION - Right next to Motel 6 on Beach Blvd. PARKING - Very tight and limited spots in the front of the building, but I did see a sign that says there's also parking in the back. AMBIANCE - The building itself is a little run down, but you can literally see and smell all history as you walk through it. It was filled with the sound of ball smacking and cheers from parents. The staff were young, but overall really friendly and greeted us right away. What I really liked about this place is the fact that the batting cages are outside! Super COVID-friendly. The fast pitching cages were located immediately at the front. You need to walk all the way around to the back if you want slower ones. Theres a sign that says helmet are required, but I didn't think we needed any. The pitches were consistent 75% of the time. I guess it's expected since the machines were very old. Beware - Girl's bathroom stalls have no stalls, so make sure someone is watching out for you. PRICE - It's $1 for a token that will give you 9 pitches. If you check into yelp, you get 1 free token!!! They also give you free baseball/softball bat to rent. OVERALL - I would definitely recommend coming here! It's fairly cheap, and what a fun way to bond with your friends and families. read more

My husband dropped off my glove for re-lacing. He dropped it off in early February and asked if they could do this service. They said yes so he left the glove with them. On Friday, Feb 28, he called to get a status after the glove had been with them for several weeks. They told him they were too busy and didn't have time to re-lace the glove and to just come get it. They were very non-chalant. Today, March 3, he went to pick up the glove. He said, "if you were too busy to re-lace after you told me you could when I dropped it off, it would have been nice if you could have called me to let me know instead of having the glove sit in your possession for three weeks with no effort to perform the service" They responded very dismissively, "Just take your glove." There was no apology. They were rude, dismissive, and obviously did not care to provide service. read more

The place is big with many cages and sells equipment which is cool. But I tried this place out twice and there's something about their softballs and baseballs that sting your hands very badly when you hit them. I tried multiple different bats. I tried theirs and brought my own. I tried 50mph and 60mph and it still stung from even bunting. Both times I came here my hand hurt for days. One of the machines was pitching over my head. I played ball my entire life and just tried a different batting cage recently and I felt no stinging pain at all. I asked the front desk employees and they said they never had any complaints.
