    Fantastic Cheese Pizza !!!
    Michael C.

I picked up 1 Slice of Cheese Pizza togo and it was warm, crispy, rich and very delicious with a good sauce and savory, good quality cheese. The crust was fresh from the oven and the pizza overall was great this time. Efficient, friendly service on this visit.

Brown freakin lettuce, for a salad I didn't even want!

Was cravvvviiing, do you hear me? CRAVVVVIIING pizza but didn't want to leave the house. Decided to uber eats. I was on the fence with Pink's and Star Pizza. Star Pizza is a fav but although I hadn't been to Pink's in years...I was willing to cheat on Star. Also, I really wanted wings and Star doesn't have wings. Guess what my order didn't have when it came to my door?? My dang wings were missing. Instead, I received what appeared to be a Greek salad. The "mixed greens" were all romaine and weren't in the best condition. I ordered the bada bing pizza. It wasn't even warm and the toppings were pretty tasteless. It was a huge disappointment. The crust was also flavorless amd very doughy. I added some garlic salt to just give it some flava. I should had ordered Star. Sad face.

Food was great. Setting not the best. I have had takeout many times from this Pink's before. This was my first time dining in (Oct 2023). Dine in: Ordered wings and the equivalent of supreme pizza and tasted great! While waiting on our food, we were sitting at a table near the register right next to a wall (if you are facing the register, it is the wall to the right). Something caught my eye, at first I thought it was a mosquito. When I looked closer, there were many many "mosquito" seeming things hanging out on the wall. It was unappetizing. They do not have (city) water for guests to drink. Must purchase a water bottle, that is fine, just tell me that before I am waiting for the water to appear.

I haven't had Pink's Pizza in years. I really liked this place years ago, in fact I feel like I gave it four stars years ago. Last night it was sold. It's a good size pizza 16"at a decent price of $22. They have great boxes, see picture. The pizza itself was rather average. Since I took it to go and didn't eat it for almost 30 minutes after, perhaps that was part of the problem? My friend who I was eating it with says it's still 4 stars, so maybe let's call this 3.5.

We are EXTREMELY disappointed with what happened tonight. We are very regular customers (3x a month for sure). We got a large cheese pizza for our kids like we often do. Our kids ate the pizza and kept saying it tasted different. Turns out hidden under the cheese was a layer of pepperoni. Our family does not eat Pepperoni for religious reasons. I believe this was not an accident. It was completely hidden. This is DISGUSTING and we will never order from Pinks again.

Right wall adjacent walking into the shop

TL;DR: Solid establishment with a terrific slice of pizza for an empty stomach. At noon, I had come in looking for a quick meal. I had heard from my friends in the area that Pink's was a superlative pizza shop, so I decided to take a visit. Parking was not a problem. The establishment is located on a strip mall with a few other businesses adjacent to Pink's, so parking had plenty of spots to go around. Walking in, I was slightly startled at how small the shop was. It being part of a strip mall, expecting an establishment the size of Minute Maid Park was not on my mind but neither was something smaller than a living room. The seating area had four desk-sized tables in an space no larger than a 20x20 living room. There was a bathroom in the back past the front counter. In all though, I would not recommend larger parties to eat inside. I ordered a slice of pepperoni. Pink's order for any slice of pizza starts with the Cheese Slice CYO (create your own). This is the only option and starts at $3.75. However, from here, you can add any topping for 60 cents more, so I ended up paying $4.35 for a slice of up-to-par pepperoni. It came out fresh, so it took a good ten minutes for my slice to hit the table. In the meantime, a few more people came in after me. Pink's was not too busy in the slightest for lunchtime, but I did not mind. The rogue-skate tenor of the shop fit the vibe, and the atmosphere of the place was done well for the corner shop of a strip mall. Steaming, this slice was piping with heat and flavor - worth the wait for me (but if I was in a hurry, it might have been a different story). The slice was firm but was still soft at the cornicione. What grabbed my attention the most was the bottom of the slice. It was crispy and crunchy, mixing well with the saltiness of the cheese and earthy base of the slice's tomatoes. This brief meal was a flavorsome detour and left my belly feeling warm and satisfied. I would say, however, the space of the restaurant and the wait for the pizza dealt some blows to the overall experience of the shop. Nonetheless, I would recommend it to people in the area looking for a bite to eat. Even pizzas from Pink's for an event would be sure to hit if they were as delectable as mine.

TOGO ORDERS: I've come here for Togo orders before. The guys are always very professional and always have the order ready for me when I walk in the door. Thanks very much for the team work and professional attitude and service.

If you're not eating Pizza in bed while watching Sunday Football, are you really watching Sunday Football? Exactly. That's why my boyfriend and I had to drive all the way to Pink's pizza and order a 16-inch pie so that we could watch our teams lose in Fantasy. After gazing at the menu for forever, we decided on getting a 16-inch Bada Bing and a side order of Pepperoni Stix. There wasn't anyone there so the order was fast and we didn't have to wait long. I usually don't like fresh tomatoes on pizza but I really liked this one. It was so good! It had Italian sausage, prosciutto, spinach, pepperoni and tomatoes so it was a great balance. The pepperoni sticks were great too. I've also had their normal cheese pizza and pepperoni pizza before and those were good as well. Overall, Pink's is great if you're craving something other than the normal fast food chain pizzas! Plus they're one of the very few places in Houston who has pizzas by the slice. I'll still choose my Pizza Hut or Papa Johns most of the time, but Pink's does have good pizza with high quality ingredients. I'm drooling for another slice of that Bada Bing right now!

pizza tasted great, the crust was fairly thin, which is what i prefer would recommend

This was after I cooked it, but you can see how thick the tomato is even after. It was hella soggy.

I ordered a pizza for takeout last night on their website, which was easy. For some reason, premium ingredients cost more than regular ingredients (not sure how that makes sense to them). Took about 40 minutes to have it ready, which was fine with me. Went to pick it up and the dude behind the counter just looked at me when I came in and went back to doing whatever he was doing. No type of greeting or whatever, which I don't care, but I also walked in to buy or pickup something right? I told him my order and he reached for a box or pizzas, which I thought were pre-filled to put the hot pizza in. Nope, those were ready to go, just out in the open. I can see why some reviews say the pizza is cold because they don't do anything to keep them warm. My pizza had tomato on it, I think it was the Rocko, and these slices of tomato were so thick that they not only didn't cook, they released their juice all over and made the whole thing a WAP (wet-ass pizza). Not only that, it wasn't cooked enough so it looked very pale. Got gome, cranked the oven to 400, popped it in for 10 minutes and it finally resembled a properly cooked pie. The pizza itself tasted alright, 6.5/10. Crust was good and their mozz also tasted fine. I should mention that I used to go to the Pink's in the Heights and they were always on point. Not sure what happened here, but there's too many pizza places around here to waste time with this one.

Ms. P: "It's going to be here soon" President S: "GRRRRRRRR My dogs are HUNNNNGGGGGRRRRY" 2 hours later... the pizza arrives... was the driver abducted by aliens? Stuck on a desert island? Stricken by Coronavirus? Stoned to the Bejesus? We never heard his story over the din of the gnashing teeth of hungry mob of co-workers tearing cold pizza to shreds. We had a room full of gasholes, Mr. Pink. 2 stars only because... Ms. P: "It was good when it finally got here. Almost got me fired!"

    Hairy pizza.
